Other than the store which is wonderful, the deliverers are okay sometimes but FedEx sucks! I'm absolutely fed up with my packages being left out in the rain and until I get home from work and my parents being barricaded by 4 50 lb bags of corn laid opposite way of the porch and blocking them in for hours. A FedEx driver in particular has been very spiteful because of my bad reviews. Wouldn't get bad reviews if they would follow my delivery instructions just being lazy and not putting my packages under a covered porch rather than taking a few steps is really pissing me off! Actually it has been pissing me off for the past at least a year and a half nothing has been done except the FedEx driver telling me I'm making his points go down by giving him bad reviews. I had some grocery shopping to do and wanted to see if I could get an oil change in the meantime. The guy was in the worst mood ever. I was informed that he only had one employee on the clock and it would have to wait until 10. I told him that was fine. I asked if I could go ahead and leave my keys and car and before I could finish my question he flat out yelled and said NO! YOU CAN COME BACK AT 10! I was in a good mood until I interacted with him. At that point I decided I'd do my grocery shopping at Ingles and get my oil changed another day. Sorry if you're having a bad day, we all have them, but I don't take mine out on other people, especially at my work. I won't be stepping foot in that walmart ever again because it made me so uncomfortable being yelled at by a complete stranger for simply asking a question. read more

I've tolerated shopping at the Blairsville location because of convenience, but as far as customer service this is the worst location. Today was especially bad, because the person doing the check out was way out of sorts. There were two people in front of me and she was very slow with scanning each item, then she apparently knew the person she was waiting on , as they had a long conversation and she even took time to look at pictures on this person's phone, this is AFTER the person had paid for their order. She moved on to the next person in line and I noticed that person had to tell the employee that she needed to do push the button on her end so she could complete the payment. During this time, I was trying to get another associate's attention (the ones who walks the floor to make sure everything is moving smoothly) and she was busy have a personal conversation with someone she knew. When I finally got to the point of payment, I was waiting for the prompt on the payment scanner and it wasn't doing anything, so I looked up at her and she was ASLEEP. Eyes Closed. I had to speak to wake her up so she could push the prompt so I could finish paying. There was no one in customer service as I was leaving and because this had taken so long, I had to leave for other errands. So I called the store at least 5 different times; no one picks up, no matter which extension I called nor how many times I let it wring (up to 20 before it says to call back). This is only today's experience. I've had the check out people tell me they were closed after I had put all my groceries on the conveyor belt. I've had an employee tell me that it's store policy to leave all the heavy stuff in the cart (like they do at costco) but there are no signs posted. The stocking staff acts like the consumer is in the way and I even had two different stockers who blocked me from going down the aisle and when I asked if I could get by, I was treated to the ol stink eye. The Walmart in Blue Ridge and Murphy NC don't provide these unique experiences. They seem to care , they smile, they are fast and pleasant. I can only hope my call to Corporate actually makes a difference. read more

very bad experience here yesterday. Cashiers extremely rude to the point of abusive. One of them was very nice and helpful but the rest need 100 hours of community service to learn what customers' lives are like. We do not need to be abused by the people there to serve us. read more

This is the first time I've been physically inside a Walmart for years. I've typically avoided during COVID and opted for their delivery. But I got a new kitten and needed pet supplies and a crate to be able to transport her. I got everything I needed in one quick trip and cheaper than it would've been if I went anywhere else. read more

This store is the cleanest Wal Mart I have ever been in. it looks like it opened the day of our visit. My wife was especially impressed with how clean the restroom was. My purchase today totaled 356.00. I purched 8 breakable items . The cashier stated I don't have anything to wrapp these in. So I asked her to double wrapp each piece in double plastic back . The cashier ignored my request and stacked plated on top of each other. I re wrapped each piece by myself wrapped other breakable items all the while the cashier is requesting payment. I politely told her I will not making my payment until all my items were securely wrapped and she could assist to stand there and wait for me to complete the task . She replied I check out over 400 per my shit and I am doing the best in can. If this is Walmarts "best" help up. The cashier also stated next time use the self check out. I have found that the Blairsville GA Walmart to be the worst in customer service. Not a fan at all. read more

Just an all around horrible Wal-Mart. The pharmacy is not exactly run by professionals. The cashiers are incredibly rude. No matter what time of the day you visit, there are lines backed up and there are never enough cashiers to assist. This Wal-Mart also doesn't keep a good stock of many items. Their produce is so awful I started buying produce at local produce markets rather than waste any more money on produce here which is likely to go bad so quickly you end up completely trashing produce you paid good money for. I needed to pick up a prescription for my mother recently, otherwise I never would have stepped foot into this place after the bad experiences I have had here in the past. I have been harassed by male employees at this Wal-Mart as well now, on multiple occasions, and had to be very watchful and defensive in order to not have the harassment escalate. A woman shouldn't feel as if she can't shop without having to guard her personal space to the point where it's just ridiculous, and have to be so defensive in order to keep from being harassed by the male employees who work here. Though it's been this way for years. Recently, a friend of mine told me how rude some of the pharmacy employees are, and how badly they've treated her as well. If you ask the locals about this Wal-Mart, you'll find out pretty soon what kind of reputation they have, and it's bad. Even the employees complain about working here and don't like working here, and it shows. I will not be back and I definitely do not recommend this Wal-Mart. Especially if you're a woman hoping to shop in peace and who is hoping to be treated with some basic decency, look elsewhere, because this store is not respectful toward women. The turn over rate here is very high and the management here has been been very bad for years so that probably has a lot to do with that and the generally poor way that the customers are treated here. read more

since Covid we have rarely gone to our Walmart. We were very close by there yesterday and did not want to drive the other 6 min or so to Ingles. We only needed 3 things. That was a mistake! They had no canned dog food except the very high priced stuff. They had no half and half....so we picked up milk which cost way more than Ingles. We picked up eggs as we were out. The sign said 4.47 for 2 dozen. It tang up 5.57. 2 more items we had picked up on impulse rang up 1.50 over shelf price each. we had the cashier remove the charges and told her she could have someone take the items back. We apologized and asked her what the heck was going on...she said the workers basically don't care anymore and don't plug in the right info in or change the tags on the shelves upon restocking. My neighbor who works at Ingles just went to Walmart to pick up a baby shower gift and the item the person wanted was way up high on a rack. My neighbor is very short and elderly...she asked a walmart employee if shed' reach it for her and the gal told her no...she was only a stocker. ..well you can imagine what she wanted to say to the walmart worker and walked out without buying anything. I've asked for help back in the Electronics section a few months ago and both times there was a guy there that was no help at all so I had to get another guy who did help me and I purchased a TV for the space in my basement I am fininshing..they almost lost that sale too. Walmart prices are very high on most food items I buy and I certainly don't trust their meat. My advice if living in North GA...go to Ingles...and local merchants or Amazon. read more

This Walmart is great. It is clean and you feel safe inside. It is one of the larger WalMarts in the area and carries many more products. I do not have any complaints about this Walmart besides that they should hire more people for checking out people. I usually use the self check at any Walmart but if you do not like that then you will have to wait in line a while. Overall this is a great Walmart and has most products you would be looking for. read more

The Walmart in Blairsville has the most friendliest people in the Photo Lab, there willing to help those who are not good with down loading pictures from their phones or IPads. That makes a difference to many people to get the help we need. Thanks so much!!! read more

I used to come here very often without any problem, but since I had a baby daughter they treat me like I am a thief following me every where I go. The funny thing is this only happens when I go in with my wife and baby, but when I go alone into the store there is nobody to follow me. They shouldn't \ass/ume that everybody that comes in there with a baby buggy is there to steal. Very very disappointing. They lost a customer and I will make sure that many more dads and moms will know about it. read more

Don't go in past 10pm bc you will have to stand in line for an hour! They have 15 or so registers and only 1 open. It's smaller than most Wal Marts so things are easy to find. Store is clean and most of the cashiers are nice. read more
