If good customer service practices were utilized due to the sensitive need the doctor would have provided data but they did not even try to reach me or doc . Hope this does not result in an er visit. If this site had a negative star it would fit the review. Was at this location for Black Friday and had to return all my stuff because I just felt they didn't deserve my money. After waiting in line for almost 2 hours to select dvds and games my nephew was harassed by the hired police guy. He was just standing by my basket watching me from a distance. The officer was rude to him and started to yell at him. If the guy had a problem w him he should of talked the his guardian which was me. I don't know what I was expecting from a Walmart lube job...I guess asking for the basic service is asking for too much...I got the top tier oil change for $50 but they didn't top off my fluid or wash the windshield. I verified at the start of this whole transaction that I wanted the full service that was included...I had to ask twice to get them done, but still the windshield is a smudged up mess... I had a very positive experience at this Walmart two days ago. I was asked by the Walmart staff if I needed any help several times while I was in the store. One particular person: Cheyenne (a guy) went out of his way to help us in picking out a bike. He was friendly and very positive about Walmart. This is an employee every Walmart should strive to have. This Walmart is the worst. I am disabled and use coupons to save money for food, etc. I had a coupon for air freshener that said, " Buy 2 and get 1 free. Any size." At check out, the checker said it was only for the individual singles. I told him it says any size. I had three 3 packs, so I would get one 3 pack free. The renuzit air freshener is only made in one size, but is sold individually, 2 packs , and 3 packs. I have used these coupons for years. What part of " Any size " do they not understand. Had the manager come over and then the General Manager. Well, I ended up just leaving. I contacted the company that sells the air fresheners and told them about it, but didn't say it was Walmart. Usually I have no problem but today my fiancé and I went to go buy snacks and he wanted to get a 6 pack to relax when we got home. Mind you I'm 17 weeks pregnant so I have a baby bump, when at the cashier the lady asked me if I had my ID and said "it's like. the law" I looked at her and said yeah well I'm pregnant so obviously it's not for me. Several weeks ago, I stopped by the Electronic Department and spoke with the salesperson "Dee". She was extremely informative and convinced me to change to the Walmart Cellular Family plan. Before that happened I had to some research on my current cell. I decided to purchase another cell online. I stopped at the store today with both of my phones and handed them to "Dee" to switch plans, through 1 hour of trying to get me situated and also helping other customers, she didn't rush 1 time, she smiled and kept pushing forward. As I stood there sweating because the ac wasn't working, "Dee" still stayed calm, cool and collected. Thank you "Dee" for making my experience in your department awesome! read more

It's Walmart. What do you expect. The only thing that upset me was I came to the pharmacy before 9pm to pick up my prescription and all pharmacists were walking out early. I needed my meds that night for certain issues I had and I tried to flag one of them down. I asked him if the pharmacy was closed and he didn't even look me in the eye or turn his head, he just said "Yeah" while continuing to walk away hurriedly, not wanting to help. I was so upset I went to the front desk and asked to speak with the manager. The manager was actually wonderful and very kind. He apologized profusely and said that he wished he could help but he was not allowed to go back there and hand out medicine, which is completely understandable. He said he would tell his staff that they are required to stay until 9pm and not a minute before. The manager's kindness is what makes me give this a three star rating. Otherwise it would have been a 1 star for the unprofessional attitude of the pharmacy and it's pharmacists. read more

This Walmart branch is clean with courteous salespersons. It has reasonable prices and they do price match without any hassle. Customer service is great too. I don't know why I continue to give Wal Marts a try. Every time I go I end up reminding myself that this is THEE worst place to shop! I got there looking for a video game because I didn't want to pay for shipping AND I live down the road so I thought I'd just drive by. I needed to get other items anyways. I got to the electronic dept and asked an employee for the game, and if they do price match on their online merch. She said yes and then told me to wait a minute while she switched shifts with someone. I said ok. The man that walked up proceeded to help me. Once we get to the game section he asks to view the game online on my phone. I gladly showed him. He proceeded to give me this whole lecture on how Walmart online isn't the same as the Walmart store, that Walmart might not have the game (even though it was right in front of his face), and then asked to grab my phone and put the item in the cart as if I was going to buy it. I was NOT going to give my phone to a complete stranger especially if they start giving me attitude. At that point I told him if he didn't want to help me I can ask someone else to do it. He CURSED AT ME UNDER HIS BREATH IN SPANISH thinking I wasn't going to hear or understand him. I'm bilingual. At that point I had no patience. I spoke to a manager who NICELY AND PROFESSIONALLY helped me out and apologized for his employees attitude. While I was speaking with the manager, the employee CONTINUED to curse at me under his breath! The manager agreed to speak with him and walked with me to the register. auto service center was horrible/ completely disorganized. waited almost 4 hours and demanded my car be returned. They lost keys, had a man waiting an extra hour as they never turned in his paperwork after his oil change and new tire was put on his vehicle. One car remained in the service bay for 45 minutes to complete an oil change. Assistant manager had an attitude. Only person who showed customer service was the supervisor who tried her best. Worst place ever never ever going back! Angry Chinese/Asian woman named Chong was simply rude. She tried pulling my items out of my bag before I could pay, all because u had a few coupons. The tire and lube service is the worst I have ever worked with. They waisted all most 2 hours of my day. Went to get two front tires. Lady goes to get my tire size and gets tires that where smaller than the ones I had on the car. I didn't know she was doing that. I came back in about hour I see my tires of but no one is working on them. So I'm waiting and I hear a mechanic say did y'all call the customer who had the Ford Fusion yet. I have a ford 500 so I think nothing of it. The cashier keeps looking for the fusion paper work and can't find it. 20 mins past I say to the cashier hey what is going on with my car. He says they are working on it. Then the mechanic asked again for them to page the owner of the Ford Fusion. I say you mean 500 no this gray ford which is my car. He tells I would recommend putting smaller tire on your car because your back tires are bigger. I told him I didn't ask for smaller tire. Well we can't but bigger ones on there because it's not what ford wants on this car. I said fine but my old ones back on and I will go somewhere else. I speak to the manager Carlos and he is acting like its my fault for the tired size. If I was told from the beginning I would have not waisted my time. He said we paged you which was a lie for two reason. One, when I came back from shopping one hour I have Carlos my ticket he said the are still working on it. 30 mins later I realize the were mistaking my car for a fusion that they couldn't find the paperwork to page someone. Not the best Walmart -- they only make new batches of popcorn shrimp until 19:00, even though the bakery guy said it is until 20:00, closing at 21:00. For old batches, they leave it all uncovered in high heat, so, it's better to get some midday the day before and leave in the fridge even overnight, then to get any "fresh" ones from their shelves after 19:00, because it is ridiculously dry from sitting there all day. read more

We the customers have to be the first to behave and control our kids .. Walmart is not party land or day care like some parents think, their kids destroy or mess it the store all up and then celebrate what their kids did. I've seen and heard how some people mess things up and tell their kids or just say they have to clean it up, throwing clothing in the floor..breaking stuff around..eating the food and not paying for it leaving empty bags without food. This people that work at the Walmart are not our slaves and we treat them like trash and then expect and demand to be treated kindly and respectful..Why if we are the first to treat them like shit . They have to be cleaning our mess and our kids mess. We the customers are in most cases the cause of their behavior. Walmart Supercenter 12900 N I-35 in Austin, TX is THE WORST WALMART I'VE EVER BEEN TO! The cashiers there are incredibly misinformed about coupons, and the manager there is AWFUL! I was at the self checkout with my boyfriend. I scanned my products. I scanned my coupons. All but 3 didn't go through. The checker in charge of self checkouts comes over. He's an older, white, male. He looks at my coupons. I had a printable coupon from coupons.com for $6 off 2 Covergirl products, a manufacturer coupon straight from Clairol for a free box of hair color, and a manufacturer coupon straight from LALA for a free pack of smoothie yogurts. The guy proceeds to tell me that free product coupons don't exist. Wrong, as he's looking at 2. Then he says it must be for the wrong products. Wrong. They are the correct products. Then he says I exceeded limits on the number of Covergirl coupons I could use. Wrong. I only have one coupon. Then he tells me my Covergirl products must be accessories, since it excludes accessories. Wrong. I tell him both products are concealers. He tells me they must be cheekers, because the coupon excludes cheekers. Wrong. Then he tells me they must not be Covergirl products at all. Wrong. They both say Covergirl on the front. He tells me he can't put them through unless I buy more products without coupons. I already had a basket full of things. Then he says I need a manager to approve this and calls for one. We stand there a wait 20 minutes. NO MANAGER SHOWS UP! I go to just pay and leave. The machine stops working. The guy comes over and says he has to restart the machine. He moves us to another machine and we have to RESCAN AND REDO EVERYTHING!!! I redo it. We wait another 20 minutes. The manager STILL ISN'T THERE! At this point I wrote MANAGER!!!!! on a piece of paper and held it up to the camera watching the machine. Nothing. I ended up telling the guy he could just keep the products I was trying to buy and take my business elsewhere. This on top of the fact that the guy WROTE ON MY FREEBIE COUPONS, RENDERING THEM USELESS ANYWHERE ELSE!!! We pay and go to leave. The door attendant asked if I got to use all my coupons. I told her no, we waited forever and the manager was a huge flake and never bothered to come by. She just shook her head and laughed. I am absolutely LIVID. This isn't the first time I've had terrible experiences with this particular Walmart. They discontinue products I use all the time, and they NEVER have anything in stock. I always have to go somewhere else with half my list because they don't have anything. They up the prices on things that have coupons, or pull them all until the coupons expire. I know this because I've watched the prices on certain items rise and fall when there are coupons out, and I've seen the spots that say temporarily unavailable when only days before there were products on the shelves. I had a cashier refuse my Similac check straight from Similac. He said I could take it to a different line, or another store, but he wasn't taking it. Another cashier told me she didn't feel like scanning my coupons because I was already getting things cheap enough so she didn't see what the problem was or why it was a big deal anyway. Worst store ever. Worst people working there ever. If I could give it a negative 50 stars, I would. I opened a Yelp account just to do this review. That's how annoyed I am at this place. read more
