Customer service goes a long way. There is a Epipen shortage. I'm sure I'm not the only parent calling pharmacies to find one. I called a month ago and the lady who answered sounded like I was annoying her. She said: Yes we have it. Just come down and we'll figure it out". I didn't go in because my designated pharmacy all of a sudden had it available. I called again this past week because I needed to get another set for school and for my other child. The same person who answered me before said: "Didn't you call before? I already told you we have it". Again, it sounded like I was annoying her. I'm also surprised I was the only one who called her to ask. It's the closest location that actually had the Epipen Jr but again, my other pharmacy all of a sudden had it available. Came in here for a COVID-19 test for my 11 year old and myself. I made the mistake of not reading that this place provides for a "self administered test." I was nervous to have to perform this test on my child, but to make things worst -it didn't help that the pharmacist who said she was Dr. Mai was rude and quite impatient in her instructions to us for how to perform the test.. "just go out to your car sit there and stick this long swab up your daughters nose as far up as you can till you feel resistance, wiggle it around for 5 seconds on one side and then do it on the other side... it's not a big deal we have thousands of people who have came here that have done it!" I would not recommend this place to my family or friends specially if testing kids because of how rude, impatient and unprofessional the owner is..the owner and her assistant. Go get this test done by a professional at a facility who will do it for you and correctly to ensure you don't waste your time, hurt yourself or your child with a test that you may not administer correctly. This place is awful. Worst customer service. When I walked in the pharmacy no one helped me until I asked to be helped. No one else was in the pharmacy. The lady at the front desk (Dr Mai?) was very short with me and unwelcoming. I must have came at a bad time because I felt like I, the customer, was an inconvenience to her. If she was busy, she could've easily said, "Hi, I'll be right with you." Customer service 101. Anyway, I went in for a PCR Covid test on a Friday at noon and finally received my results yesterday, a Thursday. So it took almost a week to receive the results. When I called to get an update on my Covid test Dr. Mai had the nerve to yell (yes...yell) at me about a honest review I had previously posted on Google. I couldn't believe that she's a doctor talking to her patients like that!! When I tried to tell her how I felt about my experience she would interrupt me and reprimand my thoughts and feelings about the situation. When you have multiple reviews mentioning a rude experience, you should probably self reflect and evaluate how you handle patients and your customers. Avoid this place if you can! read more

I do not recommend this place for vaccines. From the moment we walked in we got a bad vibe. I should have known better being that this was the only location with tons of available appointments. The place was empty, the lights were flickering, it felt odd. From the moment we started talking with the Pharmacist she had a rude attitude. First she interrupts my question with "do not lean on the glass." I was touching not leaning. But I let that slide. Then I ask if it would be possible to see the vial before she fills up the syringe with the pediatric dose. She acted like I had two heads. She was SO OFFENDED. Gave me the worst attitude and was like "fine." She shows it to me and gets bothered by me reading closely. Excuse me but mistakes have been made..things happen.. so you better believe I will double check what you inject into my child. She turned around in a huff and went out of sight to fill the syringe and immediately I tell my husband nope, we're leaving. She made us all SO UNCOMFORTABLE. He did get his booster but we left without the pediatric vaccine. This lady needs to get a grip and not take a parents precautions personal. I'll go to Walgreens where it is STANDARD to show you the vial and fill up the syringe IN FRONT of you with no attitude or qualms. read more

This pharmacy is a bad place to pick up any medications or prescriptions I walked in to get my weekly covid test done and the first thing the pharmacist tells me is why are you not vaccinated! That it is so wrong of you do you know your risking the lives of everyone around you that's very wrong of you to refuse the science behind the life saving vaccine.oh and that do you know sooner or later they will mandate it to where you will have to comply and not just that she also mentions that I'll have to pay $50 when the funding runs out for the testing ...I'm am beyond shocked and upset over how I got treated at this pharmacy last thing I need is to have a persons opinions shoved down my throat!! Dr Mai Thai is beyond amazing. She calls the insurance company for you, will call the Dr offices, catches drug interactions, knows drugs more than any other pharmacist, calls when your prescription is ready, refills already ready, and will work with you on any issue you have with meds. I recommend Health RX to all my family and friends as I know especially with my parents who both have cancer, she looks out for meds, deals with insurance if things aren't covered and goes out of her way to help. read more

Do you see Walmart, CVC Target etc. take the time to help you with other serious medications you take that interfere with other new medications your primary Dr. has given you giving you that causes more serious heath problems. I was referred to them by CVS for an unusual item. After a quick phone contact, I visited the store and described what I needed. They showed me a couple of items, not exactly what I wanted but I figured close enough. I was informed that if the factory sealed bag was opened, I could not return the item which makes sense, especially during this Covid time. I found I couldn't use the item after checking with my PCP and was able to get a replacement item from the hospital. I came back to the store with the item in unopened and factory sealed condition with with the original receipt and they refused to accept the item and credit my card account. I left the item with them and have filed a claim with the card company. She said she told me I could not return it. No she didn't, she said I could not return it if it had been opened. It had not been opened or otherwise tampered with. A rather small amount of money but I feel this kind of business practice is not in good faith. When I got there they told us they don't even carry that medication. Not only did we waste our time but all the gas it took to get there. The owner is usually there and she is a very warm and nice lady. She really takes an interest in you as a person. They fill prescriptions quickly and accurately. Let's me preface this with saying I contacted them due to their name. I am prescribed a pain medicine monthly. My health insurance wants me to get all prescriptions filled at CVS. Not a problem for regular, generic meds. So for this specialty medicine, I called a specialty pharmacy. I was told they would REFUSE to fill this prescription unless they filled ALL my other prescriptions too. They said "it wouldn't be fair to us" to only fill one of your prescriptions. What?!?! Getting a prescription filled is fair unless they get them all! That's not customer service, it's blackmail. When I pushed back, she said "having all my prescriptions will give them a better idea of my overall health". Fair enough. Still does this mean this "pharmacy" would refuse to fill a script. That's not our job. The person with the MD determines what is best for a patients health, not a pharmacist. I know they have a clientele that thinks highly of them, but this was my first and only experience. read more
