They were friendly. The only issue I had with them was they never asked about my insurance. I thought I gave it to them. The medicines were more expensive than normal. I didn't question it at the time. I wanted to contact my insurance to find out why. When I found out that the pharmacy didn't contact my insurance since they didn't ask for my insurance information I was surprised. That should have been the first thing they should have asked me. I thought I had given it to me. Ultimately it was my responsibility. Once I figured that out they refunded the difference.

When I go to CVS I never see the same employee twice but at Leonard Pharmacy they are calling me by name and saying hi and asking how I am doing while pulling my orders. Why would I ever go elsewhere? If my medicine isn't in stock they have it the next day, their OTC products are always available and well priced. The cold and flu section beets out most and their medical supply area is top notch. I have looked at their diabetic footwear and its fashionable. I've never had a bad experience here and will probably use them as long as I live in the area.

The attitudes are always awful. I have to brace myself before I go in to pick up my meds. There's ALWAYS an issue. Further, I get texts saying my meds are ready and I have a week to pick them up. I go to get them in that time and guess what? They say they've already put them up and I should've come sooner. When I have the text saying I have five more days to pick it up! After a long commute and picking up my medication, I never want to sit in a line for 30 minutes for two prescriptions. I'm only making this review for awareness because when I got up to the window, it took over 10 minutes to get my prescriptions when I got a text and phone call that they were ready two days prior. This location either needs more staff or better organization.

When we lived in Richardson we use to shop at a store all the time with the no carb buns/breads, I was greatly surprised to see that this place has those here. They also have different kinds of milk to choose from, butter, meats, and sweet treats. Seriously I'm so excited to see all of these healthy choices of foods to choose from. Not even to mention some of the different medical chairs, wheel chairs, medical beds, walkers, crutches, C-pack machine stuff, air purifiers, and so much more. There is a cool section of shoes to choose from. They even have the machines to measure your feet and show where your pressure points are. So that they can give you the shoe that fits you the best. What I thought was really mindful is by the front there is a section just for baby stuff for anything the new parents can now find things that Walmart won't have. The selection for the baby bags is amazing, I would personally use more of these bags as a personal bag for myself. The section with the bathroom safety stuff was really cool to go through cause I personally wouldn't know where to get a lot of the stuff for the showers. Knowing that there is a place that's closer then Greenville or Dallas makes me feel a lot better about being out here now. We must have talked with the owner for a good hour or more and they all seem like great people and love hearing the input the people have to say. They have a lot of low carb foods but again too expensive. A package of hamburger buns (that were more like bagels) was $12.00. It's a good place too look around but buy what you want online
