I know I am asked for date of birth and address to verify me by this time it was more of demand then a question of verification. Once the script was located she tossed it in the drawer never verified I wanted to use the card on file, no thank you, not even an acknowledgment of the wait. Was she having a bad day and taking it out on me? If other pharmacies in the area had not closed I would take my business elsewhere but I am sadly stuck! This location is absolutely atrocious!

I clipped all my coupons that were in my Extra Bucks' account prior to check out this time. What a huge savings for buying 4 items totaling $20 After taxes...can't beat that. I needed a Sunblock face stick, so I thought to check out my local CVS for a SunBum one. Staff I came across were very helpful and friendly and efficient. I was in and out of here within 30min. I'll be back for future shopping needs. I didn't realize the City of Glendora, CA holds 2 CVS Pharmacies. My super lucky day today.... Will definitely be back in a flash!!!!

I won't pretend to know how all this works, but I found it kind of shocking that I checked a couple of other big chain pharmacies and got the same response. My husband suggested I check out the little mom n pop place in town. I thought for sure, there is no way they'd have what I needed if the bigger chains couldn't get it. Well! I was super wrong! Not only did Nelson's fill my Rx, like very quickly, the pharmacist there called the original place themselves to help me get it transferred! I was blown away by the service. Small town places FTW!!

If I'm out of refills, I have to call my doctor and ask them to submit refills because the pharmacy doesn't ever seem to do it (and it's part of their job). When my doctor authorizes refills, the pharmacy tells me it's to early to refill one of them yet ignores those refills I requested because I'm out of. My doctor sending refills after an appointment isn't the same as me actually requesting those refills, yet they cannot distinguish the difference. Checking their computer should tell them, but they don't seem to bother. The result is that one week later, I've been out of two prescriptions for days and they still haven't filled anything I requested last week. I came here this morning looking for a new pharmacy, but I decided it's time to leave a review at the one I'm currently suffering with. Some of the staff are nice but if you have prescriptions that you need regularly refilled, this isn't the pharmacy to go to.

I saw some plastic spoons on top of the counter and asked about those . She simple stated we don't use those the others are smaller. There was no empathy. I recently moved down the street and this did not make me feel like a valued customer. I hope you coach your team on how to be empathetic to your customer and try and go above and beyond.
