We come from Valdosta, GA and with needing to make sure the tire would hold they were so nice to us and understood. The truck was done by the time our appt was over. The cost was very minimal and made it easy on the pocket. Very nice people will recommend them to anyone and they do much more than tires.

First they forgot to put back on my original barrel caps and after I questioned them they said I did not provide them however I stated that I 100% did and they magically were still sitting on the tire machine. Second, when installing my wheels I found that they damaged my rim, it's a 235/45 R18 so not a crazy size, luckily they have hubcaps otherwise I'd be a lot more pissed. And the cherry on top, they filled two of my tires to 25 psi and the other two to 40 psi (spec 42) I could understand filling them all to 40 and calling it a day however it seems they just "forgot" to air up the other two. Definitely will be taking my business elsewhere whenever I need some car work done. Edit: actually the curb rash is visible with the hubcap on, so I'll definitely be perusing some compensation since my 2025 vehicle rim is now damaged

Not a slow leak. Not normal wear. A complete failure under regular driving conditions--which is honestly scary when you think about it. Then came the customer service... or lack of it. I reached out to multiple managers across two locations trying to handle this calmly and reasonably. Instead of taking accountability, I got a mix of blame-shifting and straight-up disrespect. One manager actually tried to say the failure was MY fault (still waiting on how that makes sense), while another told my fiancé that I was "too emotional to get the full price." That alone should tell you everything about how they treat customers. And of course, they also tried to blame the tire manufacturer... while being the same people who sold and installed the tires. So again--defective product or bad installation? Either way, that responsibility doesn't magically disappear. For context, I'm a military fiancée and didn't have time for this kind of runaround. I wasn't asking for anything crazy--just a refund for tires that were clearly defective or improperly installed. Basic accountability. Instead, I got dismissed, blamed, and talked about like I wasn't even part of the conversation. If you're okay risking your safety and being treated like this when something goes wrong, go ahead. I took the car in, and Amber and the team took a look and immediately told me that the back rotors were warped and needed to be replaced. They also told me the front rotors only needed to be turned and that all of the other components of my brake system were in good shape. LOL I almost fell down. A car repair facility telling you that you don't need everything replaced for a billion dollars. The folks at Auto Pros fixed my brakes, gave my car an oil change and the replaced the front and rear wiper blades and at a very reasonable cost. I've been to other shops and even a dealer who didn't have the rear wiper blade. When in St Marys/Kingsland these are the folks, you want working on your car. Hands down they're the friendliest and most reasonable folks around. They did such a great job I scheduled my car to have a tune up and a few other items taken care of.

I spoke with Jonathan and he is friendly and knowledgeable as ever. I stated that I needed to get a major factory service maintenance done but I also wanted to get a few other big ticket items done. He wrote up a quote and texted it to me within the hour. I was able to text Jonathan back and confirm an appointment. Since the service was going to take all day I inquired about utilizing the shuttle back home. Jonathan let me know that they offer a service where they're able to pick up my car and deliver it upon completion. As a parent, not having to load up the car to spend hours at the mechanic is a blessing. Fast forward to service day and Elliot picked up the car promptly. Later that afternoon I get a text showing their inspection report with PICTURES taken of OEM items used, air filters, tire levels, brake pad levels, etc. Talk about TRANSPARENCY. Kudos to Royalty Auto Service. I've never had a dealership or mechanic do that. So amazing job! Once service was completed I got a call to schedule payment and for vehicle drop off. Paid my invoice online and 20 mins later my car is being backed up into my driveway. I didn't get the name of the amazing young lady (sorry) but she was amazing. So I've been following Royalty Auto on social media for sometime as they always have great videos…read more I have a 2012 Toyota Avalon, of which I was concerned about possibly needing rear brakes. My neighbor recommended them highly as he takes his vehicles there so I thought I'd give them a shot. My initial contacts were with Jonathan and Jim. Jonathan told me that they would do an inspection of the vehicle to determine what kind of service may be necessary besides what I brought the car in for. To my amazing surprise they did a full nose to tail inspection of my vehicle with detailed photos and suggestions for maintenance and must do servicing. I dropped off my car and got a ride back to my home by a young lady by the name of Carrie and a young man named Elliot. My experience to that point was incredibly positive as they were all very professional and thorough. Both Chris and Jonathan kept me posted as we went along as to the status. I picked up my car once completed, and the car was completely cleaned throughout. It he rose on the dash was a nice touch of class. The moral to the story is you get what you pay for. They all obviously take pride in the customer and mechanical service that they offer and the car is perfect. I couldn't be more satisfied and will bring it back to them for future services. I stumbled on Napa Auto Parts store while picking up a part for someone. The customer friendly associate acknowledged my presence and in a few moments was answering questions and ready to help me locate any part not directly on hand. He spent time to ensure he understood what I needed to get it right. Throughout the years, I generally by-passed Napa due to higher than average prices, and other reasons. This location helped me to see things change and never give up due to a single issue in the past. There was no pressure to join a rewards program, and privacy seemed important to them. I will definately return to shop NAPA again.
