I went back in for my refund and was told she couldn't refund my tax and told me I was out the money because her system wouldn't refund my taxes. She kept repeating that she could refund my taxes even though it was her error. Never apologized. This was my first experience with Ella Moss clothing and I was pleasantly surprised with the cut, fit, style, plus silk fabric of the dresses. The Georgia Dress in Cayenne and the Aura Short Sleeve Dress in Hunter were my favorite purchases. Dorrie, the owner, helped me tremendously, suggesting items and bringing them to my dressing room so I would not need to re-dress. This is the way shopping should be done. It was especially helpful when I needed to try a different size. I am positive this is why I was able to find so many outfits in a short amount of time.
