I'm thinking that they reset the oil change light in the percentage in your car dashboard they don't do none of that. I went back the next day. They told me to go to O'Reillys to get it reset I came back. There were like all we thought that's what you're supposed to do. That's not what you're supposed to be supposed to know how to do it. The person on duty the manager he was fully cooperated base and we don't know what we're doing in so many words and that I will bring it up at our next meeting. I will never go there again only thing they did so far was take responsibility, but let's see what happens when corporate calls me.

All the other locations I've been too for the last 7 years my oil changes only take 15 minutes max per car. And it's not like they were understaffed. The receptionist was friendly and although it was late afternoon on a holiday and I had no appointment she said they would be able to take care of it. There were at least three people in the waiting room ahead of me. After approximately 45 mins my vehicle was ready. The technician said the hole in my tire due to a nail had been fixed and my brakes were in decent shape. When I went to pay there was no charge.

Got a second opinion and the upper control arm was missing bolts and damaged. Just this month took a separate car in to have a grinding sound and smaller repairs addressed. Grinding sound still present after I was reassured that it was.
