But them suddenly one morning (just a few hours before kids' long awaited doctor's s appointment of course!) my Honda van won't start...it seemed like my battery was down. I called couple of mechanic shops but none of them could squeeze me in for same day check up. But when I called the State Automotive and explained them my situation, Dustin told me that they will do an inspection on my battery ASA I reach them and will change it if needed. Long story short...after going there I found out that the previous mechanic who changed the battery and gave me a "Napa" battery (found the info in the receipt), & then charged me for it and the service in 2017 actually DID NOT replace my original Honda battery from 2013 :/ When I asked, Dustin was super nice and took pictures of the old battery and wrote a description for me so I can show that to the old mechanic and texted me those later that day. I really appreciate the help and (quick) service they provided me that day, and thanks to them I was able to make to the doctor's appointment on time :) Thank you so much for all great service! Will definitely recommend them to my friends and family, and I'll be going back myself as well. #ServiceStarShoutOut

They told me my car was great and didn't need any additional work. I feel extra good about going on a road trip now! AND they have free hot cocoa. Any place with a free treat means my kids aren't mad about coming with me and waiting! PS- their parking lot is pretty "intimidating" (employee's words) but they were cool with me abandoning my car where there was space and at the end they helped me get my car into position for an easy exit so don't be afraid to ask! The oil change was fairly quick since there was only one person in the lobby around 10:40 AM on a Thursday. Synthetic oil change was more expensive, but they seem to be around the same rate as other shops around them. They also said the suspension was fine. Nothing to be concerned about. -Full Service Synthetic $86.99 -Full Synthetic 5W20 5.9 gal $11.66 -High Performance Oil Filter $3 They also have a checklist that they provide as well while checking your oil. I'll leave a picture attached. There was a jokester at the service desk that was hilarious and made me feel at ease immediately. I appreciate people like that. hard to find honest mechanics. theses guys looked up past work done on my car and told me the part…read morein question may still be under warranty from the people that replaced it last year. after calling and checking, it was. still having action automotive do the rest of the work required, but they could have easily not mentioned any of that and charged me for everything. making this more of a few thousand dollar job rather then a several hundred dollar job. I'm not made of money so this took me out of "how am I going to pay bills this month" to a way less stressed out place. honesty goes super far in my book, if you're the same, this place is for you.

Last couple times I have been really impressed. When I read my receipt and realized this wasn't done I called and told them about it. Now I know I watched the guy who checked me in did write on the work order to check or replace sensors. He also told me they would be like $40 a piece. Anyway the guy i talked to when I called after I realized this, Shad told me they just forgotten do it and bring it back and they would of course charge me for dismount and recount. Because I am an elderly lady they thought they would make more money off me because I didnt know anything but I come from a family of mechanic so I'm not as clueless as they think.

Amazingly, They got my AC done on the same day and even let me use a rental car…read more They have free ice-cold water, coffee, and snacks Some cool cars in the showroom. Easy to locate and close to a lot of places nearby. If you need to go to work, they have a shuttle service to take you Drop your car off and then get a ride to your next spot. In the end, before paying, they review the bill with you and give you a print-off. Highly recommend I will be back again, and I highly suggest you go here for all your car maintenance needs.
