The salesman who helped me was friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. He found the part I needed in the computer, offered me price options and pulled my choice from the shelf for me. Tons of trophies and plaques to choose between. They offer items made of glass, crystal, plastic...you name it they have something for everyone. Tons of sports related stuff so if you're coaching a little league or football or whatever it may be...you can get all your trophy stuff taken care of here. Once I decided what I needed they checked on stock and made suggestions for similar items they had readily available....I was kind of in a rush and needed to be able to pick these up on Monday (placed order Friday early afternoon). Once I selected what I was after they walked me through getting the wording down and then told me to keep an eye out in my email inbox that a proof would be heading my way.
