No issues with the rim before hand or they would have told us while putting on new tires. They refuse to except responsibility and the owner is conveniently never there. We started using this shop several years ago, never had an issue. Noticed that he has new workers there, one specific that is very rude. Pick anywhere else to go except here. They used to be a great location for new and used, now they are neither. Will never go back here again.

He took the time to clearly explain why it wasn't safe to repair it again. I had only purchased the car about a month ago and had no idea there had been a previous patch. I really appreciated how thorough he was, and his patience when I asked for a few minutes to check with my son about what to do next. They didn't have a matching tire in stock, so it had to be ordered. Chuck let me know it could arrive between 1 and 5 and promised to call. I wasn't expecting to spend $267 that day, but I truly appreciate their focus on safety over shortcuts. Once the tire came in, I got the call and returned. Zach handled the installation and had me back on the road in no time. I will say, when I first arrived, Chuck came across a bit strong. But that's just his personality. He's direct and a little loud, not rude. The more I talked with him, the more I appreciated his knowledge and experience. After 10 years in the field, he clearly knows what he's doing.
