The king cake we ordered was a traditional king cake. We ordered an extra large two plus pound king cake. Half was pralines and cream and the other half was coffee and cream cheese. The pralines and cream was our favorite. The presentation had a wow factor to it. The cardboard that it rested on was wrapped with a beautiful purple embossed foil. There were Mardi Gras beads and doubloons inside the box. There was even a baby inside of the king cake. We were very happy with this, they tasted great! read more

Stumbled into this place because...cake. It was so much more than cake!!! We tried the vanilla cake with coconut icing, coffee cake, cheese danish (maybe that's not what it was called but it was a pastry with cream cheese and I got the raspberry, but there were several more flavors), fresh stuffed cannolis, iced brownie, and a cinnamon roll. I cannot say enough good things about Melissa and her team. I came to her asking for a wedding cake that was different from standard white and had fall flavors, and she made the most incredible cake I have EVER tasted. I am usually not a huge cake fan which is why I wanted something special, but when I tell you that this is the one cake I could eat for every meal, you know it's good. Top tier was french toast flavor, and bottom tier was classic white with special icing. Everyone at my wedding had to come tell us how good the cake was.
