We wanted to walk around after we had dinner. We always go to Target and now I remember why. So I've been eyeing online this red gooseneck electric tea kettle. We found the white one in store. Did I need it now? Did I want it in white? Both boxes were smashed in...the care of merchandise in this store was a disgrace. I decided to just order online. Hopefully safer. Atleast I could get the color I wanted. We roamed around the store. I thought...mini fridge since we are more than 50% back in office now. Boxes, again, we're horrible. Looked like some were open. Some were even moved to the top shelf. I dont know what's going on here. Walmart has definitely increased it game in home decor and even the clothing. These influences got me buying online...if it was actually available. But the environment in store.... I just wanted to come here and leave a review because I really enjoyed my visit today. I didn't know if they would have any more of the TVs that my friend had said she bought for around $200. Not only did I find that TV but I found a cheaper one that is better in my eyes and has Roku already but I only paid $176 for. I also wanted to make sure that I told the management about employee Trina, who was amazing, kind, it had me laughing the whole time I was talking to her. I personally prefer self checkout. Now ridiculously Each self checkout must be manned by a human. Only 2 self checkout registers of 9 were open at each end of the store because of staffing. Many of the manned checkouts were open. I don't understand why they installed all the new self checkout kiosks if they won't be available. Very frustrating! read more

Alcohol purchases require an id, however, you aren't informed that the delivery person will be taking a photo or scan of the id. Been shopping here for many years, they usually have everything I need when I do my shopping. However, it is quite unprofessional having to wait a long timefor an associate to come unlock a cabinet just to get something out, especially when you wait 10-15 minutes as other associates notice you standing there but still walk by without offering any help, until you have to go find someone and directly ask them to assist you, then that's when you finally get an associates attention. Customer service retraining needs to be the main priority at this location for sure. read more

So, we check out at self-checkout. The item rings up at $5.68. No discount ringing up. We ask one of the 'overseers' in the self-checkout about this...will it come off at the END, or.....? As per usual at WALMART, not a clue. She calls someone else over; A MANAGER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!........(May have possibly been "KATHRYN"...the Manager's name on the receipt (see photo). Yep, yet another clueless WALMART hireling, who blankly stares at the screen, then HUFFS AWAY (too bothered to help a customer?????)...saying OVER HER SHOULDER as she's WALKING AWAY...."No, the discount has already been taken!" (Typical nugatory Walmart "customer service"). But wait...NO.....hold on, guys!! -- the sign SPECIFICALLY STATES "Discount taken at register." AT. THE. REGISTER. Which means, petty as it may seem, $1.42 should be taken off the price and it should only cost us $4.26. As per our experiences at Walmart (Also, OMG!!!...at HOME DEPOT and LOWE'S--TAKE PHOTOS OF THE SHELF SIGNS BEFORE GOING TO THE REGISTER!!)....I've already taken a PHOTO!! of the sign BEFORE I got to the register, because these instances seem to happen WAYYYY TOO OFTEN. I pull up the photo on my cell as I'm walking FOLLOWING behind the snappish, managerial-stooge adult female who blew us off so unceremoniously. Too late. She's already conveniently disappeared through one of the 'employee' doors near the entrance, near the 'eye exam' section. I walk back to my wife who is still at the register. We call over YET ANOTHER WALMART employee and show the photo. Truthfully...at this point it's literally a matter of PRINCIPLE. AND I MEAN LITERALLY!! No joke. We're not hurting for money (Thank God)...My wife and I have what we DO have because of me delivering my absolute BEST EVERY SINGLE TIME during my entire career. That being said -- I cannot tolerate rudeness or insouciance at any level of what is allegedly being passed off as "CUSTOMER SERVICE." WHEW! Meanwhile, back at the register.....this new gentlemen, frankly, isn't certain how to proceed, so he brings this globally-important financial dilemma to another woman, who upon hearing his words, ROLLS HER EYES and mutters something to him (under her breath.) The gentleman, who actually WAS respectful (WE FOUND ONE!!!), comes back, simply punches in a few keys on the pad, and VOILA! The item rings up at the correct $4.26. In the end, what was, in reality (isn't it always??) just a G-damn SIMPLE correction at the register (something my Malinois could probably handle!!) turned into --- because of this Walmart's rampantly flagrant employee indifference --- yet another prime example of some of the worst manifestations of "CRAP" service, thanks to some WALMART employees, who consciously seem as if the customers are hindrances, instead of looking at customers as PAYING THEIR SALARIES. Sam must be turning over, on a daily basis. And as we're walking out of the store, my wife still shaking her head at the sheer indifference of the workers, I smoothed the whole thing over. Where do I even start? I go to this Walmart at least once a week and a handful of times now when I go to the cosmetic section to get something, the lady who works that area(older lady with pink hair) is always very rude and treats me like I'm inconveniencing her. Nowadays, 90% of that area is locked up so I have to ask her to unlock the cabinet most times. Every time she rolls, her eyes gives a deep sigh, or if she is helping someone else she yells " I'm helping someone else right now. I'll be with you when I can." today I got the yelling half. I waited 15 minutes before trying to search for her again and she was nowhere to be found. So I went to the front to search for a supervisor. When I told the supervisor my experience and that it has happened several times now she had no response for me. She left me standing there while she called for assistance on the walkie-talkie. (still no response from her or anything.) when another associate came up to her to ask for change, she blew me off to assist that associate, and never even said " someone will be right with you over there" or anything like that. After I paid for my groceries, I was heading to money center to get a money order and the lady that works that department announced to everyone in line " I clocked out from my break and I don't have a replacement so for now the money center is not available" again, I had to hunt down a supervisor. This supervisor(Julio) explained to me that I can get a money order at customer service. He clearly pointed at the gentleman working customer service and stated that that gentleman could give me a money order. After waiting in the long line at customer service, the gentleman working there explained to me that he was a new staff member and could not give money orders. At this point, I was a bit annoyed at the Walmart staff. I went to the gentleman who checks the receipts and asked for a store manager. He told me her name was Catherine and attempted to get her to come to the front to speak to me. After waiting there about 10 minutes Julio appeared and told me he was sorry for the inconvenience and assisted me himself to get a money order. Julio was the only employee that was kind and apologetic. I really hope the manager Catherine sees this review and retrain some of her employees how to treat a customer in need. read more

A shopping trip that should have taken a half hour at the most turned into almost 2 hours as the wait time for someone to unlock these items was horrendous. Then they were also not friendly while they were helping us, especially the lady in jewelry and the guy in the pharmacy area. Also, why lock them up in the first place when all they did was hand them to us. Where do I even begin? If you're thinking of going in and out of the store, think again. You could be waiting minutes before being able to park. The parking lot is a shit show. Cars parked in the middle of the aisle, people walking everywhere without looking before crossing, trash everywhere... When you're walking inside, it's what you'd expect out of any Wal-Mart. I had my 2 items to return and the digital receipt in hand (it was an online order). Nope! The employee asked me what I was returning and refused to take it. Her reason? They can't take back Halloween costumes after Halloween, even though I bought them 2 weeks ago. When I asked her if it was on their return the policy, she told me she didn't know, so it took 2 more employees to tell me that it's up to them to accept the return or not. Okay? Per policy (and it's clearly printed on their receipts), they accept returns up to 30 days after purchase. Could it be because they're trying to prevent people from coming up on stolen goods? I'll start by saying I'm by no means a Walmart person, I've been failed too many times by the Waltons. Not to mention they treat employees terribly which in turn means your treated terribly. I go here for one thing. Kaboom. I find everything I buy here outside of that gets broken, wears out quick, making their "better prices" completely pointless since you have to keep rebuying stuff. Today I placed a pick up order, I got 3 cans of kaboom. When I got home and opened the bag, one was broken and the bag was soaked. I wondered if I had done it...then I realized the cracked plastic pieces from where is was broken were not even in the bag. So it had to be purposely picked out, and intentionally put in the bag broken. Its extremely irritating especially after watching the guy look in the bag stop for a second and put it in my car anyway. I just can't fathom how Walmart screws me every time, it's like a running record at this point. read more

Supercenter designated Walmart are larger than regular ones. Even larger than many Costco, it seems. One can get just about anything under one building and save. I like their meats here with quality cuts. However, the produce are just okay and limited. Since there are so many employees on the floor, they may be unaware of where items are located and can lead you into circles which is understandable but they try to be helpful. Shoppers can be rude for some reason maybe cause they can't find where things are as well. Checking out is not too bad considering the number of shoppers. The store is not very clean and you can see items not properly place on shelves so expect bananas where can foods are or small toys where the slice breads are. What is not acceptable is how dirty the restrooms are inside. If they were clean daily, it seem to get dirty with stuff on the floor before half the day is over. I would not use the toilets to crap here. The parking lot is very large but can become chaotic when busy. Closed on Christmas Day. Happy holidays! read more

I purchased a twin size air bed for $68.00 last wednesday evening. I have used it every night and there is something pertinently wrong with it even when fully inflated. The bed is not level, meaning one side is slight lower that the other and it feels awkward when I sleep on it. I wanted to bring it back to Walmart to exchange it for another identical air bed. My early drive to Walmart this morning in foggy weather should have been a fore warning of what was to come! It was so foggy, the 6 mile drive took 15 minutes. I get there and realize, I had left my wallet at home. I get back 35 minutes later. I had thrown the box away. I am warned by the Walmart greeter that an exchange might not be allowed without the original box. A short walk to customer service, I was 2nd in line. Before I get to be attended, the clerk informs me air beds cannot be returned or exchanged because of the Covid situation. I explained there was something wrong with the air bed, but to no avail. The attitude of this "customer service lady" was the worst I have encountered; rude and argumentative. I went back to the truck to store the useless air bed and went back in to find another air bed. I saw the display with the same air bed that I had purchased and there was sign or a sticker on the carton explaining the company policy of no return or exchanges. I walked over to the sporting goods department where more air beds were available. I asked 3 Walmart employees that walked by if someone could help me since the air bed in question was in a locked display. Finally a Walmart clerk shows me to press the red button for assistance. A nice young male clerk helps me and hands me what I need. On this carton, it clearly has a sticker that says: for refunds unopened cartons only within 90 days of purchase, open cartons for exchange of identical product only. I did find the original box of the airbed I purchased and it also has the same sticker as the replacement airbed that I purchased again this morning. I will contact Citibank and try this to get a credit. Not coming back to this hell hole. read more

I have to start by saying that I don't generally shop at Walmart Supercenters because I can never find anything and the service is so marginal that no one is willing and/or able to help you. I found this store to be a pleasant exception to my previous experiences. All personnel that we encountered were polite, professional and, most importantly, knowledgeable and happy to help. We found everything that we needed and were very pleased with the overall experience. The person who checked us out was very nice and packed our groceries with care into the appropriate bags that we brought with us (i.e. chill into insulated bag and toiletries away from food). We're only passing through but will stop here again if the opportunity presents itself. read more

Several minutes--15+ and several employees walking by saying "I don't have a key". By the time someone showed up, I left leaving all my "to-be" purchases in the aisle in front of the store's locked case -- come on have more then one employee covering locked up cases. Yes, it helps with theft, however true customers are waiting not just a few minutes. By the time I left, a mother was stating to her young daughter "just push all the red buttons". Really pushing people's buttons if you ask me. Also I am disabled and one can only do so much in this heat. Just not professional in my humble opinion. Also, clearance items not marked correctly.
