Grocery order. Delivered. Driver stole many items, and threw down the rest, resulting in much damage (like 12 broken eggs, etc.). Rest of the order was spoiled and hot. Walmart refuses to give a refund, stating that I have to ship all damaged items to the warehouse. After this happened, an agent told me to throw it all out. So, two weeks later, they refuse to give a refund unless I return all. WHO retains broken eggs, milk that was mopped up from my front porch, slimy spinach, a broken watermelon, etc., etc.? I am out $97.00 and even Paypal won't help. They state that Walmart needs all items returned to get my refund. Don't tempt me to get into the trash can and retrieve a bunch of slimy, spoiled, rotten groceries, box them up and return them to Walmart. The shipping alone will be about $50.00. I WILL NEVER, EVER, EVER EVER SHOP AT WALMART AGAIN. THIS is the fourth time that I was missing items and they just say, 'it was delivered.' One item was delivered to Florida and I live in Texas, but they claim it was delivered, no refund. This is for delivery, not pickup, but whatever, I am soooo pissed off at Walmart.

    Walmart thinks you're a criminal

While the workers are nominally friendly, this location is very dirty and disorganized. I would not recommend it for any reason. Their surveillance robot in the parking lot is downright dystopian and a slap in the face. There are many other stores that have more respect for customers. I've been shopping at this store since the noughties, and experiences like this are exactly why I keep coming back. The team consistently provides exceptional service, and if a question or concern ever comes up, they handle it quickly, professionally, and with genuine care. Thank you for always going above and beyond and for making me love Nordstrom even more. Your professionalism, kindness, and dedication to customers are truly appreciated. We were able to quickly find the sections we wanted to see and try without feeling overwhelmed. The baby section was especially impressive. We really appreciated being able to see and test different stroller displays in person. Since strollers can be a big investment, it was helpful to explore options hands-on before committing. Even without making a purchase, we walked away with a much clearer idea of what we'd want for our babies. The store truly has something for everyone--men, women, kids, and babies--all laid out thoughtfully. Overall, a pleasant shopping experience. Keep up the great work and thanks for keeping the space so clean and inviting. Cheers

I only came to the 5th Street Target because it was the only place that had what I needed,a simple pen for black label for homemade gifts. I came against my better judgment, and honestly, I wish I hadn't. First off, the parking is a mess. You have to park in the garage and get validation to avoid paying $7. There's no handicap parking right in front of the elevator entrance either, which makes things way harder than it should be. I could have used street parking but didn't feel like being hassled by the men that wait in front of the store. Once I got inside, I started noticing a man, Hispanic, curly hair, maroon shirt, no name badge walking past me multiple times in different sections. First in the makeup aisle, then again when I moved to another area, and again a third time. It really felt like he was watching me, not shopping. He made me super uncomfortable. I was using the Target app to scan items and make sure I was getting the right prices. Just trying to get in and out quickly because, truth be told, I've been avoiding Target for a while now. When I checked out, one of my items rang up higher than what the app said. I went to Guest Services, showed the price on my phone, and was told I must've grabbed the wrong thing. I hadn't, I scanned it myself before adding it to my cart. All this over a few markers. I'm sticking with my boycott. I came here trying to support my own project and left feeling watched, dismissed, and frustrated.

I didn't find any men's clothing or shoes there - I think Kohls as a better selection IMO, but picked up some good organizational items to use for the kitchen. Be weary of the prices - even though it may seem to best best or lowest price I like to check google for validation. Overall I spent a lot of time browsing but only came out with a couple of items. I even bought Christmas presents because they were marked down so much and I like to buy Christmas presents throughout the year so that I don't have to fork out a lot of money in December. I just have to remember where I hide them! Ha ha ha!
