Not even a hi? You'd think they woild save notes too about how your prescription works so every single time you're not having to explain how to get your medication transferred from one pharmacy online to them. I have to do that every time and every time you can hear the hesitation in their voice for having to do their job. As is, getting medication is already stressful enough and the poor customer service is not helping the point. I absolutely will be going to the BBB and writing a review. Every pharmacist there is just rude, obnoxious and lazy. Except for Carlos, I have nothing but good things to say about him and I'll spare him the review.

Which is honestly pretty clutch if you ask me they delivered one time before and we told them if no one was their they can leave it in our backyard in this basket by our back door and the delivery driver did so we had a security gate so no one can just get back their and we gave them access so yeah super beneficial! Make sure you ask for Jonah as well really to be honest everyone their is helpful and will be more than willing to help you get taken care of and out of their as soon as possible ! I would rather support the smaller chain business over a big commercial business . Having a clothing brand and friends and family that own and run small business' is the reason why I rather support the smaller chains and at times I feel we don't give them the credit they deserve because these bigger corporations have more access or money to just advertise EVERYWHERE ! However, I've never really felt compelled to share a review or experience at a pharmacy before, considering it's usually just a quick exchange and nothing memorable. However, I just had the loveliest experience at Express pharmacy and I want everyone to know how great this place is! I am on a regular medication that every so often has huge shortages that cause a very large amount of difficulty in getting my prescription when needed. This issue is completely not any pharmacy or staffs fault of course, but it does cause a lot of stress and frustration. When dealing with an issue like this, I'm not always met with much kindness or willingness to help by a pharmacy. However, when I called express pharmacy to check their stock of the medication, (after calling over 10 other large chain pharmacies in the area with no success) not only did they quickly tell me they did have the medication, but they were also extremely friendly and easy to talk to. The next day I had my doctor send the prescription to them, and the day after that I went to pick it up. When I got to Express Pharmacy, there was unfortunately a small issue with filling the entire prescription quantity, (understandable as my call to check their stock was 2 days prior) but regardless of this, the entire staff was extremely helpful and kind. They were able to partially fill my medication so I wasn't left without anything, and assured me that they were on top of it and would contact me to pick up the remainder as soon as it is available, which should only be a day or two. Overall, the friendliness and positive atmosphere of the pharmacy and staff is very impressive, I will definitely be a repeat customer and plan to make this my go-to place!

I take a subcutaneous medication every two weeks and when I ran out without ensuring the next delivery was on its way, I was stressed. I was going out of town in the next few days so called the pharmacy to see if they could deliver asap. Though they initially said it couldn't happen, after explaining my situation they scheduled a delivery for me before I left town anyway. I was already so impressed and thankful for them listening to and working with me. Fast forward to delivery day and like a dodo I missed it. It is a refrigerated medication so they were unable to leave it. I called and the delivery driver had left the area so it seemed there was nothing that could be done. I was going out of town for a full week and was stressed as I was already late for my last dose. In a last ditch effort I called again-- just after closing-- and to my surprise the director Willie called back and said he would make the delivery happen!!! He was so friendly and accommodating, and didn't express any ire or frustration, even though I knew he would have to send a driver out of their way. On top of that he texted the driver's ETA and updated me in real time. It felt like a miracle. I couldn't believe the kindness and generosity involved. It felt they understood and cared, and it was so reassuring to be able to get my medication in time. I will be letting my doctor and clinic know what a great experience I had with this pharmacy and recommend to whoever I can to support this business! Thank you!

They offer great service and they don't try to upsale higher prices medicines when generics are available. I was caught so much at up with work, I figured that they knew how to do their job, and guess what? Medication was not ready because it was not in. Pauline (current manager) advised me that they ordered it when it came in. The past manager (forgot his name) contacted after a review I left and said that they would be more attentive and apologized for their error. They were good for years. Although I did make it a note to keep on top of it. I just don't understand how when I don't remind them, my medication's aren't ready because they didn't order them on time. But when I call them, there's never an issue with them being in to be filled. It's almost to the point where I have to continue doing their job. Just sad.
