Finally, their new A.I. self checkout system is a huge pain. at my most recent visit, the employee watching the self checkouts, had to intervene 3 separate times, including an override at the end where the system thought I was stealing items that I had clearly scanned. Save yourself time, money, and frustration and just go to Stop & Shop or Aldi.
