My wife tried to by butane tonight from this Wallmart and was refused because my 17 year old daughter was with her! But they will gladly fill my prescription for Oxy-Codone for my 17 year old without a single glance ! Go figure...... When I called to complain, I was hung up on repeatedly by some young cashier when I asked to speak to the manager! So, If you love ghetto trash, scum bags, wannabe gangstas, then this is the place for you. If you can even make it into the store without getting run over or possibly shanked in the parking lot then you are in for a treat. Get ready to experience fighting your way through the isles with the worst of the worst. And if you want help then you could always ask the two people working that day to accommodate the over 250+ people punching each other's face for the last carton of Newports or Kools. All in all, if you want to experience what it is like to shop next to every person who has been on Jerry Springer, or Prison then this is your Wal-Mart. ugh.. It's so nasty in there and so are most of the people that shop there. The only time you'll catch me in there is prior to 9 am and that's only if absolutely necessary. It's truly the epitome of the People of Wal-Mart website. They are open 24 hours, so if you happen to go in there at 3am, be prepared there will still be toddlers running around with their parents. I go to this location out of shear convenience. The store over all is usually a joke. Poorly placed displays make it almost impossible to navigate main isles and shelves are usually in disarray. Don't hope for much other than a low end small walmart read more

The worst customer service that I have ever encountered in a Walmart. I purchased a pool item in the location in Goldenrod and they told me to take it to the goldenrod store if I wanted back on my walmart credit card, at the end it up they splitting it in 2 walmart gift cards but the whole process took 1 and 1/2 hour. Not what you expect to do in your day off. I call walmart in Goldenrod and Cassandra when I call told me just come over here and someone in customer service will help you. Even Joji the manager for customers service told me to go back to Goldenrod store. So for now on Target for me. read more

This store is always clean and stocked but it doesnt carry enough of a variety that other Walmats have. A huge problem is that they do not have nearly enough motorized wheel chairs which is a HUGE PROBLEM. Publix which is very close by has at least 4 times as many. read more

This store has changed in years and since I been living here I have always gone to this particular Wal-Mart even before it was just a smaller version, now it is twice as big and still offers horrible costumer service and the prices are frankly not as good as Publix. read more

I was shopping in the store 12/06/14 @ 15:45. A price was wrong at checkout the girl called KEVIN M from audio he came up & said that price was from black Friday. I told he there was a rollback sign on the item he told me i was wrong when i showed he the item # he went up checkout & had the girl override the price. Generally, don't expect too much from Walmart locations - I don't come here too often, even though it's just down the street. But I needed some photos printed for a project pronto, and I went ahead and placed the order for pickup within the hour and paid online, so I didn't have to wait forever in the store. I get there and no one was back there. I figure, it's kind of busy, I'm sure they're just in electronics. I'm sure they check in every so often to see if there are any photo customers. I wait at the counter for about 15 minutes and start to get a little irritated. The photo center here is near the back where employees take their breaks, and many were back on the clock when they walked past me. I would open my mouth to talk to them, but they would hurry along like they hadn't heard me, or saw me and started to "straighten out" the stock on the wall to avoid talking to me. But, I did hear several times for a manager to report to the photo center, so even if they didn't want to talk, at least they were helping me out. Another 10 minutes, no one's there. I went over to electronics - and no one was there either. I walked though the aisles, assuming there was someone helping a guest, but no one - not in photo center or electronics. Finally I call the front desk and let them know that I've been here for nearly a half hour, I hear you calling a manager to the photo center, no one's here, I just need to pick up my pictures. Another 10 minutes and 2 more pages, and finally the gentleman strolls up, looking less than enthusiastic. He gave me my pictures, I told him thank you and have a nice day. I'm not the type to freak out on people while they're working, but when I got to my car I was shaking I was so furious. 45 minutes to pick up a few pictures at 3 o'clock in the afternoon? read more

This Wal-Mart is a nightmare. I've come a half dozen times and it has ALWAYS been cluttered & hectic. For whatever reason, this location seems to attract the most inconsiderate of customers. wrote a review about wal mart claiming they could not find a computer on sale online & charged my wife full price for a printer. my wife went back to the store the next day with a printout of the wal mart site showing the computer on sale & instructions to find it, so they gave her the discount, 1/2 price of what they charged her. If the item is shipped by wal mart, they will give you the discount, if it is shipped by another company, no discount. they have all kinds of ways to get around letting you have something at a discount. if you find something on sale online on the wal mart site, be sure it is shipped by wal mart to get the item at the sale price!!!!!! read more

Didn't have everything I was looking for. But the quantity of the items was pretty good. When I need a bathroom I want and expect a good one to do my business. And it was clean and employees were nice except on. She was very rude to me and I was putting something away and she said no don't put it there but it. I said excuse me she said well you tried it on so buy it I said no I does not fit I don't want it she said whatever let me have it I said whatever gave it to her and walked away. If I could give 0 stars I most definitely would. This has to be the most awful location I have ever been to. Customer service is non existent. I asked someone to find out if they had a PS4 in stock she says she'll find out and walks away. After waiting over 5 minutes I go to find her in layaway. She tries twice calling a manager to get them to come open the back room to get me my item. I waited over 20 minutes for a manager... None show up. I walk to the front of the store and find a manager who tells me that all of the items are taken by people who are supposed to pick them up tomorrow. WHY COULDN'T I FIND THAT OUT BEFORE I WAITED SO LONG?? Don't have on your website that something is in-stock if it is held for others. Common sense. I don't do shopping here....I merely went online to order some copies of 4 pictures I had of my daughter. I had them send the copies to the store at Semoran since it was close to my house and cheaper than them mailing it to me. Since I never received a text message or e-mail stating that my order was ready for pick up I decided to call. The operator apparently isn't human.....but a monkey in a blue apron no doubt because when I asked for the Photo Dept she transferred me there, and when nobody answered and my call went back to her she kept sending me right back to that extension. This happened 6 TIMES! She apparently couldn't be bothered with picking up the phone for second and placing me on hold so she could find someone to answer my question. When I finally did get a warm body on the phone after already wasting 10 minutes on the phone....I firmly told whoever I talked to, that the operator has a cake job and I wouldn't mind being hired for a position like that. Needless to say from now on I am going to have the copies mailed to our house from now on instead of going to that store again. The store itself is disgusting and dirty, it's plain obvious that the staff doesn't give a shit about any level of customer service. Not to mention I get depressed when I walk in there because half of the daytime staff they have are ALL elderly men and women that should be well retired by now and at home surrounded by their grandchildren, instead of working there for peanuts. Are usually shop at Walmart every day and spent about $100-$80 sometimes more I am from Miami Florida I went to visit my mom at Orlando to make the long story short I went to the Walmart 3838 s semoran Blvd I had the worst experience I've ever had in my life in any supermarket I feel violated I was doing a purchase of $180 barbeque I'll kinds of stuff from the store and specially since it's Friday beer once I get to the counter I had this short blonde old lady working by the Connor starts yelling at me where's my ID so I show her my id drivers license and she's asking my girlfriend that is over 39 years old for her ID I tell her what does that have to do with me buying the beer my girlfriend has nothing to do with what I'm buying she's just with me she said I couldn't purchase the beer because my girlfriend did not have her I'd with her I mean can you believe that I was spending about $200 and they just lost me as a customer coming home 45 forgot sake my girlfriends about 39 we don't look any Younger I think Walmart needs to do a little checking what's going on in that store it was just a horrible experience don't go there don't even waste of time I end up going to Publix which is more expensive but they don't ask for a third person for ID which I'm doing the purchase does that make any sense it was an aggravation and it was very inconvenience if you having a good time and you want to purchase from someone don't go to Walmart otherwise you're going to have a very stressful night like I did this has never happened to me read more

Went in for a box of ammo. Waited 10 minutes till this kid got there he obviously knew nothing about the product. Then he dropped the box and the bullets went everywhere. He put all the bullets back in the box then rang it up. I asked him for a different box because that one was falling apart and I don't put dropped bullets in my gun and he looked like i asked for his first born. I go here because its cheap. The service absolutely sucks. You wait 10 minutes for a guy with a key while 3 employees sit around talking for ten minutes and when you ask for help they say. Thats not my department but ill call them for you. Walmart hires idiot yes men and women. At this point id rather save my time and frustration and pay a few bucks more elsewhere. read more
