    The TV I bought.
    Joshua W.

I just wanted to come here and leave a review because I really enjoyed my visit today. I didn't know if they would have any more of the TVs that my friend had said she bought for around $200. Not only did I find that TV but I found a cheaper one that is better in my eyes and has Roku already but I only paid $176 for. I also wanted to make sure that I told the management about employee Trina, who was amazing, kind, it had me laughing the whole time I was talking to her. She was literally the best part of my experience! My cashier, I can't remember her name but OP#000273 is her ID, was also super patient with me as I had multiple transactions because some stuff was purchased for a client of mine.

    Fire damage

Bought a Motorolla phone a couple days ago. Started to smoke and caught fire! Spewing toxic smoke my wife and kids were choking, burnt my couch. Reached out to management and no response. Someone make this right or Ill take this further.

    WD40 locked in the cabinet
    Matthew H.

WD40 is locked away and took 15 min for someone to unlock it. For the amount of time I spent waiting, I could have walked into the Autozone on the other end of the lot or just got it at the Love's.

8400 Rosedale Hwy Bakersfield, CA 93312. It's 1:57pm now. At 11:34 this morning, we found ourselves -- ONCE AGAIN --at this disgrace-of-a-store. THIS time to get some Halloween candy and maybe decorations for that night. One of the displays has a price listed as $5.68...and another attachment stating "25% OFF"..."Discount taken at register." So, we check out at self-checkout. The item rings up at $5.68. No discount ringing up. We ask one of the 'overseers' in the self-checkout about this...will it come off at the END, or.....? As per usual at WALMART, not a clue. She calls someone else over; A MANAGER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!........(May have possibly been "KATHRYN"...the Manager's name on the receipt (see photo). Yep, yet another clueless WALMART hireling, who blankly stares at the screen, then HUFFS AWAY (too bothered to help a customer?????)...saying OVER HER SHOULDER as she's WALKING AWAY...."No, the discount has already been taken!" (Typical nugatory Walmart "customer service"). But wait...NO.....hold on, guys!! -- the sign SPECIFICALLY STATES "Discount taken at register." AT. THE. REGISTER. Which means, petty as it may seem, $1.42 should be taken off the price and it should only cost us $4.26. As per our experiences at Walmart (Also, OMG!!!...at HOME DEPOT and LOWE'S--TAKE PHOTOS OF THE SHELF SIGNS BEFORE GOING TO THE REGISTER!!)....I've already taken a PHOTO!! of the sign BEFORE I got to the register, because these instances seem to happen WAYYYY TOO OFTEN. I pull up the photo on my cell as I'm walking FOLLOWING behind the snappish, managerial-stooge adult female who blew us off so unceremoniously. Too late. She's already conveniently disappeared through one of the 'employee' doors near the entrance, near the 'eye exam' section. I walk back to my wife who is still at the register. We call over YET ANOTHER WALMART employee and show the photo. Truthfully...at this point it's literally a matter of PRINCIPLE. AND I MEAN LITERALLY!! No joke. We're not hurting for money (Thank God)...My wife and I have what we DO have because of me delivering my absolute BEST EVERY SINGLE TIME during my entire career. That being said -- I cannot tolerate rudeness or insouciance at any level of what is allegedly being passed off as "CUSTOMER SERVICE." WHEW! Meanwhile, back at the register.....this new gentlemen, frankly, isn't certain how to proceed, so he brings this globally-important financial dilemma to another woman, who upon hearing his words, ROLLS HER EYES and mutters something to him (under her breath.) The gentleman, who actually WAS respectful (WE FOUND ONE!!!), comes back, simply punches in a few keys on the pad, and VOILA! The item rings up at the correct $4.26. In the end, what was, in reality (isn't it always??) just a G-damn SIMPLE correction at the register (something my Malinois could probably handle!!) turned into --- because of this Walmart's rampantly flagrant employee indifference --- yet another prime example of some of the worst manifestations of "CRAP" service, thanks to some WALMART employees, who consciously seem as if the customers are hindrances, instead of looking at customers as PAYING THEIR SALARIES. Sam must be turning over, on a daily basis. And as we're walking out of the store, my wife still shaking her head at the sheer indifference of the workers, I smoothed the whole thing over. I said (pretty much verbatim) "Look at it THIS way; we were civil. We were nice. All we did was ask a question. Yes, it's only PENNIES...still..."PRINCIPLE!" If we don't have 'principles' we don't have anything! And after all is said and done, WE can actually walk OUT of here and not have to do anything else today. Or tomorrow. Or ever, really. She DOES. She hates her job. She takes it out on others; unfortunately -- customers. It is what it is." My wife said "I know. You're right. I need to let it go." Then I asked my wife if SHE wanted to drive the Cullinan back home this time. She smiled and said 'yes.'

    Press for assistance
    Jack M.

I have never once received assistance. 50% of the store is locked up and there is no way to get it without assistance. But I press and press and never receive assistance.

Typical Walmart. 1 person working with over 12 in line? Maybe WM will get better after Amazon buys them.

The doctor is then asked if it was sent and of course it was but the pharmacy can't find it. Also, prescriptions don't seem to be filled until the customer asks them to. When I get a new prescription come in from a doctor it should be filled immediately. On top of that the pharmacy doesn't seem to know what medication(s) are being filled/picked up. Another gripe I have is this pharmacy claims to be a 90-day pharmacy meaning they fill prescriptions for a 90-day supply (provided the insurance company pays for that). This being said I was told that some medication only is filled for a 30 day supply as they have other customers. I suppose this could be from them being such a small pharmacy and not having the purchasing power of larger companies. They seem to be a very manual or hands off pharmacy. There's no interactive website or app. They don't seem to autofill medication. I've had several prescriptions not be filled unless I ask every time even when there are refills remaining. The only good things that I can say is the staff is friendly and they're much quicker to deal with. If they actually did what I need them to do I'd give them 5 stars. However, I've had a couple of my doctors warn me about this pharmacy. I was skeptical then, but no longer

They were very caring and concerned when my father got very ill and needed a significantly larger number of prescriptions. They really care about their clients. The pharmacist at Lee's makes a diaper rash cream that takes care of just about everything. It handles the rash, kills bacteria, and protects the skin all at the same time. You will need a prescription for it, but it is totally awesome. Ask your pediatrician if your baby has a hard to cure rash. Most of the local Bakersfield pediatricians know about Diana Lee's diaper rash cream. Coming to Lee's is also a great way to support local Bakersfield businesses. They have reasonable prices and they also have delivery if you need. I believe there is no charge for delivery but ask them to be sure. I am a Lee's Pharmacy customer for life.

So after my coma in 2016 i made the switch to Hina's and i don't regret it. 1. I was able to email my med list & have them request the transfers from cvs, i appreciated that they let me do this. Repeating information somehow gets me worked up (workin on that but that's besides my point). They were nice from day one, i appreciate that. 2. Hinas is the one pharmacy in my life that i feel like has gone to bat for ME (the patient) the most. My meds are always filled, if somethings unavailable, they communicate when it will be in, the techs contact my doctors and make notes to do things & follow up. They have done so much to go above & beyond to help me. I can't even put it into words. They do all they can to work with the insurance & my providers, to be sure I'm not out of my meds for a day. (A large chain, would never...) 3. If i ever have a question for the pharmacist i can just call and ask. Sure you can at any pharmacy pretty much buttt Ed knows who i am, he knows my history and doesn't need to verify my entire list of personal info (in front of a store full of customers) to tell me, to take something at night, instead of in the morning. Also he knows I'm persistent.. i stay on top of my prescriptions and faxes etc to my doctors so he works with me and anticipates my needs sometimes even before i know them! It's incredible. I'm saying. I have no regrets switching to Hina's. Also i mean they're a local small business. Who doesn't want to support that? And the delivery, two rounds? Sooo incredibly helpful! The drivers are all so nice! I appreciate everyone at Hina's. Thanks (if you see this) for everything!
