My doctor sent my prescription electronically to this pharmacy (formerly named Via Verde Pharmacy). I realize nearly every pharmacy offers this type of service, but when you arrive you might wait 20 minutes to pick up. But, NOT at Mercy Pharmacy! I called in a refill, within the hour, I received a text message letting me know it was ready. I didn't even know my prescription number when I placed the order, I simply gave my name and phone number. You can also "walk-in" or make an appointment for the flu shot or Covid vaccine. I got mine here and waited less than 10 minutes to be seen. This is also a Hallmark store where you can purchase gifts and choose special occasion cards from the ample collection and supply. There is a mini-postal sub-station here. You can buy stamps and mail letters/packages too. This proved to be a real time saver and the prices are very reasonable.

I have to do that every time and every time you can hear the hesitation in their voice for having to do their job. As is, getting medication is already stressful enough and the poor customer service is not helping the point. I absolutely will be going to the BBB and writing a review.
