Thanks to Yelp, I found Harrisburg Lube Center right in my neighbor and takes clients with no appointment needed. This biz is a pretty "well oiled machine." You hop in any of the lines, order your service, hand over your keys and sit comfortably in the wait room. The wait room is complete with plenty of seating, massage chairs for a small fee, TVs, and even monitors live streaming your car being serviced. We were in and out pretty quickly. And, there's also an equally efficient car wash onsite that lube clients get a discount for that same day or within a few weeks should you return.

I usually have them use the oil they provide and pay full price which can be anywhere from 50-60 bucks for my cars, but sometimes I will provide my own oil and filter and they charge me only 25 dollars to change the oil. Well now this place is full of kids servicing cars and they tried to charge me 45 dollars even though I had my own oil and filter. The kid told me it's always been 45 dollars which I know isn't true because like I said I've been coming here for years. I refuse to pay 45 bucks for an oil change when I have my own supplies. That's like saying 5 gallons of oil is only worth 10 dollars and we ALL know that's not true. Doesn't make sense, but seeing that there are all children there now, it kind of does. So, all of that to say, I won't be back and won't be sending anyone else there as well.. Which I'm sure they don't care anyway...

I arrived about 9:00am on a Sunday and there was no waiting, and the car was ready to go in 15 minutes. They use synthetic oil that the Toyota dealer also uses. They also check the fluids. At the Toyota dealer it takes an hour for an oil change (with an appointment) and the price is at least $20 more.

Quoted $2,118 just for coils (parts costs). Quoted over $2,000 for a partial tune-up (2 coils). I found the parts online, 8 coils, 16 spark plugs, wires for $192-$550(performance). I can have it done at the dealership for far less or I can do it myself! Median range for this job is way less. I guess you could use them for diagnostics. Feel like Kacal's is way overcharging.

I decided to give them a shot after such an incredible experience getting my windows tinted at their other shop. I am car illiterate and they're super patient with me. They've caught and thoroughly explained improper past fixes and what kinds of issues I have. They are proactive in communication, are friendly, and the ability to get an uber ride to and from the shop on their dime is incredible. They've also given me a loaner to use when they've had my car for extended periods. My last shop (European Service Center ) felt like I was picking up a part time job just to get any communication and my car would sometimes be there days on end without getting worked on. I feel like E1 is super respectful of my time, cares about my business, is very professional, and keeps me informed without me asking- it's so refreshing and appreciated. They are not the cheapest but also not wildly expensive either; their pricing is on par with my last shop and things are actually done right. I recognize that things don't always go perfectly and care a lot about how a company reacts to makes things right. I had a slight issue with my struts repair after about 9 months after the fix and they stood behind their work no problem and fixed it promptly (they have a 3 year warranty on work done). Just a great business.
