Over 14 minutes later still NO one, there was people that could have easily helped that we're walking by, all they did was look at us and leave. So I tapped the button multiple more times, and over 30 minutes later guess what... STILL NOTHING! I was shopping with someone else and they decided to call the operator, over 3 minutes later it was still ringing, then about half a minute later they just hung right up. The person I was shopping with decided to go to a worker and ask for them to open the stalls, and they said they would get someone,,,8 minutes later still NO ONE. After about an hour we went back and they were FINALLY open. The 2 stars were ONLY for the nice outfits. Safe to say I am VERY disappointed.

You don't have people on the floor working in each department or working at a desk that fields phone call inquiries????? So I called the "STORE OPERATOR" option. You would think that out of ALL of the departments, there would be people staffed in the main management office to answer phone calls! It rings and rings and rings and rings until the automated voice says,...."sorry, we are experiencing higher than normal call volumes, and no one can take your call at this time."" I have called this store on 4 or 5 separate days of the week, mornings and afternoons. And EVERY TIME I CALL you DON'T HAVE ENOUGH STAFF IN THE OFFICE TO ANSWER THE GD PHONE CALL????? You're getting "unusually high call volumes" EVERY DAY AT ALL HOURS?? You are one of the largest retailers in the country and you can't afford to hire REAL LIVE PEOPLE WHO CAN WORK IN THE MAIN OFFICE FOR PHONE ANSWERING and administrative duties???? So I am DONE supporting any form of a Walmart Store; be it online or in person! The law is to catch the thieves when they try to get away from store without paying not profiling them without any reason. No wonder it is not that full as it used to be.
