They do not have synthetic blend oil , I went and got some down the street from parts house. I learned from an oil company years ago that you do not switch from a blend to full synthetic and switch back. The ford motor company recommends 5-20 synthetic blend. Ok the problem is they charge me $79.00 for an oil filter. WTF. I supplied the oil. Get it ? IF I wasn't traveling I would have went to find a More reasonable place to change oil. Brought my vehicle in for a high milage oil change. I paid with cash and gave my email address to front desk attendant in training. He needed help finding the register drawer that was empty. Took my $100.70 cash. I never received my receipt of service and they don't answer their phone. My oil odometer reads the same as before oil change. no, there's no going back from this. My daughter went in there to have her oil changed. It broke down a short time afterwards she took it in to get fixed, and the mechanic said the oil has not been changed. jiffy Lube has lost me as a customer and my daughter and I'm gonna let people know cause how many people are done are not changing the oil. This is terrible to treat people. We would've never known if her car didn't break down we would've never known because he said that oil was black as can be and he doesn't know how they can say it's been changed. And you've lost two customers I will never go back and I will let my friends know because it's just worries me death how many people they do this to do. Disaster!! Terrible Management!! Run for the Hills! After watching two men struggle to put my glove box back in for 5 minutes, (air filter inspection), pushing it...shoving it, and maybe getting ready to break it, I poked my head outside the door to shop (car was right there) and asked them if they were having some trouble. They lied and said no. I was polite, although disagreed, and told them that you don't need to force it... just drop it in lightly and attach the clip. A more experienced guy ended up doing it and it took him 30 seconds. Perfect. We gave each other big smiles through the glass and I thanked him. The management disaster: After paying, as the manager was walking away he decided to tell me next time not to be rude to his employees... (which I was not) Making me out to be a bad person, for being rightfully concerned about my vehicle. I was only trying to help the situation. Instead of recognizing he needed to do some more training with employees, he put is crap on me... when I pushed back at him, he said I was not welcome anymore. Their hours are clearly posted. Sunday 10am open. I was there at 9:58. Not a sign of anyone. Pulled around. Waited. No one showed. Called. No one answered. Left at 10:15. Went elsewhere. Did other chores. Came back at 11:30. No one there. If you post hours on your door, on Yelp, on your own website. You better show up. If you don't have the staff, change your site, Yelp, your door sign. Put up a note explaining that you can't open due to staffing issues. But don't leave folks hanging. The Post Falls Jiffy Lube was a horrible experience! I took my car recently on a Saturday afternoon and the short blond hair foreman was such a dick, bad attitude like he had some where else to go! Anyways got my oil changed there and shortly I started getting bad oil leaks underneath my engine, so I went back just to see if they could quickly check their work! I offered to pay for services! And once again the blond haired foreman had a bad attitude and checked underneath the car to check the work and he said the filter was tight and the oil wasn't leaking from there! Some other yahoo who works there said the oil was leaking behind the engine where it meets the tranny! which is farther down the engine! Glad to see this idiot not a doctor. After providing my own oil (no filter tho) it costs $59 for a damn oil change?? That's absolutely ridiculous. It's a dang Honda Civic, it's not a McLaren. Ordered a floor jack once I sat down cuz this place is the biggest scam. Once that jack gets here it's no more getting ripped off thankfully. Jiffy lube employee locked the keys inside the car. Staff would not pay a locksmith to come unlock the vehicle since a spare key existed. This required another family member to go obtain the spare key and drive it over to the shop. Jiffy lubes mistake cost me extra money. No eye contact was made and when he talked it was abrubt sharp and almost like he was scolding me but not on purpose. How do you do a 'quality' inspection in less than 10 minutes? You don't! My receipt says that they checked my headlights and taillights and that they are working fine, I know for a fact that I have a headlight out and yesterday a taillight went out. It also says that my tire pressure is at 50, really? 50psi in a half ton pickup? Uh no, try 70. I had called the day before to make sure they had everything in stock and were able to do it all and they said yes. I usually don't like to stop at these express oil change places because in my experience they always try to up-sell you. The kids weren't too excited to stop for service but I assured them is would be quick...and it was! They offered great service at this location. Very fast, friendly & no up-sell. Clean bathrooms and waiting room was comfortable. We were in and out in 5 mins for under $35. Don't forget the mobile coupon on their website. Saved me $5. read more

Scammmers. They charged me more than the quoted price because they had more than 5 quarts of oil to dispose of....6.9 quarts. My Charger only takes between 5-6 quarts. Also, the service is supposed to include checking the tire pressure. My right front wheel tire needed air, the gauge was still on after my car was serviced. The manager lied to me & said it will take 20-40 miles before it shut off. I took it to a tire store immediately after I left jiffy lube & they put air in the tire & the gauge immediately shut off. I was blown away by the service I received at Post Falls Jiffy Lube! I am a working mom with two kids who could use a couple of extra hours in her day...honestly, what person can't? My car was massively over due for an oil change and in the middle of a crazy errand filled Saturday, I pulled in to Post Falls Jiffy Lube to give the mom mobile some TLC. I was instantly met by a courteous gentleman who opened my door for me and my kids' doors! WOW!! He then took us inside where they had cookies (my kids were in Heaven!), coffee, and TV. The amazing team at Post Falls serviced my car, checked all the fluids, vacuumed, cleaned the windows, and sent me on my way in under 30 minutes. I am a fan for life. Thanks guys!
