I recently tried a different location in Appleton since it seemed to always be less busy, but I have to say, I'm not going back. The layout of this store, the variety of products and the availability of them at this store is far superior. The Staff is unbelievable friendly and helpful. And now they have taken measures related to Covid-19 that really show how the business cares for their employees and their customers. They also offer a money back guaranteed in almost all their products. If you're not satisfied bring your receipt and they will give you your money back and a replacement item, even for produce. My first time back at the store in several years was worse than it's ever been. Once again employees are still extremely rude and for whatever reason they attract the worst customers I've ever met in my life they make you feel like you're being a thief no matter where you go even as you just walk through the door. There's no signage throughout the store whatsoever when it comes to figuring out what's down each aisle prices for the exact same things that you can get at Sam's are outrageously higher And I am honestly shocked that they don't offer scan and go. I went in there at 10 o'clock in the morning on a Wednesday and waited in line for almost 30 minutes.
