We have a family member on several meds and a pharmacist tech is the one that caught I was not giving a correct dosage. It's amazing to me that he spent a lot of time with me to figure that out, and I never felt I was being an inconvenience to him. I felt he cared. Sine then, we have had other issues with ins, paperwork, refills, etc. I have always been treated like I was their only patient. For me, customer service wins out every time. Thank you from the top employee down to the bottom; you have a great group of workers here!! :-)

I don't know if the people just don't care, or they are…read moreoverworked, or if this is an issue with the myunitypoint, but I have tried and tried to get this office to send my prescriptions to the appropriate address and they just don't do it. I have tried calling the office, I have tried using the portal, I brought it up to my doctor in person, I brought it up to the office staff when I was there in person, and I have consistently been very polite in addressing it. Finally I sent a frustrated message through the portal, but the care team never read it or replied. Because of this I have ended up having to go without my medications repeatedly, I have had to spend endless amounts of time on the phone with the office and waiting on hold, and explaining the situation to pharmacists. The only conclusion I can draw at this point is they don't care. For any clarification that may be needed I have been traveling for work for 17 months, but have repeatedly been back to Iowa and attended any necessary visits. I have explained the situation of my travel to the care team probably 2 dozen times at this point, but still about 85% of the time the office sends my Rx to the wrong place. It is so frustrating.

Staff did a great job. Their internal office procedures have caused me trouble. I have had multiple…read moreprocedures done this year and paid the bills as I received them. (7 different billings this past summer from July to September.) Unbeknownst to me there was a May billing I didn't find. My assumption was that if there was a balance on my account it would show up on every billing. That wasn't the case. They said they had 12 accounts for me, the same patient. So my billing from May that I was unaware of went to collections even though they sent me an overpayment I made in September. I asked them why they would send me a refund if there was a balance owed. Internal office procedures on how services and billings are handled are problematic.
