It's a nice Walmart although they were out of a lot of things there was some areas of the shelves that there were multiple spaces due to missing items that have not been restocked. They have a churro place right by the entrance which is nice and has good desserts. The Walmart is very big and has a good variety of stuff. I don't know about the bathroom because I didn't go. It was also raining out so it wasn't packed in there which was nice. I would go back. read more

Came here to pick up some toiletries and snacks before my cruise. Even though I don't have to pay checked bag fees, I'm a big fan of carry-on only and buy toiletries when I land where I'm going. This is the closest Walmart to the Orlando Airport. Walmart offers a two pack deal: Garnier shampoo and conditioner for $8 (used to be $6 until recently). This Walmart had a larger gluten-free section than other Walmarts. They also offered a lot of gluten-free frozen food. Some were clearance priced but that was pretty much empty. There was a microwave, stoptop, and fridge in my room at the hotel I was staying at so picked up some food for dinner. Knocking down a stair as there was limited fresh fruit and the plums had fruit flies. read more

I have a love/ hate relationship with Walmart. I love that Walmart has everything. Groceries, vitamins, household goods, plants, furniture, automotive parts, appliances, clothing, baby stuff, etc. You name it, they've got it. I mean, how can you not like being able to go grocery shopping, pick up your prescriptions, get an oil change and get your nails done all in one place? I don't do any of those here but it's there for all that do. When I do come here it's usually for vitamins and and gym essentials and then I'm out. I find that this location gets busy. It's always crowded and they're always moving things around. When I can't find what I'm looking for, the employees act like they don't know where anything is. They're response is usually, " I don't work in this department " Okay.. then why are you in this department? Are you on break? Is there someone else that can help me? Of course there never is. Some pretend they don't understand what I'm saying. And this is why I hate Walmart read more

I usually have a great experience at this Walmart Supercenter. The store itself is clean, well-stocked, and convenient, and most employees around the store are helpful and friendly. It's a reliable place to shop for groceries and everyday essentials, and I normally enjoy coming here. However, I was very disappointed with the bakery service. I stood at the counter for several minutes waiting for assistance, and the employees clearly saw me but avoided helping me. No one acknowledged me or asked if I needed help, which made me feel ignored and uncomfortable. Customer service in the bakery definitely needs improvement, as this experience did not match the rest of the store. Overall, the store is great, but the bakery staff needs better attentiveness and customer service training. read more

5 Star Walmart? As the late Judy Tenuta said, "It could happen!". I found a great deal on a Pit Boss KC Combo Grill which typically had a sale price of around $850. On this day, the damaged package was only $420. It looked to be in good shape. I'd probably buy anything for $420, $666 or $187 as I am nuts. So am I rating it 5 stars for the deal? Heck NO! The crew that helped drag the mangled box out of the wire shelf where the box was stuck. Then brought the pieces out of the garden center to the front and loaded it all into the SUV, placing cardboard down so it wouldn't catch on the vehicle's carpet. What an awesome staff who could have just said "We can't get it out, so tough luck, Bozo!" It's a little out of the way for me and there's not much else around, but now that I know there's a brewery or two nearby (Ellipsis), I could make a trip out of it. It's not as hectic as the Narcossee store and not as scary as the one on E. Colonial. It's still a Walmart, but the staff made it 5 star. The deal helped too! read more

Do not go to this Walmart for anything car related. I booked an appointment for an oil change at this location at 2:30 we get here 15 minutes early but ended up waiting for about an hour just to hand in our keys. Just to find out they had at least 7 people booked at the same time. Now I have to wait what they said is another hour before I get my car back and I don't fully believe that. We were not the only people complaining, one lady said she had an appointment for 11:30 and was just getting checked out at 3:30 read more

I typically hate coming here but I needed deli meat and this is the only one that has my Cracker Barrel deli meat. I was surprised that there was actually 3 checkout lines with workers. A very quick stop at this Walmart for a case of water and a few other bits so that I'm prepared for my road trip. This location is a Supercenter, which means that in addition to the usual soft-lines, clothing, electronics and toys, there is also a full grocery store with produce, fresh meats and cold drinks. It's a huge store and there are a few variations from Walmart to Walmart, so I did manage to find what I was looking for. Busy store on a Saturday afternoon with some queues at registers but no wait at the self-checkout. The auto service center on E. Colonial Orlando Florida is the worst I've experienced on several occasions. Today I take my 2013 Nissan Altima for service I checked in and asked the guy for oil change and asked if they do cabin filter change he said yes $19.99 plus $10 installation fee. I said ok fine (although I've done it myself before once) After 2 hrs I came up to the desk after receiving text of completion. I was told by the service manager that he declined my filter change. I asked why he stated because your cabin filter is located behind your glove box behind a panel that will require to much handling and we do not want to break anything. I said no it is located behind the panel on the center console. He looked at me (a female) and stated "I don't know what your talking about those filters are located in the glove box but they can't do it, my guys aren't mechanics they just do basic services". This place is HUGE. I enjoy coming to this location best out of all the supercenters near me. I usually can maneuver around pretty easily and this particular locations seems to have a lot of staff working to help you find something you need. The staff I encounter are all usually nice and make sure they find time to help you with what you need to find. I appreciate the cleanliness of this Walmart, and the organization too! I usually find everything I need, but sometimes the stock is low in their garden area or bean bag chairs. I don't mind this Walmart being so large, to me it helps me get a lot of my grocery shopping done because it does not just have food, there is literally everything you can imagine. They also price match at this location too!! The one down-fall to every Walmart location is how crowded it gets sometimes when the entire family comes to visit at once. I do not like to visit Walmart when it is over crowded. This location in particular is usually pretty clear, it has a crowd, but it is not too overwhelming! I'm going with three stars on this because for Walmart three stars average not too bad it's not too great. This location is at the corner of Narcoossee and Goldenrod which depending on where you're located can just be expensive because of tollroads or a nightmare to drive all the way down Narcoossee Road from say Laureate Park really Nona and drive to 10,000 lights, needless to say not necessarily my favorite location, but it is the store that I shop at for almost 2 years until our gloriously Lake Nona location opened. This tile store is what I was referred to as the traditional new concept of super Walmarts. Currently the model of stories are moving slightly smaller and leaving the word super out of it implying is somewhat smaller store. This however is a full-blown super Walmart it's a full-blown super Walmart inside and carries the vast assortment of products variations like you would find at a big old super Walmart. That's not necessarily a bad thing... It's more of a know what you're getting yourself into, the place is big. I'll be at big, I must say that the store is relatively clean the parking is typically cluttered with a lot of cards... Particularly later in the evening when there is a card patrol and I do most of my shopping. A little tip for you in the parking lot just go ahead and park by the garden center if it's during the day and you're not leaving with 100 grocery items. If you have anywhere 20 items or less it's very simple to check out to the garden center usually no weight and if you plug in that general direction, which almost always has eight superfluous amount of parking. OK, what about the store and what they've got? They got everything that got tires they got oil change, has a vision center it's got a huge auto department a subway, and a moderate to good size toy department. The hardware department is a little bit shy compared to most but sporting-goods is pretty heavy along with automotive. What else do you find there? What ever you would find it a normal Walmart... Frozen goods, meat, dry goods, cereal, groceries, dairy products... You get the idea. Again being that if they would local modern traditional super Walmart it doesn't have a huge focus on the bakery or deli. It's really more of a Walmart where you figure you're going to get good deals. The one awesome thing that I will say about this Walmart is the proximity and alignment with some of the runways at the Orlando international airport allow you to get some amazing views of very low planes flying right overhead of the store in the parking lot, this is something I do enjoy about store. It's not an unsafe store, but if I were you Young lady that doesn't feel terribly safe at night in unknown places or that you're not to Milyer with. I probably wouldn't go to this Walmart... It's not that it's bad; it's just that the parking lot as a dark creepy feel to it. I have never once seen anything go wrong or the police there it just has like a weird vibe to it. I'm just saying to let the ladies know that if I were a lovely young lady and wasn't comfortable in the evening... I simply shop there during daytime hours. So three stars... Your run-of-the-mill super Walmart... It's clean... Nothing special... Can't really complain and can't really praise it. It's not as bad as some it's not as good as Lake Nona! But if you're in the area check it out for instants I got sleeping bags that normally cost around 50 bucks on clearance for seven dollars. I've only come here late after work around 2:30am to grocery shop. Never had a problem with bumping into people since it's so peaceful this time of night. The only drawback is it's their time to stock items for the shelves and sometimes they're still in the big boxes. Cashiers and other employees are pretty nice on the most. I had to get used to being greeted with "Good morning" when I'm about to catch some zzz's in an hour, lol. read more

This has got to be one of the largest super Walmarts I've seen. One of the things I like about this Walmart, is that the aisles are wide. No more bumping into someone else's shopping cart while you're going down the produce aisle. Like other super Walmart, he have a grocery on one side and a market on the other. The day I was there I picked up some T-shirts and some produce all one visit. We were in mid July and they already had back to school stuff out. The parking lot is very large many many parking spaces. I will definitely be coming back to this Walmart just seems easier to maneuver around the parking lot, find a space, and get in and out of the store. Then once you get inside the store, you have the enormous variety of selection of products choose from. The only thing missing from this location is a liquor store. See you at Wally World. read more

flew into Orlando Airport...headed to Disney cruise ship terminal in Port Canaveral...this was the most reasonable stop where i could pick up toothpaste, sunscreen and wine! I looked it up on yelp ..and then the Uber driver suggested the same exact location...sweet! we packed carry on only (to avoid the hefty checked bag fees)...so spent a small amount of cash to get what i needed..they have a huge selection of wines (and pretty decent stuff too!)...wines are priced slightly higher than in California (i guess they are considered imported..ha!)...in and out super quick...barely put a dent in my Uber fare... awesome! read more

I ordered a small item online and opted to have it shipped to store for pick up. It arrived promptly in 2 days as promised but the pickup experience was really awful. I received an email telling me to follow the pick up signs which I immediately saw throughout the Walmart parking lot. It turned out those signs were all for grocery pickup. To avoid confusion the physical signs and signs painted on the ground should specify that. Ultimately, I found the actual pickup location inside the store. Unfortunately, there were no employees posted. There was a bell to ring for service but it didn't work. I went ahead and checked myself in at the kiosk and my name appeared on the screen, but nobody showed up. I waited several minutes until finally a female employee came through the door, wandered around a bit, looked at me and didn't say a word. Several minutes later she came back and I realized that she could not find a customer item. A few minutes later a male employee came and joined her, still not saying anything to me but they talked to each other in Spanish. After about a 15-minute wait, the same female employee finally looked at me and said she'd be with me soon. Obviously they have some training issues to work out. Until they do, I won't be shipping any items to this store. I was the only customer waiting and there is no reason one of two employees working couldn't have greeted and helped the only other customer waiting. Additionally, while I waited, dozens of employees filed in and out of multiple doors. Not one of them attempted to see if I needed any help. To make the experience worse, I realized that I needed some eye drops on my way out, so I quickly grabbed them and walked up to the pharmacy register where I saw not one, not two, but three employees standing behind the counter. There were no customers anywhere nearby and I stood there for several minutes waiting for one of them to say I'll be with you shortly or just a moment ma'am. But...I got nothing. I was never so much as acknowledged. Frustrated, I walked over to the main cashier lines and checked out. Sad and unprofessional. This is my neighborhood. This is the area that my husband and I chose to invest and purchase a home. And, we can't walk into our own local Walmart and be served like decent human beings. I don't know if there is racism involved but I'm starting to wonder. I am African-American and English is my first language but I have a Master's Degree in Spanish, Education and Leadership. I can't tell you how many times cashiers and employees at this very store won't speak to me. I get the dirty looks and silent treatment at checkout. No greetings and no goodbyes. Perhaps, because they assume because I am black, that I don't speak Spanish. Or, maybe they don't speak English and have poor manners or a lack of professionalism. Either way, the customer service and the feeling is terrible. If nothing else, if English-speaking customers are not valuable enough to have English-speaking employees, then we can train our non-English-speaking employees to speak common courtesies in English. It is very hurtful to stand in line and watch a cashier greet and converse pleasantly with the customers in front of you in Spanish, and then look you up and down and suddenly get totally mute for your whole checkout experience. Saying hello, how are you, and thank you are simple customer service courtesies and should not be optional based on the language or culture of your customer. And, people should not be profiled based on their race or appearance and not spoken to because an unprofessional employee assumes their culture or their language capabilities. I say this entirely from a customer service standpoint. I have taught English and Spanish for over 20 years in North America and in South America. In this beautiful bilingual city of Orlando we need to think about how we're treating different kinds of people. There cannot be a double standard of service. I would even prefer that someone simply say to me that they don't speak English very well. We can all learn to be kind and courteous. Hopefully, a manager with a heart for professionalism and service will read this and make some positive changes. I would really like to treated like a valued part of my community. read more

For a Walmart, this one is new and nice and clean. It is also huge...one of the largest Super Walmart stores I have seen. We shopped in multiple areas of the store and found it stocked with everything we were looking for. They had quite a few checkout lines open, so the wait was not too long. I visited customer service on a return trip and had a really long wait...due to the customer in front of me arguing with the Service Representative and the Manager about the return policy on electronics (which is posted right above their heads). They eventually called for two more employees to handle the people in the customer service line. The layout of the store is a little different because of the larger size, so we were running from one side of the store to another to pickup every thing we needed. For a Walmart, it was pretty clean and better stocked and staffed than others in the area. read more

This Walmart is horrible I only gave one star because you can't give a 0. They always start night fright early leaving it almost impossible to make your way through the isles. There are never enough cash registers open leaving a fast checkout out of the question. The cashiers aren't trained properly and can't do things as simple as a split transaction. The store is always dirty and when asking an associate where something is you might as well forget it and search the store yourself you'll find it faster! I refuse to revisit this Walmart id rather drive downtown than to continue to shop in a place where you aren't valued as a paying customer... read more

This wal mart sucks! Waited in line for over 15 minutes at a self service checkout. The lines are always way too long and there are never enough cashiers to take care of the volume of people. At the check out after ringing everything up and being shoved along by a worker to go to the register we learned it was cash only. We had to get money out of the atm to pay, just another way for them to get every penny out of you. It's a Friday night and they are understaffed and everything is hard to maneuver because it's also delivery night. I can't believe I am writing a review about Walmart. ANYWAYS, I've been to a few million (JK) Walmart stores in my life and have always preferred Target. However, I've grown quite fond of this location and it isn't just because it's next to a GameStop and ice cream place. Here's what I love about this location: 1) The customer service is actually wonderful. When you think Walmart, you don't think 5 star customer service, but the employee have always been so helpful 2) The bathrooms are clean! I'd rather bite into my own neck than use most public bathrooms but on a few occasions, when I've felt like spontaneously combusting, I've gone to the bathroom here and wasn't mortified. 3) The produce section is neat. I'd still never buy produce from Walmart but at least it is kept tidy! read more
