This place is absolutely pathetic. Went in to get a tire replaced and the store Manager Mike Ruark was a complete asshole and ignorant. I would not recommend this store to anyone that needs tire. He basically called me stupid and asked me questions about if i knew what pro rate meant and i did. Mike Ruark also tried to tell me that the guy that put the tires on was doing stuff for free witch was not true at all because i have a CFNA card that was used every time. So Salisbury firestone has gone to complete hell and will NEVER get any of my business again. Then he wanted to get nasty with me when i asked for his name and if he was the store. 8/25 I spent $600 on my air conditioner blowing warm air. Brought vehicle here and they stated from previous check ' dye check' I have a leak and they reassured me a air compressor is needed. Ok, so they put one in ($600 ) and 30 days later I'm back for the same issue. Know we have a trusting issue! What in world did you do the last time 'forget to put the new one in?' Or just wish to attempt to get over with poor quality service! I'm seeking high management level!!! I went in for a new battery. When they brought my keys to me they had broken the top of my truck key. They didn't seem to care at all. It is a chipped key and will cost about $110.00 to replace, To add insult to injury they said that Firestone was issuing new credit cards and that my current card of less than a year wouldn't work. They wanted my social security number to charge the battery to my existing Firestone account. I don't give out my social at random in this age of rampant identity theft. I used another card and will shred my Firestone card. They said the company will be issuing new cards at some time in the future. That should have been done BEFORE they changed the system. I've used Bridgestone tires for 30 years. However, this experience has convinced me to take all future business elsewhere. read more

I booked my appointment 3 days prior to my appointment, and received a email a day later approving my appointment. I went in on time to have my car aligned and talked to who I believe was Chris. He was nice honest and straight to the point. They were busy so I did have to wait in the lobby for quite some time. So I do recommend dropping your vehicle off. I only gave two stars because they did manage to fix one thing I asked for. Their communication is terrible. I had to constantly call or come to the location to get updates about my vehicle. I was told multiple times that I would receive updates or be done with work at noon, only to show up hours later and their techs still be working on my vehicle. Time management seems to be practically non existent, as they seemed to wait to tell me anything until an hour before they close, so they conveniently won't have time to get a part and replace it. I'm not overly pleased about "being a priority" when I see my car sitting with no work being done. I understand vehicles take time, but come on. read more

Needed a tire replacement, they gave me an appointment for a day after in my first visit. I came here and dropped off my car and was waiting for them to finish the work. After 20 minutes I saw they took my car out of the garage and parked outside. The tire was replaced. I was waiting for about 40 more minutes to checkout and get my car's key back. No, they were not busy. There were only one more car than mine and the store was empty. 4 guys was smoking in the backside of the garage and when I asked them for checkout, no one answered. After 40 minutes someone came inside and I asked him about my car, he almost YELLED on me and said I will be with you, I am too busy and I have other things to do!! It took about an hour and 15 minutes until I checkout. WORST and the most unprofessional place among all other Firestone branches that I have ever been. read more

I am a 23 female graduate student living on the complete other side of the state from her home and not that my fellow strong independent women peers freak out anytime something goes wrong with our cars, but personally, I do I somehow ran over a GIANT nail and discovered that air was quickly exiting my tire. Seeing Firestone many times on my way to class, I raced there knowing they close at 7p. I arrived at 6:40p in a panic and two absolutely wonderful gentlemen (George & Nathan) did not hesitate to help me despite their occupational release in t minus 20 minutes. Nathan finished fixing my tire at 7:06p with nothing but a smile. George as well, nothing but a smile. Thank you all so much for your customer service and I will gladly be returning need anything go wrong with my car again. read more

DO NOT GO HERE!!! Went in on Wednesday to get my tire fixed cause it was flat but they said it's unfixable so I had to get a brand new tire which was suppose to get put on the next day around 10. Came in the next day around 10-11 and waited over an hour only to tell me that they ordered the wrong size tire (really? do y'all not check things before you order them?) & that it'd be in the NEXT day at the same time. Finally got it on Friday but the whole process took 3 days when it should've taken no more than a day. RIDICULOUS read more

Really great customer service and mechanics, don't think they could have taken better care of me. Brought my 2001 F150 in to get it's death wobble checked out. They were very straight forward in their recommendation, they did not pressure me into fixing issues that were not immediately required but enough to get me back on the road and home safely (I'm from out of town). Kept me in the loop throughout the process, asked my preferences when they could (ex. White lettering on tire walls facing out or in, etc). Can't say enough about how good of service I received. There we're about 4 other customers that came in with issues and were taken care of and back on the road during the time I was waiting so they definitely are aware of how valuable their customer's time is. During our trek to OBX with our caravan of three cars, our girls got a flat in my car. We got the donut on it and proceeded to the nearest service "place". In a field with nothing else around but a cemetery across the street, we pulled into a "business" with a residence, garage, a series of piles of tires, and a bunch of broken vehicles. All I could hear in my head was "Dueling Banjos." I think fortunately for everyone, the proprietor was nowhere to be found. We found ourselves going a little further to Firestone in Salisbury, MD. The guys there were terrific. We joked with the manager about our road trip from PA to NC to get married, and he marveled at our bravery. As we stood in the parking lot with our bags, wedding paraphernalia, and Keurig coffee maker, they worked quickly to put a new tire on the wheel to get us on our way inside of 20 minutes. The manager called my fiancé and I over when they were done and handed us the invoice. He said, "We don't want you guys to have any bad memories of your trip - only good. We took care of your bill. Congratulations and have a great wedding." We could not believe our good fortune. I cried. I hugged him. We bestowed superlatives upon him promising to shower them with compliments and gratitude on their website and social media. What a round-about way of experiencing the benevolence of others as a gift for our wedding. We are truly blessed! The guys there are truly top-notch, and we truly appreciate their generosity!! read more
