Sometimes this Walmart only has one open line, and the workers are quite rude. But lately I feel like I prefer this location due to the organization--maybe they hire temporary team members to keep it clean and stocked but I appreciate it!! They even have the Bridgerton X Walmart collaboration laid out very nicely in the front, like the way their competitors set up their dollar section very aesthetically. This just caught my eye and ai had to give a shout out to them. I browsed here for almost 10 minutes appreciating how organized it was. I am deeply disappointed by the lack of professionalism and basic social skills displayed at the deli counter today. My experience began with being completely ignored by two staff members behind the counter. When a third employee noticed us and specifically asked "Shay" if she would assist us, Shay's attitude was dismissive; she acted as if we were interrupting her work rather than being the reason for it. The other young lady involved (younger, likely early twenties with glasses) was equally unhelpful. It is disheartening to see individuals in customer service roles who lack the fundamental ability to acknowledge or respect customers. Being treated like a nuisance when you are trying to make a purchase is unacceptable. This location seriously needs to evaluate its staff training regarding customer engagement and basic courtesy. read more

Do NOT.... DO NOT place an online order for this location!!!!! The number in the placard THEY DONT ANSWER.... The number to the store THEY DONT ANSWER!!! You'll will wait for About an HOUR after they message you that your order is ready' so take your time. This is quite literally a joke but no one is laughing. My reserved time was at 10 am. I get a message at 10am that my order was delayed 2 hours.. ok no big deal. 12- no change in order. 5PM! Order is now ready.... But it wasn't! We waited and waited and never saw a soul bring out any groceries to ANYONE!! There was about 15 cars waiting!!! I waited 2 1/2 hours for them to bring the groceries to my car that they said was ready at 5. UNFKNG ACCEPTABLE!! I want to commend Yemi who works in Customer Service, for her very nice helpful actions to me last Saturday. I needed to mail back a return, but FedEx is now permanently closed in my Red Oak Walmart. I drove all over, going to independent FedEx stores, nobody could help me. Even though FedEx in this Walmart is closed on the weekends, Yemi took my items, helped me get the label printed, and set them back in safekeeping until Monday when her FedEx would reopen there. This store sells expired items. I did a curb side pickup and ordered heavy whipping cream. It was almost 3 weeks expired. The carton was about to explode. I called customer service to report the issue. I got a call back from the store 4 months later...... they said I can go get a free heavy whipping cream. Once I got there the manager said I have to go get the item from the floor. Mind you there was about 5 people standing around her talking. She never once apologized. Then game me an attitude. Horrible experience with delivery and pickup. We had to open chats that resulted in cancelling and reordering the same order 4 times. The customer service people couldn't get anyone to answer the phones all weekend and ended up giving us a $15 promo and $10 refund because it happened so many times. Thats great, but the order was placed on a Friday and we are still waiting on our order today; it's Tuesday. My husband finally got someone to answer his call today who changed it from delivery to pick up. He's been waiting there over an hour so far tonight. I've never had such horrible customer service. Thank God we're not elderly and unable to make it to the store. We would be starving, literally. They're offering a service that they can't provide so if you have any other options, go elsewhere. Walmart auto center was supppppper slow. Very rude staff. Two hours for an oil change. Went there for an oil change and a new battery, yet they let us wait around for a full two hours with no communication until I had to ask what the hold up was. "It's done," they said. Went to pay and THEN they informed me they only did the oil change and they didn't have the battery in stock. They said they would call when they were done. They didn't call at all. Today I purchased and Item at the Walmart of 30 and Broadway. I tried multiple times contacting the store that was " to busy" to take my call. I finally spoke to an associate named Tasha that stated we are too busy to take your call. I contacted the cooperate office and filed a report. The number is 211106005496. Tasha was very defensive I asked her to provide me her name so that way I could reference the personI was talking to that stated there was not a Manager present. It's Walmart there is always a manager present? the issue is that I left an item in the store and it was time sensitive because if they place it back in inventory then they will have to cycle count just to prove that I didnt receive the item. It should simply be in the customer service area, however I am sure that was to much to ask since they were" to busy" and my call was less important that the people in the store. I am frustrated I live 57 miles away from this store and just wanted a little help. The actual store Managers name for this store is Rudy. absolutely zero help people make mistakes now I'm stuck out. I escalated the issue three tears in the cooperate office and they stated they would call me in the next 48 hrs. this item was my sons birthday gift! I guess I will just write him and I owe you. What is happening to customer service. I'm not asking for much? Just someone to get off their ass and say hey ya it's here come get it. So disappointing, it's associates like this that will eventually make Amazon the primary service provider. Spent $200 and the cashiers "forget" to put my wine in the basket. At first I thought "wow they are really stepping up their customer service by sacking my groceries and loading it back in my cart" ... no y'all just wanted to drink my wine I then call atleast 20 times once I get home and realize it's missing. No one answers. I call again the following day and after 30 minutes a gentleman says he will send me a gift card for the value of the wine. There always a nice greeter here, lines open and it's clean. I rarely hear yelling people. I pass the one in my town to come to this one. The optical department has always been helpful. The customer service reps nice. The only thing that happens here frequently is the holding place in line where the mom gets into the line and the kids are still running to get things. Unfortunately I get stuck behind them as they wait for the children to come bring stuff. I truly wish the cashier would suspend the transaction instead of making the next customer wait up to ten minutes. I can't ding this Walmart since this is a customer inconsiderate act. read more

Do not order grocery pick up! I placed my order at 9am and was told to come between 7-8pm. I get there and the manager and three other employees walk outside and talk for a while then proceeds to tell me that my order didn't come through, then he tells me that my order was cancelled THEN he changed his story that I could come back and get it in the Morning because they were short on pickers. He gave me the run around just to get me to cancel my order. This place is awful & they still have a hold on my $100 so I can't grocery shop until they release it! read more

The store was clean, employees friendly and helpful and the produce section looked great! The pharmacy was so slow that I pulled an "Easy Rider" and went to the deli for meat, cheese and bread, bagged peppers from produce, jug of water from grocery, camped out on the pharmacy bench, made a sandwich drank the water and had a picnic. Store is always clean and organized. Greeters and everyone else in the store always appear to be enjoying their work. Seldom have the occasion to see someone working there without a smile. My single suggestion is to GET MORE HELP IN THE PHARMACY! You may take this as additional help or different help. This is the only area of the store that appears to be lacking something. The pharmacy service is slow. When calling in to check on a prescription, get ready to be spoken to rudely and/or left on hold indefinitely. Typically I have no problems with this Walmart, most of the workers are nice & I know several of them from the frequent visits. However, one evening it was really hot outside & I needed to get to the bathroom to cool down but there was an older man in the Walmart attire in there attempting to change out the paper towels & said "no. you need to come back" before I even had a chance to say anything. I came back 15 minutes later, to find out that he must not have been cleaning/restocking the bathroom because there was no toilet paper & the paper towels were just sitting on the counter. I've been to other Walmarts in different states & they will have a man cleaning the men's bathroom & a woman cleaning the women's bathroom. That way, when someone really needs to go or feels like they are about to pass out can still use the facility. read more

Stays crowded. It's clean but at times staff has not been friendly and I have had some customer service issues big time. On 10/7/13 - ordered a product on line so I could pick up at the store. I figured it should be very easy being that I paid for it and all I needed to do was pick it up and show my id. NOT! I get there, the customer service associate did not acknowledge me. He continued to pack up a box and tape it down and enter his sku info in the system before addressing me the customer. Finally when he did address me he looks up my order in the computer and proceeds to tell me that I can not pick up my order because I am not on the alternate pick up list. I showed him all the document, emails and everything to prove I was approved. and he kept disputing me. Finally he goes to the back and pulls the order and it has my husband and my name on it,. He never apologizes for the confusion or anything. I was pissed off at the point and had to take it to another level because that was ridiculous. read more

PHARMACY???? JOKE!!!! My Dr called in a prescription for me to pick up. The next day I went in to pick up the prescription---they didn't have it and said they would have to order it and would have it in the next day. This went on with me going into the pharmacy two more times --- no meds. I called my doctor to ask him to send it to another pharmacy. This is not the first time something like this has happened. The sales people act like they are doing you a favor by waiting on you. One in particular has a very nasty attitude and she/he needs to be let go. Never smiles and has this look on her face of "what you want". I am looking for a customer oriented pharmacy, with a good customer friendly attitude. read more
