I made and appointment and went to purchase tires at this location and their service is terrible…read more It started out ok, we picked out the 4 new tires, I said I'd take a walk and when I got back about an hour later, it still wasn't finished. I was there a total 3.5 hours without a word from the service manager. There were 4 people that came in and went up to the desk to discuss their issues and if it could be fixed. They did not have appointments, but all left before I did. The service manager wouldn't even come out to explain why it took so long, he left that up the girl that was working up front. She was apologetic and did offer a few dollars off, for the inconvenience, she was the only positive in a very negative experience. As for repeat business...fool me once shame on you, there will not be a second chance to fool me. All competing tire and maintenance companies have skilled people, but customer service is not alive and well at that location.

When I called to find out if it was covered under warranty, I was left on hold for 25 minutes, only to have to call back later in the day. When I finally got in touch with someone, I was told that the warranty expired after one year...no exceptions. Save yourself time, money, and the hassle...avoid Big O's. They don't see customers...they see dollar signs.
