The manager upsold me a wiper replacement for my 2011 Mercedes. While traveling on the interstate this past Wednesday in a rainstorm on the way to Miami, the passenger side wiper blade flew off. I continued through the rainstorm with no driver side wiper. The next day I had it replaced by a Mercedes repair shop in Miami. The shop charged me $50.00. The shop told me that the wiper assembly that the Nokomis store sold me was not an appropriate replacement assembly for that car. I went into the Nokomis store today thinking that under the circumstances a $50.00 credit would be offered to me for what I spent on the new wiper blades. The manager refused this, only offering a $20.00 credit. I would put this in the category of poor customer service and faulty business logic as my wife and I will not be returning to that shop for future tire replacement.

They did a nice job patching my tire for $33 but then decide to try and defraud me. Consumers Beware of Tires Plus. My battery was completely charged when I dropped my car off at the shop. Yet when Tires Plus called me, after my car tire patch was complete, Tires Plus also said my car battery was completely dead. And that I needed a new battery. Tires Plus then tired to sell me a new battery for $248. Remember my battery was completely charged at drop off at Tires Plus. I said no way to a new battery from Tires Plus. When I went to pick my car up, Tires Plus had completely drained my battery and provided a digital print out showing my battery was completely dead from Tires Plus draining my battery. Attached is the scam photo of my battery drained scan. As a drove my car, the battery recharged and I stopped Tires Plus from Defrauding me. I even went to a car battery store to have them check my battery after. The car battery store confirmed my battery was good and that Tires Plus drains customer's batteries in purpose to Defraud customers into having to buy a new battery. Consumers Beware of Tires Plus.

Is this a liability issue where if the tire pops then Goodyear is responsible. In the end I want to a private garage and fixed the slow leak. No problem in the one year since the plug put in.

So they had to order a new one, but then charged me again for the installation and the disposal of the damaged tire they sold me initially. That's just horrible customer service, especially since we have gone to them several times. I understand that the manufacturer will only warranty the tire, but I shouldn't be charged again for the service. It's not my fault you sold me a damaged tire.
