Loved this Walmart super center . Lots and lots of things at affordable prices. They also do delivery in the parking lot , if u order online . Service could be faster . Very slow billing .. lots of parking available outside . Veggies are fresh .. overall a good experience

I try to avoid this Walmart as much as possible. It's mass chaos and there is rubbish everywhere .., in the parking lot, in the carts waiting to be used, etc. Where are the greeters? I prefer to shop in a clean organized and friendly environment.

These were the screenshots I took each time I checked my order status. The delivered one weirdly has my order date not delivery

THE PERFECT "GO TO" OPTION!…read more Finding lunch in Cumming is always a challenge because there just isn't enough variety. After driving around for a while, I decide that we should just find an Ingles. They have a cute eat-in cafe and I knew that I could get a warm bowl of soup on this cold and rainy day. We find this convenient store just minutes East of 400 and go in for lunch. I decide to get a couple of chicken wings and a bowl of chicken and noodle soup. My husband decides on a salad and two chicken strips. My soup was a very generous serving of chicken with pasta noodles. It was hot, hearty and delicious. The full size chicken wings were perfect. My husband's salad appeared to be super fresh and his chicken strips were very nice, not greasy or salty, just fresh. For dessert we decided on the always fresh and delicious donuts. They were so good that we purchased a box to go for the family. No matter what time they are purchased, they are always fresh. We really enjoyed our very casual lunch and Ingles will always be an option for a quick and easy lunch on the go. ***In addition to their hot food bar, you can always get a custom made sandwich with Boar's Head cheese. The soup and salad bar is a favorite while the bakery never disappoints! ***You can pay for your lunch right in the deli department where the employees are super nice and helpful. ***They always have bottled beverages and water chilling on ice next to the salad bar. I love this courtesy!

Nothing says digestive strategy like grocery shopping while overly full. First of all, this location? Chef's kiss. The store was spotless, beautifully stocked, and organized in that magical Trader Joe's way where you somehow find everything you need while also discovering six things you didn't. It felt like walking into a tiny, efficient wonderland of snacks and frozen food optimism. Now here's my grievance. I live in Buford. North of the perimeter. Apparently that is too far for the Trader Joe's gods to bless us with a location. I grew up in the Bay Area, where you could trip over a sourdough boule and land inside a TJ's. I was accustomed to having one within walking distance. Now? I must cross suburban boundaries like a pioneer woman seeking frozen orange chicken. But this Alpharetta location healed something in me. They had all my old staples. Movie theater popcorn. The frozen beef and broccoli that has carried me through multiple phases of life. And most importantly, the Italian meatballs. If you know, you know. I grabbed them like someone might take the last lifeboat on the Titanic. The layout was easy to navigate, both inside and out. Parking was simple. The aisles were wide enough for me to maneuver while still digesting half my body weight in tapas. The staff was friendly without the fake cheerfulness. Just solid, helpful, normal humans who know their snack inventory. I will absolutely be back. Not because it's convenient. But because apparently Trader Joe's has chosen to forsake the people of Buford and I must make pilgrimages to Alpharetta for my frozen section needs.

I have gone on both a Saturday and a weekday and found that the service is consistent in heavy crowds and quiet days. I was able to find my favorite TJ items and will make this my new location. One note about parking, it is sometimes challenging. The store isn't causing the issue. Instead it's at a weird corner with 2 entrances and people still aren't sure which way to go sometimes. So just look out and be careful.

I've been in the store more times than I can remember and raised my son on some of Ester's Publix Apron recipes. It has been a good relationship until October 2, 2025 when one of the store managers, Mark forgot the basic principle for Publix. The Publix Promise is rooted in the company's commitment to customer satisfaction and transparency. FAILED Immediate Resolution: Pricing mistakes are resolved on the spot, eliminating the need for customers to return to customer service for corrections. FAILED (Check the tape and see exactly how long I waited and how long it took for Mark to come and dismiss me) Customer Empowerment: Cashiers are trained to handle pricing discrepancies efficiently, ensuring that customers feel valued and respected. FAILED (Mark missed a training opportunity) The cashier, whose name I withhold out of respect for age and lack of experience, was not the one who devalued me and disrespected me; that was all on the manager Mark. I can only assume that he felt the cashier told him everything he needed to know, thus dismissing me as an interruption to his day. Sadly, he hasn't a clue. We're all entitled to a bad day, so I'm hoping it's just that and not a sign of things to come at my neighborhood Publix. I was there before Mark came and will probably be there when he leaves. If today is any indication of things to come...it won't be long. I was intentionally vague because I'm convinced Mark is still clueless as to exactly what happened. I know this for a fact because I was actually trying to help. Please spare me any copy-and-paste or prearranged apologies and explanations. You can also keep your store credit or gift card. This wasn't a money grab, simply a paying customer offering feedback as a gift so that Publix can get back on track. I waited at least 15 minutes for Mark to leave me shaken and disturbed. It could have been handled so much better. If this is Mark's persona, and Mark is the standard for customer service at Publix - God help us all! Overview of the Publix Promise The Publix Promise is a customer satisfaction policy that ensures fair pricing at checkout. Specifically, if a customer finds that the scanned price of an item (excluding alcohol and tobacco products) is higher than the advertised or shelf price, Publix will provide the following benefits: One Free Item: The customer will receive one of those items free of charge. Discount on Additional Items: Any additional quantities of that item will be charged at the lower shelf price. 2 2 Sources Purpose and Benefits The Publix Promise is rooted in the company's commitment to customer satisfaction and transparency. Customer Empowerment: Cashiers are trained to handle pricing discrepancies efficiently, ensuring that customers feel valued and respected.
