She asked if I had the physical card (which I did), but instead of simply helping me, she read the sign out loud to me in a very rude and condescending tone, as if I didn't know how to read. Yes, it was a simple mistake on my end but there's a respectful way to speak to customers, and that wasn't it. I had planned to purchase something else to get cash back, but after that interaction, I decided to return the item and leave. I ended up going to Walgreens instead.
