I haven't been to this Walmart in a while for grocery pick-up and was pleasantly surprised. I went early on a Saturday morning. I checked in on the app on my way over, and the employee was already ready when I arrived. He was very polite and friendly when greeting me. He bagged my groceries carefully and placed items together in bags (all freezer items in one bag, fruits and vegetables in another, etc.) which was greatly appreciated and made unpacking a breeze. read more

I ordered groceries from this Walmart. The delivery driver tried to back into my 2-car driveway (that had no cars parked on it) and he missed. He backed up onto my lawn, and he destroyed one of my sprinkler heads. Then the idiot got out of his car and had a big smile on his face like "Too bad. I'm an immigrant and I don't speak English so it's just funny!" I called the store who passed me on to corporate claims and Walmart corporate claims told me that the driver was a third party, not a Walmart employee, and so too bad. No compensation by Walmart. No accountability at all. Ridiculously bad customer service! Walmart basically told me that if I didn't want things like this to happen, then don't shop at Walmart. Good advice Walmart. I'll do my grocery shopping at Safeway or King Soopers from now on. read more

Pretty decent neighborhood Walmart. They do a good job keeping their inventory stocked. I really like them specifically for their order ahead pickup. Every time I have used this the staff bring my order super-fast and load it into my car for me. Super convenient! The staff here in general are pretty nice. They give my kids coloring pages for many of the times I have visited. A convenient location to get groceries. Usually not too busy, though it would be nice if there were more registers open that were not just self-checkout. Just don't come on weekdays during lunchtime it is swarming with the high schoolers from the school nearby. read more

Take everything you know about a regular Walmart and just copy/paste the frozen food, produce, dairy and pharmacy sections. Sprinkle in a few house hold goods here and there and you got a Neighborhood Market. I didnt stay very long in this store since they had the open frozen food freezers on full blast and it was colder in the store than it was outside. Customer service was non existent and all the checkout registers were self service. Id just as well go to a full size Walmart. read more

I come to this Walmart marketplace every other day. I have a 7 month old son. I have to get formula as it is his need for survival. THIS WALMART WILL NOT COME AND HELP WHEN I ASK IN THEIR FACE! I sat here for 10 minutes, sitting on the ground. I had pressed the button at least 6 times at this point. This young woman came out of the break room, yes I screamed "CAN YOU PLESE OPEN THE FORMULA CASE SO I CAN FEED MY SON." She said NOTHING. WALKED AWAY AND GOT NO ASSISTANCE. My boyfriend climbed onto the top shelf and ended up getting some formula my son does not eat, and we paid and left. I am so disheartened by this. I felt like I was invisible. Do better. If y'all are going to LOCK UP the formula, HAVE SOMEONE TO UNLOCK IT IF NEEDED. This felt disgusting. Worst pharmacy in the Aurora area always closed so I will transfer my prescription to somewhere. I can actually get it filled.

Specifically the Pharmacy: Why do you bother having a pharmacy when you are only open til 7pm A majority of us work until 5 then sit in traffic for an hour or so. I will no long be sending prescriptions to this location. In fact i took the shopping i was going to do elsewhere too. The employees here don't seem to want to work or care to understand why they will eventually lose their job if no one shops there. read more

I really like this Walmart Marketplace! It is big enough to have everything I need, but not super huge where you have to wander across the store to get two things. This is the "go-to" place for after work, and it does get quite busy at that time. However, there are plenty of registers and the parking lot is big so it can definitely accommodate the after work rush. read more

We've been using this pharmacy for a couple of years now and I really, really appreciate the staff here! There is a female pharmacist that is friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and so are ALL of the pharmacy technicians. It's been a stressful couple of years due to our father's failing health but this Walmart (cashiers, too!) is always so friendly and accommodating, it makes the situation a little easier. It's a Wal-Mart. They do not have all of the grocery items that the big Wal-Mart has, and they carry a few items the big one doesn't. It's my go to place to grab produce a few times per week. It's clean, and the employees are friendly. The "Neighborhood Market's" don't have deli, bakery, or butcher sections, but are great to grab a few things on the way home, and they do have rotisserie chickens and ribs in the hot case. read more

I went to go shop for a birthday card when I noticed I was being followed, while shopping for the card I noticed they associate standing there literally watching me nothing in his hands no task to be done just watching. When I confronted him to other associates came out and told him to go in the back room immediately almost like they knew what he was doing and when I asked for a manager the manager confirmed that yes he was watching me! Needa mind you in my cart I have nothing but two bottles of water and a basket of strawberries. WHY TF AM I BEING WATCHED! I am a grown man! When I continue to question the manager she said that he was just curious about me? Like what? So your associate has never seen a black man before? That's NUTS! read more

Just back from this Walmart today. Saw some people not wearing mask. I ask some staffs there and they told me that wearing mask in this store is just recommended. Walmart, do you really care about your staffs and customers health? For some people they might not care about their health and refuse to wear mask, but allowing them in your store could risk your other customers and your workers. You don't want this store becomes like the one in aurora, where some staffs died and some got infected with the virus. If this is the way Walmart wants, then I will never be returned and shopped at Walmart again. read more

Nothing special about this place. Its your average ho-hum Walmart, just a bit smaller selection overall since its the neighborhood variety. The staff isn't overly friendly like you might find at competitor's stores, and the prices are meh, ok. Nothing special. This Walmart tired to sell me expired food. The boxes of food were expired in September and November 1st (two different batches/boxes) and it was already November 5th. The manager didn't care. And they had no interest in taking the item off the shelf either. The manager and cashier said you need to pay full price for these. And basically told me to take it or they will sell it to someone else. read more

First of all if it's priced wrong and you can show what they priced it for they must sell it to you for that price it's the law! This Walmart wasn't great to begin with. Customer service is slow they only have one cashier the rest is self checkout. Now they won't let you in the store without wearing a mask. Not gloves but a mask. Masks don't stop the spread of this virus. You touch the check out system then you touch your face to adjust the mask and you will get the virus. The stores in the surrounding areas are not doing this. The masks don't fit my face and I can't wear one with out constantly adjusting it. But I'm required? I'd rather go somewhere else or go without. The odds of me picking up a virus are more likely if I can't keep a mask on my face and I have to hold it there. read more

This was the sorriest pharmacy I've ever been to. There was this Asian pharmacist (and the only reason I say Asian is she acted prejudiced against me). We finished checkout she single bagged 2 big bottles of juice I'd bought as well and left the counter. From somewhere on her perch she asks me to clean my basket off of her countertop. As I'm leaving with my single bagged juice...oh she did put a bag on the counter and told me if I wanted double bag I had to bag it myself. I had to explain to this employee of Walmart??? I wonder if pharmacists at least this one has had any customer focused training at all. I told her for the first time I've ever had to tell any employee I'm permanently disabled. The pharmacist at this Walmart location is rude and is not willing to help customers. I went there to get medication for my father. I was not familiar with the name so I asked for her help. Instead of coming to assist, she pointed from her location to the area it was stored. Still unable to find it, I asked her again and she ignored me. I have never had a medical professional not want to help a person. I will never come to this pharmacy or this store ever again. read more

The prices are always labeled wrong here. I get so frustrated at the checkout because of it!

Be careful, check dates. It seems this is a step down as i have found alot of food on the verge of expiring. Yes their prices are cheap, you can find good deals but again watch dates. I don't recommend produce, i haven't had much luck in that area read more
