I try to stay out of this store. I've had bad luck at this store through the years, like fraud on my debit card, twice, both times after using my debit card at the self checkout registers; slow employees at the registers; employees who had no knowledge which department and item was in; items being rung up at incorrect prices at the register; escalators going to and from the underground parking lot not working; and employees "randomly" having customers who made purchases show them their receipt and the items in their bags. I come here only if I'm in the area and really need to find something, or if the Walmart closest to me is out of something that I need. The customer service is overall bad here. Yes, you may find an employee who cares about their job and does it correctly, but that, in my experiences at this store, is not the norm. Most recently, I've come here for dog food, deodorant and over-the-counter medicine. The parking lot on the ground floor is almost always full because there are many small businesses that share the parking lot, but there is a huge underground parking lot that always has available parking spaces. I don't really care for this store, and would rather go to a different Walmart. I'm glad the one in Dunwoody is a lot closer to where I live.

Bad aftertaste, not getting this again. The rest of the Walmart finds were great.

Not sure why this Walmart has gotten so much hate, but my fiancé and I personally had a great experience here at the end of last month. It was so clean and the aisles were super spacious, unlike the Norcross and Duluth locations which always feel very crowded. There weren't even many people shopping here compared to the other two locations I mentioned. Everything seemed to be well-stocked. I picked up some household items, dessert, a spare mask, and my fiancé found some good work pants here. There's a pretty good selection of clothes here, if you don't mind buying from Walmart like me - lots of good cheap essentials to add to your wardrobe. I can't think of one bad thing to say about this location. There's a Subway inside like the other Walmarts in the area. There's a Five Guys and American Deli outside and some other shops. This location even has an elevator to access a lower parking deck that I hear can be found if you drive around back. All in all, we really like this location and intend on coming back soon.

Despite the many negative reviews, I've had pretty decent visits to this particular Walmart location. I usually come in prepared knowing what I want to purchase, which prevents me from having to search for an associate to help. Usually an associate is hard to find, and if you do find one, they are sort of reluctant to help. Like MOST Wally World's, the lines are LOOOONG. It's not really all of the associates fault, granted hey should have more cashiers, but a lot of LARGE families shop at this location. So, shopping carts are packed full of merchandise to be scanned. Expect to wait a bit. Parking on the main level outside is a ZOO. Everyone drives up and down constantly to find parking here since it's so convenient to the entrance. They do offer a parking deck below this level, but it can be kind of sketchy. Overall, this place is okay. Just try to walk in with a plan/list and move efficiently.

    Fun!

I highly recommend eating BEFORE you go here, or you'll be tempted to buy a little bit of EVERYTHING! All the eastern Asian flavors and popular brands as well as the generics, Latin items, American staples, from fresh to frozen! The fresh seafood and hot deli items was cool. There were people stocking more things while I was there on a mid-Friday. The staff wasn't overly friendly, but they were around in case I had a question. There are cafe vendors and a dining area past the cashiers. They had Korean BBQ, hot dog on a stick, shave ice, & more. There's even a minimal area offering clothing and Korean skincare! For the kids (& the kid in you), there was an arcade including the Gacha games! Prices weren't outrageous and actually comparable to other international markets. Now that I know where I can get all my childhood delicacies, I'll be coming here often!!

Simply put, it's not in the nicest of neighborhoods. This is the place to go when you need something that you can't find at one of the bigger Asian supermarkets like H Mart, Hong Kong Supermarket, Assi, etc. They do sell certain foods (meat, produce, ready-to-eat foods, canned goods, refrigerated items, etc.) that are difficult or impossible to find anywhere else. Obviously, an emphasis is placed on Southeast Asian foods, mainly Vietnamese. This is presumably a Vietnamese-owned and operated business. My receipt shows "Cho Ba Hue" as the business name. This place isn't the cleanest. I guess it's what you'd expect of a Vietnamese market. It's like the Tomato (Japanese grocery) for Viet people. It's about the same size too -- medium-sized grocery store. Note there is a lofty $20 credit card minimum.

Your best bet will generally be to always purchase their private label brand "365" compared to other brands, or get stuff when it is on sale. Otherwise, do expect to give them your whole "wallet" to shop here. Generally, you are better off buying produce down the street at Costco, or basic kitchen stuff (soap, laundry detergent), as they do charge a big premium on those products. [Tip] - I have noticed that, considering that Amazon owns Whole Foods, quite a few of the products they sell are cheaper on the app than inside the store. This I do find odd, so if you order $25 on the Amazon website, you can buy certain whole foods items and get free delivery, and get those items cheaper. For example, juice might be $2 or $2.50 with free home delivery, but inside the store it is $4.50 or $5. [Review 752] - 25th Review of 2025

The last time I walked these aisles, I was with my mama, Donna Theresa. So much has changed since then, yet the soul of this place remains as vibrant as ever. It feels more expansive than I remember. A true global treasure tucked right here in the city. I'm still obsessed with how they organize the aisles by country. In just one afternoon, I traveled from Korea to Eastern Europe to Central America, no passport required! I was officially "team sample" the moment they offered! Unlike the heavy, sugary profile of traditional American cakes, these were a masterclass in balance. I tried the Neapolitan, a stunning phyllo-layered creation that was light, buttery, and perfectly textured. But the Lemon Cream Cake? It stole the entire show. It looked picture-perfect on the shelf, and the taste was even better. It was so bright, airy, and just the right amount of decadence. Coming back here wasn't just a grocery trip; it was a win for my palate and my heart. Now that I'm back in the area, you can bet this is becoming a regular stop on my rotation.
