This is strictly about the guys in the oil change center, I have a fiat 500 and every time I take my car in it takes the guys 2 or more hours once my car is in the bay to complete a basic oil change, I have changed my oil at home and it took myself a total of 30 minutes because I didn't have a 9 foot deep hole in the ground to walk under my car. The manager James just sits around looking at the car while his 2 employees are struggling to finish the car. The reason I mention this is I don't know what is going on because when I was 16 I worked for Penz 10 minute oil change and we were knocking cars out in 10 minutes or less which we always drained while cars were warm to hot so the drained completely, and never let a car sit in attended for 45 minutes. I like Walmart but I think they really need to check the amount of business they are losing , with there prices they should have already put Jiffy lube out of business across the street, but nope they still have lines longer the I have ever seen at Walmart , and it takes Jiffy Lube 12 minutes on my fiat 500 read more

This store is huge! I do agree about the temperature, its a little warm. They always have what I am looking for, and great prices. Lines are long though, and carts in the parking lot seem to do their own thing, I park as far away as I can. 50/50 on employee kindness, just an average Walmart. read more

The Walmart is fine, but the Eye Center is the problem. I would not reccomend going there, as they ripped me off. I got an eye exam and they told me I needed glasses. We bought some, and later had to go to a opthamologist, where they told me my glasses were weaker than a pair of drugstore readers, and that I had 20/20 vision. They told me I had been ripped off, and the Walmart Eye place was just trying to make me buy glasses. read more

This is not about the actual store, this is about how stupid Wal-Mart in general is regarding basic customer service. Here's the deal. I have a Wal-Mart Credit card I had only to help a family member years ago with a situation and Wal-Mart was the closest store to them. My card actually disappeared so I asked for that account to be assigned a new account # and card. never got the card despite repeated calls and gave up Flash forward furniture emergency on a holiday. Went to Wal-Mart customer service just to see if my account was active. Guess what WALMART WILL NOT GIVE YOU THAT INFO AT THEIR STORE. The gal actually told me to go to their web site and USE MY ACCOUNT # to get my ACCOUNT #...say WHAT???? I have an account at other retailers that I don't use very often. One had the same situation as Wal-Mart because my card disappeared at the same time as Wal-Mart years ago. This other store had no problem helping me immediately. I only use store cards to get extra percent off then pay them off pretty much right away. I checked with a few other stores I didn't have cards at to find out how they handle this. All said the same thing. Go to Customer service, provide your state issued I.d. and in some cases a password and you get your info. Wal-Mart is just clueless. I worked in retail 9 years many moons ago and trust me what I learned to provide and what they provide are light years apart. My rating is about whether or not you can park an RV here to shop. I'm not sure whether "over-nighting" is allowed. But if you want to just shop, PLENTY of room. I have to grade this store against other Walmarts. This store is generally ok. The employees do not seem like they are as unhappy as other stores. Though the shelf could use to be stocked. When I come in whether it is 8am or 8pm I want the shelves to be stocked. This is a common problem through out the chain. They do not order enough product or stock through out the day. Most shelves are barren and it makes shopping hard. Again this is a corporation problem. All in all this store is pretty good as Walmarts go! read more

The customer service I received at the pick-up center is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. First they said it is the online walmart and not their problem; however the only place you are allowed to pick up your online delivery is this store. I was issued a $25.00 gift card for my inconveniece and they said they would delivery it to my school; however when it came in they cancelled my order and sent it back because I didn't pick it up, but I never received an email saying everything was in and was ready to be picked up. I called the store but couldn't get a manager so I am making a complaint to the corporate office. read more

I had a prescription sent from my doctor's office to Walmart Pharmacy. When I called to find out when the prescription would be ready they said in about 2 hours. I called a few minutes ago to find that they do not have this medication in stock....too bad they didn't bother to tell me at 5:00 p.m. when I first called. I ended up with a part time pharmacist that was over bearing and rude. I called a Mark that is the store supervisor about the problem and he could care less. So if you are thinking about taking a prescription here...think again. They don't have their same pharmacist they have had in the past and the temporary one is a joke....if your sick and need your meds...don't go here. read more

I live in Chehalis and have shopped this store for years. Their customer service is not good and never has been. But, prices remain so competitive and we have few choices. Their grocery re-stocking is poor and they are often out of popular items. It is hard to find a associate to help in the store or on the phone. They often seems to lack enough checkers during busy hours. It is all about saving money as I see it. Some employees are darn-right rude but others really try despite at time lacking essential knowledge. They need to upgrade their customer service but manager seems to come and go at this location read more

I like this walmart, the customer service specially... the staff are so helpfull, they will even walk you to the aile you need to go to find the stuff youre looking for. The pharmacy here is a joke, they tell you that your prescription will be ready at noon and when you get there they say it wont be ready for another 2hours. Then you go back at 5 and they say another hour. When you get upset they then go grab one off the shelf and put a lable on it. Employee's are not polite. They are rude and unwilling to assist you at the pharmacy. If they are so busy and rude at the pharmacy how can they be efficient. Extremely long lines, generally when you do get up to the front of the pharmacy after waiting for an hour or so your prescription is not ready. Will not use their services ever again will only use local pharmacy where they know your name and work to help you. read more

This store suffers from the same issues that most Wal-Marts suffer from. It's large and not well laid out, packed with people, understaffed, and what staff they do have aren't very friendly. Typical line wait time on a weekend is 20 minutes! I saw that they had a machine that was an ATM and money order machine so I tried to take $200 out to get a money order. The damn machine didnt dispense my money! I got a hold of the Customer Service Manager and she said she would reset it and it should spit right out. 20 minutes later the machine was finally done loading and still didn't spit the money out. She then had to have someone check the cameras to verify if the machine had given me the money or not. Another 20 minutes goes by and they finally let her know that the machine really didn't give me the Money so she opens the machine and gives me the money. She also takes my number so they can call me if they have any problems. They do. The next day they call me and tell me there ledgers are 200 dollars short and ask me to bring in a statement from my account to show that the money had been withdrawn. Come on! The cameras showed that I didn't get my money, I showed them my receipt from the machine saying the money was supposed to be dispensed, I had even got on my phone and showed her my account showing the money taken out! Now they want my personal bank info?! I'm offended that they would treat a customer like that, basically accusing me of stealing money from them even though they had ample proof I didn't. If they weren't so damn cheap I probably would never go back. read more

I have to say that this Walmart store was very rude. I am a grown adult (29) and was wanting to make my purchases. I had a toy, one bottle of champagne, non alcoholic apple cider and rasberry cider with a snack. When my boyfirned and I went to check out the cashier was asking my BF for his ID. He didn't have his ID with him, nor was he going to make the purchase, I was the one holding all the alcohol and most of the items. My boyfriend told her its illegal in the state of WA to ask such question when he isn't making the purchase. She said that isn't true and called her manager. Manager made some lame excuse that it is the same as going into the bar, which isn't true. I then said, whatever and just wanted to purchase the rest of my items and was going to buy the booze later, but then the cashier lady also removed my non alcoholic beverages from my order also! I was so fed up and told her "those don't even contain alcohol" in which I told them this was very unprofessional of them and wanted to pay and leave as soon as possible. I'm not one to complain much, but this was seriously un called for. read more

As far as walmarts go, this one is fairly nice. The customer service is sometimes grumpy, but it's Walmart so that's to be expected. The return policies are really relaxed which is nice because I'm constantly exchanging makeup. The problem that I have with this Walmart is that they are awful with keeping things stocked. It seems like every time I go, something on my list is out of stock. Otherwise, this Walmart is fairly nice compared to others that I've been to. read more

I stood in line at the pharmacy for 1 hour and 30 minutes and by the time I got up there they didn't even have my prescriptions in stock. WTF. So I went shopping and took me about 30 minutes to get to the cashier and when I got up there they transfered cashiers, took about 15 minutes to get ready. Seriously, you guys suck!!!!! read more

This is just a review on the alcohol department experience. I have gone to this walmart before for alcohol. They have it in two separate places, one in the back of the store by the butter and the other is by one of the exits. They have now cornered off the one by the exit, which I fully understand it is to prevent theft, however where they have it cornered off there is one cashier that is not just working with the alcohol but also checking out regular customers. I had gotten into another line with my girlfriend when we realized that we had forgotten to pick up our alcohol. We had a few bottles that we had wanted to get I told her that I would go over and check if they had all of them there and if they did I would get a basket and get them. This is the first time it has been cornered off so I wasn't prepared to have to weave my way past people to get there. There was no way to get into there it was roped off, there were people surrounding it, they already had checked out, so I don't know why they were there. The cashier was checking out other people who didn't appear to be buying alcohol. So I just walked away, they lost a big perches from us. We wont be returning to pick any up from there any time soon. read more

Never again will I shop at this location! Sure its a nice store, but that means nothing when the staff is as horrible as it is. My family went at 8 pm tonight. Yes, I understand this is not a prime time for checkers, but they had 4 lanes open. One of which was the speedy checkout late for 20 items or less. We got just lucky enough to be behind a couponer who had issues with every other item. After at least a 15 minute wait and 3 people in front of us leaving the line we finally make it to the belt. I start unloading our groceries and I'm told the lane is closed. And we weren't told this by the checker, she had another customer tell us. I told her that someone would check me out because I had already waited 15-20 minutes and if the lane was closed she should have turned off her light, or oh wait, said something sooner! The checker then started rolling her eyes and telling the couponer she wasn't checking me out. My husband and I got so frustrated that after 30 minutes of waiting we left our cart right there in the line and walked out. On the way out we see 3 managers wandering around giggling and having a grand old time while all 4 open lanes have at least 7 customers per line. What kind of customer service is that?! Never once did they call for back-up cashier it any assistance. This place is pathetic. If I have to spend the extra money to go to Safety and get outstanding customer service then so be it! read more

Horrible store. I go to this Walmart quite frequently and the place is a dump. The store is never clean, from items being thrown to the floor and not picked up for days to items being moved to places where they don't belong by customers and the employees doing nothing about it to the parking lot where shopping carts are frequently left to pile up in the return areas and in empty parts of the lot. The customer service is hands down the worst I have ever seen in any store/restaurant/business. The checkout lines are regularly backed up into the clothing section of the store due to not nearly enough checkouts being open and extremely slow checkers. It seems like everyday that I am there, they have to call for back up cashiers and to be honest when they do that usually no more cashiers show up. Seems like they just announce it to make the customers think the lines will move faster. The employees are for the most part all incredibly rude, uninterested, and in no hurry to help you with questions you may have. The manager of this store deserves to be fired, the way he treats his customers is absolutely absurd. read more
