I love this store. Mainly for the pick up department. Friendly, And have terrific customer service. I recommend hiring more employees for the Pick Up because there was only one gentleman doing everything. read more

This walmart is polluted with an immensely rude and negative staff. The store is unorganized and help is nonexistent. The electronics department was the last straw for me. The level of apathy paraded by the staff within that department is disgusting. I tried to track down an employee to get help locating an item and i was greeted with scowl after scowl as i was told to ask this/that person. NO ONE wanted to be bothered to do their job. Everywhere you turn there is an employee with a negative disposition. Why come to work if you have zero interest in doing your job and helping the consumer whom clearly pays your salary? Without us (the consumer) there is no business. Many unprofessional and disrespectful employees tend to forget that. I will not be going back to this walmart location as each experience tends to become more negative, and the staff, more incompetent and toxic. This walmart needs an attitude, staff and product overhaul. read more

OK, yes I know it's a Walmart and expectations shouldn't be very high. But really, this is one of the worst I've ever been in. I honestly don't even know where to begin......from the parking lot, it didn't seem THAT bad.....yeah, there were some questionable looking people, but I've seen the "People of Walmart" website, and thought it would at least be good for some laughs. WRONG! This place is just scary! I walked in the door and honestly expected to be greeted by the Cryptkeeper. In the middle of a beautiful sunny afternoon, this place was a gray and gloomy as a tomb. All of the customers and employees looked and acted as if they'd been working the mines under Mordor, with the line for the "customer service desk" (sorry, I always have to put that in quotes when referring to Walmart, as we know that customer service is a myth there) at least 15 people deep with one person working the desk. If I hadn't been so desperate for my allergy medicine that I forgot at home, I would have just walked out, but desperate times call for desperate measures. Of course, I should have known they wouldn't have what I needed. In fact, it appeared that they were either sold out of or didn't carry many items that I would normally find in a Walmart. I settled on an alternative, which sort of helped but I ended up hitting up a CVS later in the day to get the real deal. If nothing else, this Walmart has taught me the importance of always being prepared before I leave my house! read more

this WalMart was by far the worst Walmart I have ever shopped at their stock is never organized there is always giant pallets of merchandise blocking the aisles I had to keep rerouting my cart around the store super annoying for a store that is supposed to have brand new merchandise had items that was missing parts and boxes that looked like it was pried into... I really hate to write negative reviews but this one need to be addressed because the store was disgusting dirty the customer service was ruder than rude as if I owed the employees something i'm sorry if I'm going to spend my hard earned money at a retails shop i'm expecting at least subpar customer service DON"T SHOP AT THIS GROSS WALMART they only care about themselves and cant seem to keep the store clean. read more

The closest Walmart to my home but I avoid this location AT ALL COST. Trashy parking lot ( I guess people wouldn't dare leave that box of chicken bones, fries and ketchup packets in their car until they get to a garbage can). Stock is always low or unavailable and there is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. Besides that, I cannot deal with the poorly designed shopping center traffic flow. I'm currently on the phone with Walmart while other this. On hold that is! I've been trying to confirm they have a product, because I want to verify they have it before I travel. I've been silently transferred three times now. I'm guessing the calls loop back to the main if no one in the tried department answers. I'm looking for a can of BG44K fuel system cleaner. The one voice I heard asked me what I was looking for in the automotive department. I communicated to her that I was looking a fuel system cleaner for a car. She asked again what in automotive I was looking for. A fuel system cleaner fora car!... I've described the product in great detail for the representative only to be transferred to the sporting goods department. If I could give this place zero stars I would. The customer service is terrible. Also it will take them over two hours just to get to your car if there is only one car in front of you. They need to update their tools and machines so they will be able to work on any type of car. If you can, stay away from this place or prepare for poor services read more

Since this is the closest Walmart to both my Mother's house and my daughter's after school program, I stop here often to pick things up. Overall, this location is not the best if you are trying to make a one stop shop. They are usually out of alot of items on my shopping list. However, I have found that if you go very early in the morning when it first opens, it is a lot more organized and the shelves are better stocked than during the day. read more

I have never been to this store and there weren't boxes in the aisle, the floors are dirty, products are open or stolen and eaten. The clothing section offers the best on the floor selections in town. This store is only good for stopping when you can't make it to a nicer Wal-Mart. Demand better folks!! read more

Disappointed in my visit today. I went in for three things and came out with nothing. I understand that stores run out of things which is fine but it was everything else that really made me decide not to return to this walmart again. The store was a mess with boxes everywhere. I asked a customer service representative for help finding an item and he said "oh, I don't know" so I continued with my search. I finally decided to forget the item and purchase my mom's items and leave the store. I get to the register and start placing the items on the belt and the young lady never looked up. She was looking at her phone the whole time. I swiped my card to pay and stood there. We placed the two bags in the cart and then the cashier finally looked up and said, "yes" as if I were bothering her. I asked for the receipt, she pulled it off, gave it to me, and went back to looking at her phone. She did not care to recognize that it was her poor service that required me to stand there and wait for my receipt. The cashier at the register behind us was too busy holding a conversation with another employee while her customer grew more and more frustrated. read more

Went to Walmart the other day for one thing...yes it never ends up being one thing! So after I got what I needed I ventured into the sewing and crafts area(should not have done that) and found something else I needed. Then found a fabric that I wanted. Now, I am a truly patient and kind person and I try to stay that way. The woman at the counter took about 5 minutes to measure one piece of fabric. That told me that she was not trained properly. (She was holding both sides of it to measure.) After she measured, she spent another 10 minutes trying to use the malfunctioning equipment to print the receipt. Then she left to come back several minutes later and try again. After several more minutes another clerk came by to help and couldn't, so the first clerk pulls out another printer to print the ticket for the customer and it works!! Yay, now 15 minutes later it's my turn! I just want one panel of a print that has words on it. I have sewn all my life and I saw that this was going to go bad if I didn't help. So I showed the lady where to cut, even placed it on the table on the line. She was gracious enough to let me cut it myself. I appreciate her for that! Walmart needs to get their equipment fixed or make it new replacements. Then Walmart, if you want to have fabric customers, train your people better PLEASE!! read more

I am only rating this Walmart a five because to me all of them rate the same. Come on guys it's Walmart. I am an older lady and if you were around when Woolworth was here, you would see Walmart as Macy's. Its basically a lower cost bargain store on a larger scale. If you pay employees lower wages what do you expect to get. Managers I'm sure don't make much either. So I guess in order to stay afloat the company has to keep it rolling like that. It's really not that bad, all companies have cut down on employee help no matter where you go. J.C. Penney use to be junky and now they are super cleaned up but you can't find anything worth buying so they lost customers and are now trying major appliances. At least I can find what I want most of the time at Walmart. Bet they will always have customers no matter the employees that work there. Would be nice. Guess you can't have eveything.
