He then brought over his manager, who didn't even know what falafel was. The manager proceeded to pull several other employees into the search, sending them on a wild goose chase. I waited nearly 40 minutes while staff wandered around looking for a product they clearly didn't know if they carried. The whole experience was unprofessional and a complete waste of my time. It was obvious the staff, including the manager, did not know their own inventory.

The staff was polite and did an awesome job. It was great to get to network and spend some time with others with similar interests. The bourbon community is just that...a community.
