Tow Truck scam in the parking lot of CVS. Cars were being towed the minute someone goes into CVS or surrounding businesses and owners of the vehicles had to pay more than $100 to get the vehicle dropped. When CVS was alerted of this practice, they played it off like "mind your own business"....that's sketchy and I wouldn't be surprised if they had a hand in that scam. There was a very rude young Hispanic female pharmacy technician that kept giving me hateful judgmental looks when I was waiting an hour for my prescription. This was at the CVS on 1115 8th Ave, Fort Worth, TX 76104. She wasn't nice to me at all because I am an Asian-American woman. She was only nice to the Mexican customer in line in front of me because he was her ethnicity. She acted like she didn't like Asian customers and treated me poorly. read more

Well organized and good customer care. The pharmacy department is less concerned or unattractive to the public.

Get pharmacist techs that aren't completely rude to customers. The lady at the front tried to help, but the guy she brought over lacks any ounce of customer service. I'm guessing CVS doesn't train their techs, as any business owner would be sick at how this location treats its customers. I've been to many CVS locations and never experienced something like this. This CVS is supposed to be 24 hours. The pharmacy is rarely ever actually open. They have invented times to be closed and will randomly shutter their window. Invariably it will be whenever you need to pick up a prescription. In the middle of the day, they have a huge block of time that they are not open because of "lunch break." CVS pharmacy people, did it not dawn on you that your clients may want to pick up their prescriptions on their lunch break? Heaven forfend that you have to actually work and accommodate your clientele. They also will be randomly closed when their hours show that they are open. The Pharmacists & staff are great here. The problem is the parking lot, it is large, but there is frequently no parking. It is being used by nearby apartments & restaurants. CVS needs to consider putting up signs; parking for CVS only, all others will be towed. read more

1 star parking was good and available The rest. I had to make an appointment to get a booster - got there on time. 30 mins later had to ask if I was going to be seen. All the clerk said was the pharmacist - she is busy.So I had to wait until she was ready - as she was there the whole time. I was there to get a booster have had the other two vaccine shots with no issues or problems... So I got the booster as she apparently took out her anger out on me and bruised my arm that even bled... all I can say don't make a scene or ask a question - not recommended at this location. CVS Pharmacy - Don't upset the pharmacist - Pharmacy Near Me - FORT WORTH, Texas

The store was clean but the parking lot was seriously filthy. I had to watch where I stepped. empty bottles, fast food containers, thick gunk on the concrete like someone spilled or threw up and it just dried there. It was so gross! Broken pieces of plastic, kids broken toy, trash even all over the landscaping. They need to pick up the trash and power wash. I'll never go there again. read more

This was the most awesome and cleanest CVS pharmacy I have ever seen or been in !!!!! It was a pleasure and honor to see CVS pharmacist ( Hannah Bibens ) as the pharmacist at this location, Hannah was my pharmacist at my neighborhood CVS pharmacy for quite a while, and then that CVS closed it's doors for good on October 1st, and I lost touch with pharmacist Hannah, so I was elated to see Hannah because she is such an awesome amazing pharmacist !!! I was also elated to see dear friend that I hadn't seen in some time also working for the awesome CVS pharmacy on 8th avenue, ( Krissy ) it was such a pleasure to see you as well, thank you for your kind help and your outstanding customer service !! This CVS pharmacy on 8th avenue in Fort Worth will now be my permanent pharmacy location !!! read more

I have been generally displeased with CVS for quite a while. My complaint is the pharmacy. Our local CVS has far more business than it can professionally handle. Not only are ready prescriptions overfilling the area where they are kept, they are in baskets near the filling area, and it often takes the pharm tech some searching to find our order. For a long time, we would count on seeing the same employees who knew us by face if not name. Lately the pharmacists change regularly. I understand CVS doesn't pay their pharmacists well, so pharmacists look for other companies. I was in another city and another state when my daughter had a C-section in May, 2023. I went to her CVS to pick up her pain med prescription and found the drive-through closed. When I went inside, I was told that, even though it was about three hours before closing, there weren't enough employees in the pharmacy to fill the script before closing. I went to a a second location. Same story, with only one employee working. I ended up trying a different pharmacy chain and got it filled with no issue. I plan to change pharmacies. read more
