Warning Rv'ers Do Not Stop Here, You Will be Harassed. We pulled into this store on Morgantown, rd Bowling Green,Ky at 11:00 am to stock up on supplies and groceries, and shop for new tires online for our Rv. We were there less than 5 minutes and the fat woman security guard came to our door and said, ''We do not allow rv's or trucks to park here'' We told her we were going to shop for supplies and groceries, and look for new tires, and we were making out a list, she then said '' we do not allow loitering''. We immediately called the manager and told him what happened, his solution was to call the security company. I said, no I will not call them, it's Wamarts policy and they should not allow security to harass their customers. When leaving we drove through the entire parking lot looking for signs that say no rv's or trucks, there is none. We will NEVER Stop here again, and will be hesitant to shop at Any Walmart in the future. read more

I ordered a cake from Walmart, called them and told them I put the wrong age and she said she made a note with the correct age. I go to pick up the cake and it's the wrong age. no biggie, I ask if they can fix it. I would've actually preferred her say she couldn't do it, then do something my 3 year old could've done a better job on. Before going to this Walmart, we noticed only Two Stars on Yelp. We wondered why. Bought 4 bags of groceries and some large bags of ice in the main store. While my husband was checking out, I went outside and into the attached liquor store to purchase some NON ALCOHOL BEER. My husband came in as I was getting ready to make the purchase and grabbed a different brand for me to purchase. Still non-alcohol. He headed toward the exit with the groceries and ice to put it in the cooler before it started to melt. The cashier stopped him and asked for his ID, even though I was standing right there with my ID in hand. I am 61 years old. my husband is 64. I told the cashier "I'm buying the beer." She pointed to the sign "All alcohol purchases require ID" Both my husband and I said, "It is non-alcohol." I added, "And I have my ID." I showed her my ID. My husband was anxious to get the ice to the cooler and there was a line forming behind me. She insisted he show her HIS ID. I again told her, "It is Non Alcohol beer and I HAVE MY ID!" "No, I have to see HIS ID!" and she pointed to my husband. So we left without the beer. I spoke to a manager and assured her we won't be shopping at that Walmart ever again and that I would be leaving a One Star Review. Kinnarney's on Double Springs Road took care of us for $1 less and 100% better customer service. I will be leaving them a great review. Although our IN STORE experience was wonderful, that little thing in the liquor section burned the bridge really well. read more

I went to the Walmart on Walton Ave. in Bowling Green, KY and stopped at the deli. There were 2 employees behind the counter that were ignoring me, but I just stood there until I caught one of the employee's eye. He said, sorry, we don't open until 10am. I just turned around and left. I ran into another employee down the aisle and asked for the time. He said, 9:50 am. I was 10 minutes early and they wouldn't wait on me! And they were standing there doing nothing. The store is open at 6am and the deli isn't open until 10am? That's just crazy. read more

When I stopped by a couple of days ago I couldn't help but notice the new gates they installed that let you enter but not leave. What a garbage idea! Visited Walmart, Campbell Lane, yesterday for some groceries. The employees were good about distancing and mask. The Outside Venders/Suppliers were absolutely terrible. They stood in the middle of the isles, visiting with each other, with no mask or one end of a mask hanging over one ear. They would eventually move to one side and let me through but put no MASK on ! If you have a great desire for Coronavirus, this is the place for you !!! Won't be back. read more

I took a flat tire, with a minuscule puncture, waited 5 hours for a call that was supposed to come in an hour, it never came. I come in to pick up and pay for my tire and I was passed from associate to associate waiting for a reason as to why my tire wasn't fixed and I was told to wait outside for someone because the previous automotive worker, "had no idea". I am beyond pissed, this is ridiculous. I guess I won't be seeing my mother this year for mother's day. Fuck you. read more

I cannot emphasize enough how you should NOT ever shop here. They treat their employees awful. They make their employees work overtime but refuse to give them overtime pay. The employees are overworked and underpaid. Simply put. And the company as a whole, money hungry. that's all I have to say on that. YOU do not matter to them. What matters is your money and they will do and say just about anything to get that money from you. If you must shop Walmart I suggest going to store 299 instead. And ALWAYS make sure what you're getting on sale is really on sale. see something on rollback? lift the rollback tag. 9 times out of 10 the original tag is underneath with the original cost. I guarantee you the Rollback price and original price will be the same majority of the time. and ALWAYS check the expiration/use by date. I've found some stuff on the shelves that was about a year past expiration date. they do not rotate their freight out. as long as it is sitting on the shelf untouched that's where it will sit until someone buys it. Be careful with drinks that come from the front end. If someone decided they no longer want to purchase that soda the cashier will put it in a cart and it will sit there for hours. they then take it and put it back in the cooler for someone else to purchase, resulting in a flat soda. I have had to return two or three back to back because each one I pulled was flat. I recommend grabbing one from the back of the cooler instead. Use caution when purchasing any dairy or meat products. I've seen the dairy products that were being stocked be left out for hours and then shoved onto the shelf when the max time for it to be sitting out is about an hour. Customer Service is awful as well. the employees do their best to avoid you. some even ignore you. Supervisors are rude and if you have a problem that needs to go to management, don't bother wasting your breath. They will pretty much say whatever they can to make you leave without taking care of the issue. They pretend to care when in truth, they don't. Your problems don't matter to them. The fact that you call them there is a nuisance. You are pulling them away from their job. They pretend to listen but they just tune you out and then say whatever BS gets you out of their way the fastest. All in all this store is TERRIBLE and should be avoided. **This review is for store 5236 (Morgantown Road) I cannot say what goes on at store 299 (Walton Avenue) or whether you will have a better experience there, as I do not shop that store unless need be because it is out of my way. However, after my dealings with Walmart I will not shop there ever again and I urge you to do the same. All they care about is your money and you get the cheapest stuff at ridiculous prices so they can make bank. read more
