This is a standout Walmart, the Manager and her team are the best of any of the stores we shop in the neighborhood. Its hard to beat the prices and they're shelves are well stocked with merchandise fronted. They usally have a few cashiers working and some extra help on weekends. The app and pickup service is in my opinion the best in the grocery business. We also shop the other stores and farmers markets but Walmart is our main squeeze when it comes to pantry, boxed items, breads etc. read more

Another lady literally went back and changed the price of something herself after I pointed out that it scanned the wrong price, just to prove me wrong. What is wrong with these girls? Normally, I would not review a grocery store but thought I'd take the time to praise this neighborhood market. I experienced the pleasure today to watch a very rare act of kindness by an employee at this store. There was a woman in the store that couldn't reach many of the items she needed. There was a young man that was doing some stocking and she asked him to help her. I only heard parts of their exchange of words but it seemed that she not only couldn't reach some things but also couldn't locate some items in the store. He told her if she needed him to help her he would be willing to do that. She showed him the list and he said if you push the cart, I'll get the stuff for you. As he was assisting her, his manager asked him why he wasn't stocking on aisle whatever. The woman told the manager that he had helped her pretty much complete her shopping. And I say, "Hats off to him". read more

It's extremely frustrating trying to get inside the store and always be harassed by people in the front trying to get your attention trying to sell whatever their selling. Today it was some animal shelter. Go bother other people and STOP HARASSING THE CUSTOMERS. I went right to the manager and told them I was harassed. read more

Well I'm taking away a star, as on my last visit this place was a disaster. First, all the self-checkout lanes were down. Not a big deal unto itself, but apparently there were not enough cashiers working to handle the extra customers, so lines were long and moving slow. Coupled with the fact that it's just a typical neighborhood Wal-Mart, it was a very Meh experience. There are better options nearby. read more

The staff is great and does a good job of keeping shelves stocked. OGP works hard! Front end employees are always nice and helpful. This one star review is for the manager, Albert. He is an absolute ASS. He only promotes those he likes, with NO promotions being based on skill or ability. When someone gets enough of his narcissistic attitude and wants to transfer, he refuses to approve it and makes you miserable,because he would rather you quit than leave from under his thumb. I like this smaller version of Wal-Mart better than the traditional super center. You can get in and out a lot faster with what you need, and there is less of a mess at the checkout counter. read more

The store smells like old fried food. Poor customer service. Wilted, rotten vegetables on shelf. No prices on many things in produce area. They stock shelves in the middle of the afternoon so you have to navigate around huge pallets in the isles. Stockers are rude and do not make way for customers trying to get through sea of pallets. Watch the prices. This is one of the most expensive Walmarts in the area. Tom Thumb is often cheaper on many items. Just go there to avoid the hassel of getting the prices matched at Walmart. They are usually very short on cashiers - be prepared to wait or self-checkout. read more

This is a Walmart neighborhood market which means they pulled out the grocery store in a super walmart and slapped it down here. I've had mixed experiences here. It's not exactly dirty but not as clean as I would like. I rate it three stars just because it's a grocery store like most other grocery stores. Only 2 people are working in this store today. I saw one customer service lady who never looked my way. I was 8 ft in front of her. I. I couldn't get the goofy check out machine to let me pay. One of the worst neighborhood markets I've ever been to! They always seem to be short staffed, and the ones they do have are rude and VERY VERY slow! It always takes at least 25-45 minutes to fill a single prescription even when you are the only one in line. After the really slow attendant helps you, the pharmacist comes to the window to read the directions to you from the bag?! (even on refills of the same drug they have refilled before) I've also called them to verify this or that and usually have to wait on hold for about 5 minutes before getting the right dept. We only use them because it is the cheapest and closest for RX refills, but now I am driving another mile to a different store to avoid the aggravation. As far as groceries are concerned, my wife bought our weekly groceries from them once right after they had remodeled some things inside the store. All of the frozen items had been thawed and re-frozen at some point causing terrible taste and odor..... I'd rather buy food at the dollar general. (probably better quality there) Albertson's down the road or Kroger up the road have much better food, selection and staff. read more

Being less than 2 miles from my home, I have frequented this store since it was built and have seen both sad conditions and improvement. Their remodel some time back enabled the introduction of more products that were welcomed by those who eat and cook outside the box. People are people, so encountering the occasional rude or less than helpful employee can happen almost anywhere. I use this store only to pick up staples on the run. Why? Because their produce has been consistently lacking since opening. Through speaking with managers (several) throughout the years I learned that they are the poor orphan forced to beg at the end of the distribution line behind the larger stores. They get the dregs and I won't pay for that. The prices are high by comparison and they refuse to match prices. No amount of complaining will help either. Only Bentonville can save this little store and I fully expect to see it close while I am still living in Keller. The massive new Kroger on N. Tarrant close to Davis will open soon and leave this sad puppy floundering. So can Walmart be beat? Yes. Kroger knows healthy produce and wins overwhelmingly through enthusiastic customer service. read more
