Complete waste of time. Online booking is pointless. I am incredibly disappointed with my recent experience at this Auto Care Center. I booked an appointment online well in advance, entering all of my vehicle's specific information, including the exact oil and oil filter needed. When I arrived after driving all the way down from the hills where I live, I was told they didn't even have my oil in stock. Instead of offering a helpful solution, the manager was dismissive and kind of rude, essentially saying, "I don't know, you'll have to pay more for bottle service." When I asked why the online system didn't flag this before I made the drive, he just claimed they don't see the online information until the customer arrives. What is the point of online scheduling if the shop doesn't use the data to ensure they actually have the inventory? To make matters worse, they didn't even have my oil filter in stock either. I had to leave without getting my oil changed at all. The only saving grace was the auto tech, who was very nice and polite. However, management and the inventory system are completely broken. I am disappointed with my recent experience at Walmart Auto Care Center. I waited over an hour to be seen for a simple oil change, followed by another hour in service. I was then informed they did not have the needed air filter and was asked to purchase it elsewhere. Later that evening, my vehicle would not start, which is the second time I've experienced an issue after service here. The delays and vehicle concerns have left me dissatisfied with the quality of service provided. read more

Took my car in because it had a screw on the rear driver side. 2 hours before closing time they said they had no time to. I also have road hazard insurance on the tires. read more

This place shorted me on oil. My car takes 6 quarts and they only put 5 in, and I didn't notice until a couple thousand miles later. Who knows how much damage they did to my car? read more

I was sent to this Walmart from the Walmart on 47th to install my cars tires. Supposedly because Walmart on 47th didn't have adequate equipment to work on my car later on finding out all Walmarts carry same equipment for lift... so Walmart on 10th street did all the work and manager took us in even though they were on tight schedule. Happy customer and definitely will be back to this store! read more

Came in for an oil change came out with my car not starting and of course they take no responsibility why would I drive my car all the way from Lake LA if I known it was not working they claim they had problems turning it on if that was the case how come they didnt call me to let me know if they call to tell me they didn't had the oil I requested they could've told me then but no nothing was said till I pay n was going home. read more

Sunday your Tire & Oil center is open till 6pm. I got there at 440pmfor a oil change. After standing there for 20mins was told they couldn't get to me today ! they should offer a coupon for Discount when you bring your car in for an oil change when you need one and they can't do it. You wasted 20mins when you could have wrote me up for a oil change in that time. If your open till 6pm on Sunday I shouldn't be turned away when I get there at 440pm read more

Said they checked all the tires and 2 days later when we woke up, one of them was completely flat. I won't be coming here for tire services again but as for their oil change services, I have zero complaints. Workers are usually always really nice (they never answer the phone though). read more

Bought Hankook Dynapro tires for my truck through Walmart online. Had them delivered to the Palmdale Walmart and went there for installation on 1/3/19. Less than a year and at 5,443 miles, the right rear tire blew out on the outside sidewall while I was travelling on the 210 freeway. I had just checked the tire pressures and tire conditions the day before. I had also checked the spare tire air pressure and am glad I did that! The inside sidewall was fine on the blown tire and the other three tires were OK as well. Took the wheel/tire to Walmart and was told that there was nothing they could do since I hadn't purchased a Road Hazard warranty. I explained that I had not hit anything, that the tire just blew. The Walmart service rep said he could guarantee that he could find something on the tire tread that was the cause of the blowout. He looked the tire over and the tread was in perfect condition. He dismissed that and maintained that since I hadn't purchased the Road Hazard warranty there was nothing he could do and that Walmart didn't honor the manufacturer's warranty. First lesson learned is to not buy tires from Walmart online expecting that they will honor the manufacturer's warranty. They won't. Second lesson learned is to not buy Hankook tires unless you're OK with a 25% failure rate within 6,000 miles. I don't know that I would want to replace the blown tire with another Hankook tire and I'm now nervous about the rest, so I'm buying four Goodyear tires through a tire store that will back the manufacturer's warranty. read more

They may be cheap but it's not worth it. I requested the air filter to be changed along with the oil filter. No call to tell me my car was done. It was just sitting there on the side. I asked the cashier who checked me out why it said I declined the air filter, she stated that they were out of stock. No other filter to change it with. It was one of the main reasons I was there. Do yourself a favor and find a better shop that cares about their customers or learn to do it yourself. read more

Excellent service. Attended for a synthetic oil change. Was greeted and attended by a very professional and friendly woman who I believe is a manager. Service was prompt and everything turned out great. The price is good and competitive in comparison to other prices in the area. I do recommend. read more
