Don't ever go to this Walmart I was just there and I didn't even know that I had some items that had the wrong barcode on them. The lost prevention followed me outside and decided to get physical with me about it. They talked to me and beat me for no reason they ended up pressing charges on me for something I didn't even do. It's not my fault the barcodes were swapped. It's like how am I supposed to know what's the right barcode and what's not? They should honestly go back to registers. Me being accused of swapping out barcodes is so wrong on so many levels. The lady also gave me bruises which I have proof of. They could've handled this situation so much better!!! The cops were more lenient and asked them if I can get a refund and let me go without pressing charges the lady said no and continued to tell the officer to press charges and to ban us from all Walmarts and sam clubs. If I could give this place a 0 I would! I absolutely hate coming here the customer service is so horrible. The managers are the worst they don't speak and they are never nice. I returned some expired yes expired ice cream that should have been removed months ago. I get to the CS no hello,no sorry, no nothing just gave me my money back and turned her head to chat with a co-worker. I went in just yesterday I walked up to the cashier again no hello and no have a great day, and I looked at her name tag, and surprise surprise a supervisor. This place needs a new management crew its horrible that's why id rather shop at HEB! I hope once the other Walmart in Kyle opens they do not hire any of these people!! read more

Really frustrated with my neighborhood Walmart today. Came in to buy presents for a baby shower and most the people in the store didn't seem to even know about baby registries. I was sent to electornics because "they have computers back there and should be able to print it out." The guy in electronics said they used the printer/computer in thr manager's office, but none of them were responding to his calls. This is ridiculous. After 20 minutes of trying to find stuff by using my phone to scroll through the registry, I managed to find a total of 2. Now, I'm heading to Target. Do your friends a favor and don't register at Walmart!! Also, the grneral manager used to have his name and number in the customer service booth for you to call if you had issues, but no more. I guess their were too many issues. read more

Great store clean and well stocked. The employees go the extra mile to help... They did for me.

Took 15 minutes to find an employee in Electronics/Photo area. Wasted another 15 minutes trying to download photos from iPhone to printer. Machine showed all photos as small thumbnails either upside down or sideways. Makes it hard to see what you're choosng. Employee helped for a minute or so, then departed for elsewhere. Machine had obvious glitches and reset itself several times. I gave up and left. I hope never to set foot in another Walmart. The service varies from abominable to non existent. read more

The Walmart at Buda is a diaster to order on line and pickup. I placed order No. 4951753-064692 on Aug.11 and was billed on Aug.11.. Email informed me that I should pick it up on Aug.21,2017. Computer tracking shows the item reached the New Braunfels Warehouse on Aug.19,2017!!! Today is Aug.31, and I haven't gotten it. I spent 2 hours on the phone being shuttled around. Finally I spoke to Assistant Manger Myra who was discourteous and gave me bogus reasons for the delay. I hope a few heads roll in this store. Wal-Mart will never compete with Amazon at this level of service. read more

This is for the Pharmacy dept. This is the second time that the Pharmacy could not give me a prescription ordered by 2 different doctors. because the prescription was blurry and they couldn't read it or they couldn't understand the directions on the recording. For one, I had to go back 3 times and the second of the 3 was as a result of being called and told it was ready. Then when I got there, they couldn't dispense because they couldn't understand the directions. I would think the process for incoming prescriptions would be seamless by now. Marina, the technician was very professional and calm when I got upset about the second event and did not take it personally. She handled my frustration with grace. read more

DISCRETION TO LIMIT ITEMS HAS BEEN LEFT TO INDIVIDUAL WALMART STORE MANAGERS!! Why didn't Walmart corporation set the registers to automatically LIMIT ITEMS BEFORE SHORTAGES BECAME SO BAD?? STARK REALITY: EMPTY SHELVES CAN CAUSE PANIC. The store manager Alan kept yelling at me (throwing spit) insisting he was doing the best he could instead of listening to me!! I was asking questions!!! I have experience and I am an intelligent person. I kept telling him that I realized it wasn't the store's fault, but I was wrong!! I found out that every Walmart store managers have the authority to place limits whenever they feel it is necessary!!! Limits should have been placed at least 3 weeks ago!!! Alan is failing in another way!!! He also yelled at me that store employees can elect to stay at home and yet he has not shortened store hours to 8 hours a day. How can you run a store from 6 in the morning until 11 at night short-handed??? Limits need to be placed on everything through computer program changes in the registers, identified by credit card number. HEB has been doing their best to limit items and make sure everybody is treated fairly. Walmart has caused a panic through chain reaction and created a hoarding situation. I don't often feel the need to complain about lack of service, but these guys are simply lost and unorganized and completely lacking leadership or accountability. I stood at the fabric counter for only ten minutes without one associate coming by the table. No real problem. So I walked to electronics leaving my fabric at the table and asked the associate if she could call someone to "sewing". She got on the phone and could not get an answer, she dialed another number and still no answer. She explained that she would find someone with a "walkie" and get someone to come to fabrics. I left electronics, hustled to the fabric table and waited. After a non-exaggerated fifteen minutes, I went in search of another associate. lucky me, I found two young associates folding clothes nearby. I asked if they could assist me in fabrics. The response was that they are seasonal and no one has taught either of them how to cut fabric or operate the scanner. No real problem, I asked if they could use those "walkies" on their belt to send someone to help me. They agreed and soon I heard the store intercom announcing the need for an associate at the fabric table. So I figured, now I will get a bit of help and be able to get someone to cut the fabric and print a ticket so that I can pay for it. Well, long story short, no one shows. Another fifteen minutes had passed so I found yet another associate and again she can not help me, but she can go and make an announcement to the entire store yet again. I heard the store wide announcement for the second time after speaking to the fourth associate on my quest to purchase a few yards of fabric. After another ten minutes, I decided to call the Buda Wal-Mart from inside of the store to see if I could get someone of authority to send me anyone that could help. To my shock and dismay, there was no answer for about fifteen rings and then finally a voice answers the phone, "Electronics". How surprised I was to realize I had already spoken to this lady almost an hour before and now I have to ask her one more time if she can send someone to fabrics to help me. She agrees and with my patience running thin, I only waited ten minutes this time before finding the fifth different associate I my sixth request for assistance. This time, realizing that nothing would be accomplished by requesting "someone", I had to ask for a manager to be sent to fabrics. Within five minutes, a manager arrives, but wants to train an associate to cut and charge for the fabric. No problem and a good idea, except that the training consists of the manager logging into the fabric scanner and showing the "trainee" where to get scissors. The "manager" leaves before a single piece of fabric is cut and prior to any scanning or printing. Just gone. So the associate figures out how to print the tags and I help her cut the fabric with dull scissors and finally get to go to the self checkout, pay and leave. read more

Ok you know nobody really likes dealing with Walmart's service center. I've been dreading it all week. I buy my tires online because of the fair prices. A few days ago I realized my rear tires were nearly bald. So I ordered two new ones and went today to get them mounted. I wanted rotated so I took my last receipt in as proof of the lifetime rotation. Looking at the receipt I realized that I only had about twenty thousand miles on tires that are warranted for sixty thousand miles. I pointed it out to Thomas (the mod) and right away I knew I was in for a long fight. No. He says there's four cars ahead of you. He then said he would have a prorated cost for me in about three hours. I go grab some dinner and come back in just over an hour and their finishing my car. I go out to my car to see that they and replaced all four tires with brand new ones. Then they gave me back my money for the two tires I had already bought. I promise never to say a bad thing about Walmart again. Great job Thomas. read more

do NOT go into this store. Management is Racist and believes that treating persons with disabilities is the right way to handle any customer. Employees find it more enjoyable to lean against the wall, text/ play games on personal cell phones, discuss the upcoming weekends events- all rather than assist any customers needs. If you do happen to get assistance as I did tonight, actually from the Manager on Duty, G... he was the rudest person ever. Huffed and puffed when he was going to help me, threw my items/ dropped them into a shopping card and when I informed him that I needed assistance loading he walked away. read more

Reviewed recent reviews of this store before I rated it. Found what I needed and checked. 3 bananas, a small box of baking soda and a zero candy bar. Self service attendant stood very nearby while I weighed the bananas and scanned the other two items. Paid cash, smiled at attendant, she smiled back. Took a few steps to exit and was stopped by Juan, the door greeter. Wanted my receipt. He tells me and attendant that sometimes the scales are faulty. I asked if they are inspected. He curtly tells me I can go. With his attitude he must have been a cop in his younger days, used to treating motorist like criminals. I not use to this attitude from anyone , except overbearing policemen who believe everyone is guilty until proven innocent but still believe they are guilty. I see in other reviews that very frequently customers are stopped to review sale slip and inspect bags. Maybe there is a theft problem in this store. Door greeters need to be better trained to interact with customers. Happily for me I was just passing through and will never need to use this store again. If I do, I will look for Jaun to say hello! read more
