Lots of customer service and customer complaints for this location. However, if u r just going in and out to get a few items on a weekday like we did, then u shouldn't have any problems. The lot is big like most Walmarts and parking was not a problem. At around 9:45-10:00 AM on a Fri they were deserted and we had no problem with self check out. If u need customer service or to shop during peak hours maybe try another location with 2-2.5 stars. read more

I don't blame the brats for not knowing the coupon policy, possibly because of the assistant manager. But the issue is the assistant manager's lack of knowledge and rudeness. She did not want to accept a manufacturer coupon despite that other stores do not have any issues (and even per corporate guidelines, it can be accepted. I will give the benefit of the doubt that maybe because the area itself is ghetto, maybe the customers around here abused the coupons, and that's why they no longer accept it but it's still ridiculous. I normally don't shop at Walmart because of how the stores treat their employees, and even during my visit here, I saw another assistant manager berating an employee which was disgusting to me. But then I went to another Walmart and everyone was much nicer so, I'd just avoid this walmart. And for people who are rude to them, maybe that's why they are also rude, wow. After checking out at the self service kiosks, in front of a walmart employee and even engaging with them. I was walking towards the exit and made eye contact twice with an employee by the exit as i was leaving. I continued to walk since he was 20 feet away from the doors. He then yelled at me for receipt, in a demanding tone. I decided to stop, the employee looks at the receipt and looks in my cart. Then proceeded to ask me where something was, I told the employee he needs to read the receipt he demanded from me and tell me where it is. The employee gave me the receipt back and walked away. What a great morning being profiled by a Walmart employee and stopped for no reason. What made it even better was that I was asked to show the person how to read their employers document. Walmart should be training people in these positions and in my opinion if not posted on the doors they need to post on their doors that they will check receipts. read more

Do not go to Walmart for a oil change (Automotive dept ) . I went on Feb 9. 2023 now March 15 I experience my car engine clicking and I took it to my mechanic and they stated my oil was not changed and the my oil was black. My mechanic changed my oil and let me take pictures to show WALMART. Walmart could not find my paperwork and they seen my sticker they gave me on my car . The manager - Felicia refused to help me cause she can not find my paperwork and stated to come back when another manager name Tommy come in . It the bad customer service and incompetent system that allow the workers to get away with not working. This could have cost me my car . I showed up at 7:53 for an 8:00am auto service appt. I was disappointed when they said it would take 90 minutes to change four tires from Walmart.com that were in the store waiting . But only ONE employee was working in the garage and another employee was 'late due to a family emergency', so my car wasn't started until 9:30am. They finished at almost 11:00 and they were not apologetic whatsoever. They could have at least offered a discount on the service as a token of goodwill, but nothing! Wasted 3 hours of my day! I have read some of the most recent reviews of this Walmart and I am perplexed. I looked at the address again, and yes, this is the same Walmart. If I have to subject myself to Walmart shopping, it is usually in Irving, where the employees act as if they are MADE to work there. Your choice, people. First, I went on the weekend and the parking was a breeze compared to other stores. I usually dread shopping at Walmart. I had to pick up a few items prior to shopping at H-Mart and this was across the street. The layout is easy to maneuver and the store is clean. Employees were kind and helpful- they were actually happy! Wow! I mean, none had a scowl on his or her face! What a nice change! No wait at the self-serve check out so I opted for this. I didn't realize it, but I guess you need to be older than 18 to purchase W-D 40 spray. Shaking my head, do people huff this or what?? Any way, as soon as I scanned it, an employee showed up out of no where and scanned her card to show I was of age. Didn't even have to ask for help. As I was leaving, a sweet Walmart greeter thanked me for shopping there. I smiled and wished her a good day. She, in turn, told me to have a blessed day. Icing on the cake! I can't have any great expectations of this place and I never will. This WalMart is close by and it meets all my basic needs. Water, OJ, chips, shampoo etc. Service can be painfully slow or quite fast when there isn't a long line. Prices make up for the terrible service. read more

Barry Embree, Pharmacy Manager was very helpful in curing my poison ivy located on both forearms. My doctor's office experienced problems transmitting the prescription and once received Barry called to notify me he would have it ready before 5 PM so I could pick it up on my way home from work. Upon pick up, Barry explained the pills and ointment the doctor prescribed. Then Barry made my day, he noticed the ivy bumps on my arms which were easily scratched and he leads me over to the "Burn Relief Spray". Barry explained the ointment will stop and repair the poison ivy but will not stop the itch. "Put some ointment on and 15-30 Minutes later rub in a light spraying of the burn relief. It works beautifully. I used the burn relief 6-8 times a day due to itching. Thank you very much, Barry you made the poison ivy bearable. Customer for life read more

First off I loved Walmart! Walmart was my go to store for anything especially this location since it's right down the street from me. I would go there every weekend and sometimes even during the week. I'd get everything from groceries/clothes/toys/shoes and everything else there. Well tonight I went to go buy 2 cinnamon rolls, a pancake mix, tissue papers and wooden sticks. Now would I really steal those items? $10 the most, really come on. Well my husband paid for the first items with his card since the cash I had was for my daughters birthday items and I was buying the sticks. She came when I paid for the last one item and followed us to the exit, but she made sure to stay in front of us to grab our cart and ask for our receipt. I saw her from the beginning and knew she was going to do this. Well I had my receipt and asked her are you checking everyone's? She replied yes. Then we couldn't find my husbands receipt and I told her can't she go look? She said no. I told her why are you only stopping us and she said cause it shows we only paid for one item and that's when I told her why I paid for one item and he paid separate. Well his receipt was in the bag and we proved to her that everything was paid. I told her I won't be coming back to this Walmart then since were being discriminated. She laughed and said there's many more Walmart's. I even told her I will be calling and she said go ahead. Got her name as-well! I told her I'd be standing to see if she checks others. Well she did but she was telling them that she had to "check" since standing there and when people would walk where I was they were laughing. Really if I could give this place 0 stars I would. I never shop at Walmart anyway but now I will make a very deliberate effort to never walk into this location in particular. Had to return a small container of oil and couldn't locate the receipt. I went to the register waiting behind an elderly woman who was finishing up. The woman at the register (her name was Tania) was being rude and disrespectful to this woman. Even after this woman walked away, Tania continued to talk about her to one of her co-workers. When it was my turn to check out, I told her I did not have the receipt. And she rudely tells me that I can't return an item, just exchange for an equal or lesser value. I come back with a face wash to the register. She tells me that she told me only a food item can be exchanged for a food item and she had apparently told me that the first time. I tell her to stop giving me an attitude and that she hadn't mentioned it the first time but I can go get a food item. I come back to the register to exchange the oil for quinoa. This time, I go to a different lady (thankfully). She wasn't pleasant either but at least she wasn't giving me an attitude. Before leaving though, I make a point to let Tania know that there is a reason why she is working a minimum paying job. As expected, she was laughing as I walked away. I have to say though, I am not mean or rude to people at their face, ever. But she was so out of line that I just had to make that comment. Avoid going to this Walmart. The pharmacy sure could use some competent help. Oh but I guess if you have an app you get superior service. My physician had electronically sent the orders except for the cough syrup. There is NO WAY I should be required to wait an hour or more while I watch 20 - 30 others receive theirs and go on their merry way. AND yes I witnessed some of them at the drop off window before getting serviced, so it wasn't a matter of just "picking up" their order. When I was the last & only one waiting after 5PM a cashier called me after I saw the "drop off" lady say something to her. I told the cashier I did NOT need counseling, but she kept my medicine AFTER I had paid $80 in addition to the $509.34 my insurance will be paying. I waited for the "officious" stuffed shirt to finish chatting with someone before he could see to my order. I advised him I had taken all of these medications previously but he insisted on opening bottles and pouring pills into the cap for me to look at. Needless to say I will be changing phamacies. There is one on almost every corner of this neighborhood. If I hadn't already paid, I would have walked. Wake up IDIOT this is no way to treat someone who is already ill. Less then stellar cleanliness, out of stock is routine on items I buy on a regular basis. Staff is never friendly or helpful, and act as if they are doing you a favor if asked for help. Not my most pleasant oil change experience at Wal-Mart. Process took 2 hours. When I arrived there was only 1 car in front of me and 1 to get tires. There were at least 4 gentlemen working in the shop. The 2 desk associates were great. When the Asst Mgr left for lunch the other workers left the bay too. I don't know if everyone breaks at the same time but it was surprising. Two other gentlemen were also waiting a long time. One purchased 4 tires, it took 3 hours. One gentlemen came in behind me for a standard oil change, 90 min. He also had told them he needed to be at work at a specific time but his car was still having the oil changed at his deadline time. When I went to the drivers seat, the fuse panel was laying in the floorboard. Hmmm Just unfortunate. The store purchase visit was fine....no concerns but that automotive visit - not so much. read more

Marsha and Travis in customer service are a disgrace and a shame for the name Walmart. My mother was attempting to exchange a defective sweater and Travis refused to assist her while Marsha barked at my mother and called the store manager saying she wouldn't help my mother. My mother is disabled and does her best to walk. This was blatant discrimination. My mother had to call the Walmart toll free number to get a resolution. The toll free support had to speak the manager, Diane, to get assistance. Marsha and Travis gave my mother a partial credit as they stood whispering, snickering and rolling their eyes. read more

I always ask myself why I even bother every time I shop this store. Tonight was another classic example. First a box of hangers fall off a shelf and we start cleaning it up as an employee watches - never offering to help. Then at 10:01 we try to leave as a guy was on his way closing the entrance we were leaving from - it was not locked yet - and he stopped and made us and the people behind us all walk back to the other side of the store to use that exit. I've been here to pick up items before and both times I came the workers were very slow and the manager there isn't any better. She made me wait about 20 minutes while they tried to investigate who picked up a package by mistake while other cashiers that could of helped me stood around and just waited. She told me I had to wait my turn. there should always be 2 registers open for this exact reason. Thank god another cashier saw and offered to help me. the Manger should have done this. It's Walmart so it truly lives up to my low expectations. The self checkout is great there's an occasional line but for the most part it functions. If you go early they usually have everything in stock, the pharmacy is better than most. Management is rude, unprofessional to customers and staff, over worked and wouldn't care to help unless there's a group from the regional office visiting the store. Recently at self-checkout, the associate named "Bertha" told me not to use many bags saying that register was nearly out of bags. I was buying a alot so asked her if she could get more bags from a closed register and she said they can't do that. I asked if she could call for more bags and she said she couldn't. Walmart Auto Service: Worst customer service. I went in for a battery replacement and waited over 3 hours. When I turned my car on it showed on the dashboard that there was an engine malfunction and need for oil change. I had my oil change just a week ago and my car inspection recently. When I asked one of techs there he replied he saw it on the dashboard but thought it was there before. The lack of communication between the techs to their customers is very disappointing. I can't drove my car more than 20 mph and I had to drive my car to work with the hazard lights on. So disappointed in their customer service. I thought since walmart had low prices I would be getting a good deal but should have known...low prices, low products with walmart auto service. Never again! read more

I was looking for a baby bottle warmer, I first asked an older lady that worked there, and her answer was if you didn't find it where it's suppose to be, they didn't have any. Ok, second person I asked was another girl walking around, I asked her where else could I find it if it wasn't in the baby section. And she told she didn't know, I'm like then who can help me, and her answer was, literally, no joke. She said someone that works in that specific department ( nooooo freaking way!!! Are you serious) then idk why I decided to go to customer service to see if maybe they could find it by looking up in the computer, I figure they had access to their inventory. She didn't great us with a hello, as I spoke on what I was needing, she was already telling me no, she couldn't do it. I wish I could rank a 0 but I can't. My visit to the Auto Center started off so good but ended in disaster. I took my car for a flat repair around closing time. The flat was repaired and I went straight home. The next morning, the same tire was completely flat again and it was worse then the previous day. The next day the Assistant Manager , Rene, informed me there was additional leak that was not checked the previous evening. I asked if they double check their work by dipping the tire in water and he said not always. Not checking their work cost me additional money and time. As a consumer, his philosophy is concerning. What auto shop does not check their work to confirm that their costumers are driving away in a safe vehicle. I will never get my car repaired at Walmart and highly advise others to do the same. read more

I needed a birthday cake for my daughter's birthday. I picked out a really cute, well decorated cake and needed someone to write the "happy birthday" part on the cake. Two ladies who worked in the deli couldn't help me. Another young man who worked with the breads or something couldn't help me. As I started my timer while another lady and I waited, assistant manager Angie came to our rescue. The store had just hired a baker who was starting the next day. Well Angie jumped in and totally took care of both of us ladies including writing on my cake which was totally out of her comfort zone. She gave us a big discount which made our wait worthwhile. Horrible experience in the Auto care department. I went to get my tires changed few weeks ago and they broke the sensor and didn't even inform me. I went to Firestone to get Air twice in 24 hours because I thought the air pressure was low. Took it back to Walmart and after 2.5 hours they said that sensor broke and we told u. They said it said on the receipt and I need to buy the sensor and they will fix it. I have visited the store 4 times and the issue is still not resolved. The manager Ivy will not even return my calls. I should have gone to NTB but made biggest mistake going to Walmart. First of all they r not cheap compared to other places and the customer service sucks. read more
