Placed a pickup order yesterday and I drove to the pickup location and the worker told me I had to pick the item up on the inside of the store. I arrived inside and I scanned my item I was picking up and said the item is currently on the way so I waited and waited and waited but no one showed up. So after about 45 minutes I decided to cancel my order and pick it up myself. In other words I had the worst experience when I was 'picking' up my order. I do not recommend the pick up feature at all I am never going to walmart ever again waste of my time. read more

Tire Lube Express at this location has a girl working the desk with 0 brain power. Go in to get a tire, she asks if I want to just buy the tire or have it mounted as well, um have it mounted because I don't have a tire press at home . They're all booked up for tire mounting that day @3:30 pm...tells me to come back the next day. I call the next day, dude says yes we will have time to mount the tire...get there, same 0 brain power girl looks up my tire "We don't have any of that size"....maybe instead of asking a stupid question like do I want to mount and balance my own tire, ask what size I need before having me drive over 80 miles over 2 days time to be sent away empty handed! Must check expiration dates on food!!!! I bought chicken thighs on Thursday and this afternoon I was ready to cook for my family. The chicken was spoiled. My husband then pointed out expiration date was 07/26./19Which I bought on 08/01/19. Be very careful and check the date. Worst Walmart ever. They need new management. Or at least their managers need a lot more training. If I could give a negative here I would. The only reason they are getting two stars is because of the gentleman who was our checker. We visited this past Monday night. The bathrooms needed to be destroyed, oh wait? They already were by the people who had used them. They were disgusting and a health hazard. I was so glad I was wearing tennis shoes. Which I threw out when I got home. Items throughout the store were on the floor. The people that were working the floor were attempting to clean things up. I just think that so many people who don't care came through like a hurricane. We shopped in the store for about 45 minutes. We were in.line for an hour and a half. They had three lines open at a time when people are getting off work. Seriously? Duh. Then they opened lines up, which proved to be lucky for those just walking up because they did not pull from the lines that had been there forever. Training - Customer Service 101. The lady in the 20 items or less items was taking anyone because she felt sorry for everyone. At least that's what I am hoping. Our checker was really nice. Tried to do his job while getting us through as quickly as he could. The managers were walking around not doing much. Having worked in this field, all I can say is wow! This Walmart has really gone down the drain over the years. The whole place needs to be kept up better. The restrooms were disgusting!!! The McDonalds in the Walmart was just dirty and the drink fountain was covered in trash and no ice. There were plenty of employees so I don't know why someone couldn't take a broom and sweep at least. read more

Casa Grande Walmart is the worst place on the planet. It's dirty, over crowed, the lines are all 30 plus minutes long because they only have 2 lanes open. The employees are very rude. Somehow we've even had an employee be rude to us in the self-check out lane. This is probably because they only hire hormonal teenagers or the elderly. If you can go literally anywhere else in Casa Grande for your items I strongly suggest it. Actually drive to chandler over going to this Walmart. Went today through self checkout, two female employees standing around talking, my terminal was filthy, I used the last two bags. Mentioned to one of the women employees about the filthy terminal and no bags and she stated yeah we'll get to it. Waiting for my mother in-law to checkout, went by the shelf checkout ten minutes later and still no bags and dirty terminal. You would think with Covid they would be constantly cleaning. Wow, I'm really surprised there is s 2 and 3 star on this store. Maybe it's me but every time I read s review on Walmart, it's negative and I know why. It's not because Walmart doesn't care, it's all of you who keep shopping at this bazaar thing called Walmart. First you have to park, then you walk at least 2 miles inside. When you make it to the cosmetic department, just keep going. I'm not waiting in line to buy a razor that I had to walk across the store for. In fact you can have all your stuff back. You guys must have a real theft problem here. I've never seen them take such effort to keep something. Aside from all that.... The produce is sad for being in such a farming climate. The employees know everything is crap but I'll bet they buy there too. Stop trying to find the cheapest thing and start looking for the best at a fair price and you will see, Walmart doesn't add up. Some of the employees were ok, that's your one star. You guys need an Aldi here. When they put them in where I'm from, Walmart instantly did their very best to keep from loosing customers but it didn't work. I think they even bought down the price of milk to a staggering $.98 a gallon and eggs were $.19 dozen. Not at Walmart....At Aldi. The quality of the produce is incomparable and the meat as well. Wow. I went and was not happy with what I saw. I asked an employee about a pair of joggers laying on a rack where they did not belong, and I wanted to know where to find them because I was like, "wow these are nice joggers!" And this lady, whom was working in the clothing section, flat out looked me in the eyes and said, "I don't know." "What do you mean you don't know? Isn't it your responsibility to know where these clothing items go?" And then I looked to my left... and I saw two more pairs of these joggers in a spot where they didn't belong. And I'm like, "WOW. You really don't fucking know where these joggers belong because clearly they wouldn't be laying on every fucking rack in the clothing section. I am pissed, and I am going to write a review on Yelp." Now I really didn't say the above to her... but I am still really pissed that these joggers were nowhere to be found in the size that I needed them in, and that this employee was no help. All in all, don't ask a walmart employee for help because they will most likely not know. Positive note, Walmart's clothing actually looked cute. Also, they have good frozen pizza options. read more

When stocking, during business hours, maintaining safe passage for those whom are handicapped, or in the event of a fire should be paramount. When a customer tells a front end "supervisor" person that "hey, I found this frozen product in the wrong isle, and its obviously warm now" the supervisor should not, then accuse me of not returning the item to the frozen department before I let it thaw... That its "my problem". Tried to explain a second time. She persisted, that I should buy the product that I allow to thaw. Reminded her I did the right thing ... Uggg However, security was super nice. It was after 1am and the store was being restocked. The standard checkout lanes were closed, so we used the self checkout. As I was paying, I remembered needing cash to pay the kid work rakes my lawn...however only $20s were available. I asked the lady working the area if there was any way I could get change. She said something to the effect of 'Sorry, only if the drawer is open' and the customer service area was closed. I understood and thanked her. Blaming myself for shopping at this hour I just decided to wake up a little early and get change. To my surprise, the lady came back, reached into her wallet and offered to make change. Honest to God this store NEVER have carts in the store. I always have to go back to the parking lot to bring a cart back in. This is the WORST store of any sort that I have EVER shopped in. I keep going back because in Casa Grande there just isn't a lot of competition. I always have to bring in my own cart and then I have to check myself out. My husband and I were in Wal-Mart looking for a laptop for our daughter for her birthday and to take to college. We were looking over all our choices and not looking forward to the arduous task of narrowing down what we wanted. We were approached by Joey from Google and he was a delight. He was informative, went over our options and was not a pushy salesman at all. I will walk away from overly zealous salespeople. I can't say enough good things about him. Worst customer service experience I have ever had at a retail store, plus the store was one of the dirtiest Wal-Marts my husband has ever visited. Ordered patio furniture online to be picked up in store. This particular set could only be purchased in store, and Casa Grande was the only store within 75 miles that had it. Well I really wanted this set so my husband agreed to drive the hour to pick it up. I ordered on a Tuesday, was told they would hold it for a week, called Thursday night to make sure they had it and to get the box measurements. The lady I spoke with Thursday was nice enough and gave me the measurements, but that was it. The measurements seemed a little tight, but we decided to go get it anyway and we would make 2 trips if need be. When my husband got there the store was filthy and the customer service was horrible. It took them over 20 minutes to find our patio set Once they brought it out my husband could see that only 1 of the 2 boxes would fit in our SUV, so we asked to leave one there and come back in a couple hours for the other (again, we live an hour away) we were told no, and that they had told me that the night before, ummm NO, no such thing was told to me or we would have made sure the set would fit in our SUV. So since they wouldn't hold one box for us, my husband had to go try to find a truck to rent, spend extra money, drive the set an hour home and then drive back to get his car I was not happy when he told me, so I called the manager of the store asking to leave a box there, they told me No again saying they don't hold stuff in their warehouse (ummm didn't you just hold this in your warehouse for 3 days??) And I should have ordered online and had it delivered to my house. I was furious, duh, I would have loved to have it delivered to my house but it was IN STORE ONLY! So my husband went looking for a truck to rent, no such luck, so now he is trying to strap these heavy items to the roof of our SUV... saga to be continued read more

This is BY FAR, the WORST Walmart in America. I have traveled all over the low 48 states, and this store is a shocking embarrassment. They are consistently out of stock on normal, everyday things. Their employees look like they stepped out of a poorly-run crack-house. The lack of caring and concern is incredible. Don't shop here. Buyer beware! I hate to give this bad review, but for the last 5 times we have shopped here, we were almost cheated on prices on certain items at checkout. This is what is happening: Walmart is advertising set prices on the marked items in the aisles on the shelves (customers are trusting those prices to be accurate, and rightly so), but hiking up prices on the product's scan bar. So, when we go thru checkout, the prices are scanning much higher than the prices marked on the shelves. At first we thought this was just a mistake, but after the last 5 visits to Walmart, and having to fight with the cashier (we are always proven right after they send someone over to check out the price), we are suspecting this might just be the way Walmart works in order to hide the higher prices and pacify the customers (while scamming them). Most people who go thru checkout do not watch and this puts a lot of $$$ into Walmart's pockets (while customers lose). Not saying Walmart is intentionally doing this, but 5 times of almost being cheated is pretty suspicious. read more

Stopped by to look at bicycles for my husband and I - we were greeted by an associate named Trey who was so very helpful. He took bikes off of the shelf for us to try and even helped us look online at Walmart.com. We decided to order exactly what we wanted online and have it shipped here with free 2 day shipping so the bikes can be assembled and picked up at the store. Trey was a nice young man who helped to make our decision easier! We, his new Bama friends, think he needs a raise! read more

When I went to the auto care center everyone was fantastic. They didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. They were friendly and helpful and didn't take long at all. I only went there because my tire went flat in their parking lot but they really went out of their way to help me. So I will definitely go back!!! read more

If you go during the day time your chances of finding decent parking is better by the garden center. The only thing with this is that if you don't grab a cart outside then you have to walk all the way to the front of the store just to get one. why they haven't put carts near the garden center yet is beyond me. also, expect some of the employees to be rude if you disturb them during their stocking mode. They seem to think that customer service is not a part of their job description as a stocker. I'm pretty sure you stock the same isles every darn day and yet you can not tell me where I can find the toothpaste in a newly designed area of the store? Thankfully a customer pointed me in the direction because I was in a complete hurry and needed a certain toothpaste only Walmart has. I know plenty of people who would not find a job so much of a burden as this employee did. maybe she had an off day but come on don't be rude to everyone you come in contact with. read more

Overall, it is okay but I really have an issue with the jewelry department. It seems that they never have it staffed. So you buy a watch and need someone to take a few links out, you find someone to ask if you can get help, they then send someone over but she tells you she can't help. This has to be done by the "jewelry person" who is not here now. The problem is, they never seem to be there. read more

Prices on household items and groceries cannot be beat however prepare yourself to wait in line a very long time to check out. There are probably about 25 cash registers yet only 2 or 3 cashiers actually on duty at any given time, regardless of the time of day! Remodeling reorganized the store but now there's less variety than before which stinks. The Pharmacy's hours are anything but convenient and the people at the deli have major attitude.
