By October 6, I contacted Carvana directly and learned that no claim had ever been submitted. I ended up picking up my car from Tire Choice on 10/6/25 with no inspection or service completed. Unfortunately, their lack of communication and follow-through caused unnecessary inconvenience, including having to rent a vehicle while waiting for them to act.

Going there via I55, passing Marion Arkansas at exit 10, they had a blowout...I contacted Melvin Mcdowell and he diligently searched for a tire...spent a lot of time and energy trying to help them resolve the tire issue...after the tire issue was resolved and my people were on the road several miles into the trip by this time on I-40 west, they had serious problems...Melvin Mcdowell (the owner) went to them, got them off the road, and safely into a motel...then the next day assisted them in getting back to his shop, and then, went far way above and beyond expectations in helping them to find the part needed, even to the point of driving over 100 miles one way to meet myself so he could have the correct part to do the repair. He then worked diligently until after midnight to get my driver back on the road...I have never experience a better, more honest, and proficient not only as a person, but as a repair shop...it was at time frustrating due to happenings by parts store, that was out of the shops control. He treated us with utmost respect and I cannot thank him enough...his price was below what was expected and service and kindness exceeds all...I recommend this business to anyone in need of real people offering real service....

I would not recommend this dealership based on my experience. They need to improve both the quality…read moreof their used vehicles and their customer service. I purchased a car after being assured that several issues would be repaired. After the sale, the dealership refused to honor those promises. I was also told they would provide the keyless entry unit. When I returned on the day I was told it would be available, I was informed that they had never offered it. The blower switch still doesn't work on the high setting, despite being told it would be fixed. It also became clear that employees were not communicating with each other, as no one seemed to know what another staff member had promised. To make matters worse, I noticed body damage the day after I brought the car home that I hadn't seen during the purchase process. I trusted the sales team, and unfortunately, that trust was misplaced. My advice is to inspect any vehicle very carefully, get every promise in writing, and think twice before purchasing from this dealership. Based on my experience, I will not be returning.
