She explained a few numbers to me, we agreed on the money down and she said give me a minute. Kerri came back with a price $35 lower than my current monthly payment. The deal was done. No haggling, no negotiations, no multiple trips to see what the Sales Manager said. My wife recently got a different make car, that deal took seven hours. Seven hours! I was back in my kitchen with my new Honda parked outside in three hours. Kerri Villani is the best! And I look forward to saying that about Hamilton Honda too. I explained what I was interested in and asked to test drive a car. When I mentioned the vehicle I was interested in, he told me the price and that it was a stick shift, asking if I could drive one. After confirming I could, he asked me again which car I was interested in, which felt a bit odd. When I asked to test drive the car, he said we first needed to settle on a price, which didn't make sense to me since I wanted to see if the car was a good fit before discussing numbers. It was freezing outside (33 degrees), so I asked if we could go inside. Once inside, he asked for my phone number and driver's license, which he said was needed to test drive the car. I confirmed I was indeed testing it, but it felt like he was reluctant to actually let me drive it. The whole process felt uncomfortable, and I felt like I wasn't being welcomed or valued as a customer.‼ To make things worse, I witnessed a man using the women's restroom with the stall door wide open, which was a major red flag. I decided to leave and will not be returning to this location. Very disappointing experience overall.

I needed some custom work on my Jeep, and, Hurreys was recommended by the Jeep club…read more I then found out WHY they are so recommended... the work was flawless! Not only did they install a snorkel, they smoke tested it and made sure it was sealed. Not only did they weld sliders and a bumper, but the welds were works of art...and a lot of thought went into the depth and angles to get over rocks, the smoothingnof transitions and fit/finish, etc. They even cleaned up the frame rust and sealed it "because it bothered them to leave it like that", as in, for free, because it meant the end result was better. They installed a full set of skidplates, and also checked the articulation, extended breathers and other lines, repaired cracked fittings and other things "while they were under there" They installed both forward and rear spotting cameras, replaced the heater core, etc. A LOT of work... with updates as they went. Dan is a delight to work with. I cannot recommend Hurreys enough, they are AMAZING!

I've been to plenty of other car washes in the area including other valet auto wash locations and have never had an issue. This is the second time my cars been damaged here. Avoid this place at all costs, it's extremely aggressive for no reason. Yanked clips clean off from grill. Wish I would've taken a picture of the bumper wedged under my car but was extremely upset at the sight of it and was focused on getting out of the way and putting my bumper back on. Sold a semitruck tires as new, Charged me 1,100$ for a steer…read moretire advertised as new, Tire is missing a chunk on tread when I confronted him about he got defensive and demanded an immediate pay. He said to call the guy who sold him the tired to get warranty because "he pay for it as new" So I did, I have messages from where he bought it stating he new it was a old used tire and even asked for a discount because of the missing chunk on tire tread. He paid 250$ or less for the USED tire and sold to me as new. I will give him credit for coming at night time and getting me out of the road. I understand emergency services cost money, The reason I am devastated is because he SCAMMED me by telling me its a brand new tire when he new it was used and just wanted to make hundreds In proffit by ripping me off. First time I ever write a review, Just what an awful experience i had and hope This doesn't happen to any of my fellow truckers Nonetheless I believe this young man could have a profitable business by just being honest and not scamming hard working individuals. I should have known better when I noticed they changed their signs stating they are not responsible for ANY damage. My rear license plate was bent nearly in half. There are scratches on my rear taillight. This is totally unacceptable. Stay away from this car wash. There must be a better car wash in the area that is responsible. I would give 0 stars but you must enter a rating.
