After watching them use the wrong tools, they informed me they couldn't change my fuel filter because they were missing an o-ring. They couldn't get one from O'Reilly down the street. Then they had the wrong oil filter and told me they had to go to O'Reilly to pick one up. They told me they couldn't pick up the fuel filter at the same time because they weren't allowed to buy after market parts and they do t have an account so they had to take money out of the till. They finally got the oil change done however I was extremely disappointed in the professionalism and the quality of work. I would not take my truck back or recommend anyone else take theirs there.

Not only did they not replace these screws but they failed COMPLETELY to put it back on correctly at all. I didn't notice until I was driving down the highway later that day and by then it was already damaged from dragging on the ground. I went back up here a few days/ maybe a week later to ask them if they could fix it and the manager, Robert, tried to tell me that "they don't even touch that part of the car" and "the oil is in the back part of the car" because apparently I'm just a dumb woman who doesn't know anything about how you change oil in a car. Oh, and after I asked for their insurance so that they could fix my car, Robert said he would order me a new skid plate because the insurance would be too expensive and I never heard from him again. Lol Thankfully, the nice people at Valvoline Express Care next to the neighborhood Walmart were able to fix it as much as they could and put everything (including the oil filter) back properly. It's not worth it to us if we damage your (pos?) vehicle." Ok, I figure, I'll come back and get it done after the rain clears. I go back, and this twerpy creep takes one look at my truck and says, "Broken taillight. Can't pass it." So I get out and I see the smallest piece of the bottom corner is missing, but the light functions perfectly! I pulled through to leave and as I turned around to leave he came out to stop me but I kept going. At my first visit I asked why the other location (supposedly his, too) was not open and he said, "I can't get anybody to work." Hmmmm. Can't get anybody to 'work' or 'work for you'?... Anyways, I went down the street and got it inspected with flying colors. Funny thing is, after going back through my records, I have had multiple inspections done here, including my truck here with the taillight, which passed before and oil changes for my wife and daughter. First, I would like to acknowledge the fact that I typically shop at discount tires. The reason why I didn't select them this time is because I'm on a strict budget for a few months, and discount tires are a bit pricey and the wait at most locations are extensive. I'm still trying to figure out how NASCAR pit crews can change 4 tires in 3 seconds but it take discount tires 3 hours on average based off of my experience at my local shop. I never used NTB. The only reason why I thought about them is because I had a friend that worked for them way back in the day. I don't know they were still around. I just knew my friend became a tire expert after working there. So I checked the price and they had tires for my vehicle for a great price in comparison to all the other tire shops I searched. I scheduled an appointment on the website, and paid a $25 deposit on checkout of the tires I selected. When I got there this morning, the doors opened 5 minutes before 8a and I was quickly greeted by the guy that unlocked the door. I let him know I had an appointment at 8 and he pulled up my information right away, verifying my name and the service I was getting. Out of caution, he asked me if the price that I selected online was the same price in the system, and it was not. It fact it was about $100 more than what I selected on their website. I showed him my email with the amount due at the bottom and he corrected the price. At 8:20, another employees pulled my car around back and started on my tires. They were done at 8:55a. The service was so quick and efficient, that I was super skeptical about the quality of the installation. So far, no issue. I must say that I'm impressed with the entire staff at that location. Got 4 new tires at a great price, and installed in a timely manner.
