They know us by name and always have a smile and a kind word for our little girl who is 5 and lives to go in there for a balloon! While Walgreens is not the least expensive store in town, it's not overpriced either, and stellar customer service goes a long way. I've never had a problem with a long wait at any of the counters (front end, photo or pharmacy) and really appreciate being able to get in, get out and be on our way.

Although I understood they had a short time to take their lunch, it would've been good to have that communicated sooner. It just seems that having already seen her once before they could've handled the situation with more poise and much better bed side manner. She's in pain and getting around is very difficult for her. These medications are important for her healing and the lack of compassionate communication just adds to the stress of the whole process.
