I know it might not be a big deal to some, but my family has waited months to have live plants and herbs because of a pandemic that has sucked the joy out of pretty much everything. So we finally show up to this Walmart, after much stress with two small humans, expecting to find plants that can help add a little joy into our lives. What to we find instead? Dead plants. Almost all of the herbs and food-growing plants are dried out and completely dead. If they aren't dead, they are wilting, and getting to dead if someone doesn't have mercy on them soon to give them ANY water. An employee tried to excuse it, saying it was hot and the climate is dry, but it's not THAT dry that the plants would die. If that were so, God forbid anyone try to grow plants in Colorado. I'm really very sad as you have taken a piece of joy away from my family just by your negligence. read more

They are too cheap to pay cashiers so the lines on a sunday morning were literally 15+ deep. Every line, well the 4 they had open. They have 16 cashier lanes available. The self checkout line was about 30+ people deep. This is rediculous. The lines are always long here, but this is awful. Go to the Walmart on 85/87 the meat selection is better and they have shorter lines. Ridiculous. read more

Saw way too many people in there not wearing a mask. The greeter wad doing nothing to stop people from entering. Now we know there has been a mask mandated by the Colorado governor. It's a shame that a store like this who has hundreds of customers throughout the day are not enforcing this policy. It's even bad enough when half of the employees were not either not wearing the masks at all or talking with them beneath their chins. Recently just today bought two new wiper blades for my car. Went to change out my wiper blades and my driver wiper blade was fine but my passenger wiper blade was not, the blade that I bought wasn't even the right blade. Somebody went in and changed the wiper blade out with their old blade. Wasn't the right size blade or brand. I went in to get an exchange in hoping I can get the blade I paid for which was a $16 blade but I got told since it wasn't the same one they can't do anything about it. No shit it's not the same one that's why I came back in to get one. Asked to talk to the manager higher than the one I talked and they still turned me down saying the same thing. So here I am out $16 because they didn't want to do an exchange that they screwed customers on. Kinda petty over $16 I agree but I just donated money to these losers. Hi there Walmart and all of you who order online!! Before Nov.1st I ordered furniture for what was to be our new deck. Thanks to the hailstorm of June/July our deck was a mess and I would not even let the cat go out on it. The stairs had holes and.....well if you were in it, you know what I mean. My sweet husband worked 3 month to restore it...meaning, he tore it down. The furniture on it, the roof over it was all gone, so we needed to start over and he did a wonderful job. I was looking for new furniture to be on the balcony and found what I wanted on Walmarts website. I ordered it all at the same time and paid for it and in 8 days I had table and chairs, but no bench. I found out it would be coming by truck, ok by me. I was told I would be gettig an email as to when...........nothing. I DID get at least 10 messages that meant nothing and said nothing. I wrote back to 2 of them and got...blah blah blah.....nothing but a rather rude message about what was expected of me when/if they got here. It has been a month and NOTHING!! Going over all the messages with NO meaning I came to the conclusion, the bench FOT ( fell of the truck ) hope someone loves it, it's not me. Today my husband called and lo and behold we will get the bench tomorrow ( God willing ) it is coming from Denver on a different Truck all the way from California and they returned a call to HIM........my phone number is on the order and I paid for it.............how did they get to him? Before today, I've had great experiences at the pharmacy with the knowledgeable, helpful pharmacists and techs. But today, Angelina the tech was rude, judgmental, and condescending. It seemed she was already angry, having a bad day, and she took it out on me and my flabbergasted 7 year old. This store fucking sucks!!!! Been here for 3 hours trying to get new tiers. Came here to spent over $500 and and still waiting

I checked their website and it said they were open. I went there and the door was open. I was in the fabric department because the website also said that they had the elastic I needed, which it didn't have! A male clerk came up to me, walking fast and saying loudly as he got closer that I needed to leave the store because it was not open. I said the sign said vulnerable people could come in from 6-7. He informed me that that was only on Tuesday. He then escorted me to the registers where he found a cashier and asked her to escort me to the door. It was 5 min to 7am, when they officially opened! Their website said OPEN, their door was OPEN yet I am the one who is treated like a trespasser!!! Having one hour per week for the vulnerable time slot is ridiculous! Also, there was one clerk who was wearing a crocheted mask and they did not provide sanitizer wipes for the carts. Walmart.....you can do better!!!!! read more

Did Walmart Grocery Pick up and it was just a horrible experience. I waited after I was already checked in on the app for about ten minutes, called and was told my groceries would be out in 5 minutes. I waited another FIFTEEN minutes, after noticing the workers were coming out very slowly, about two cars every ten minutes. When I called they said my order was ready and should be out in a minute. So I waited again ten minutes and nothing. So when I called to just cancel my order because I couldn't wait any longer the dopey guy who answered just said "Okaaay" whoever worked this shift Oct 23rd from about 1:00-1:40pm is just lazy, no apologies and no trying to rush for everyone waiting- all other car spots were filled so I get they were busy but they also didn't seem in any kind of a rush. Would have been nice if they told me when I called all those times it would be a long wait and a nice apology would have made it a lot better. Who does these interviews anyway? WORST Walmart I've ever been to! Visited this Walmart while on vacation to grab a few things I forgot. There were only two check out lanes open, so I proceeded to a self checkout. The whole time I was ringing up my items an associate literally stood right behind us and only stocked us to make sure we didn't steal anything then right before we finished he walked over to another associate and told her something, she then came over VERY rudely and snatched a cooler out of my cart and opened it expecting to find something...lol they should stop playing detectives and do their damn job and open some more checkout lanes so that we don't have to self checkout, that way they can be sure no one is stealing!!! read more

In regards to the car service: absolutely horrible service. The first time I went here they didn't screw the oil can in fully resulting in a leak that got me a HOA fine. After a few months I gave them a second chance. After parking my car in line and entering to shop I returned 1.5 hours later to find my truck had not moved and the same 2 cars were still in line in front of it. When I looked in the window to the work bay I saw 3 workers, one younger kid running around working, one guy changing TV channels, and one standing outside smoking. I will never go back. read more
