It's quite ordinary to see more than one cashier available. Today I took the first available cashier who was named Richard. Richard was very pleasant, not at all what I have noticed lately in Walmart. He was polite, efficient, very cordial and was very good with how he packaged my purchases. Now if Walmart can just work on the rudeness of the employees pushing the carts around to fill orders!! They win the prize of being the rudest employees! read more

Recently took my Toyota 4- Runner in for another oil change. I have been there number of times and each time the team is very professional, courteous and timely in getting my oil change done while I wait. Roger checked me in in a timely manner and Robert help check me out at the register with a big smile even though he had to walk to the other end of the store to get my receipt because the printer had broken down in the auto repair area . This location need a visit from corporate. Came in for a 4pm appt. Mount and balance etc. o one would give me the time of day. Repeated while I was there and the staff stared past me like I wasn't there. Then they were all bickering after I explained why I was there. The redheaded beard guy is an A hole. Ok... I worked for Walmart and met Sam Walton back when my original store on 83rd Ave and Peoria was just a Walmart. So a long time ago. I swear if Sam Walton was a live everyone in this store would be terminated basically on site. Employees sagging showing underwear, wearing AirPods and headphones, playing on there phones, wearing non Walmart hats, telling customers I'll be there whenever but are on there phones watching Facebook, best one was a guy "pretending" to stock moved the same car 40x in toys to be on the phone talking to his girlfriend about getting his "D*** wet" figure out what it means but highly unacceptable and we wonder why no one respects retail employees shame. I asked a female employee in the aisle with the dried fruit where I could find dried Jackfruit and showed her where in the app that it is showing in this store location. The lady reached for my phone and I pulled it away to let her know that I would prefer her not handle my phone. She got an attitude and walked away stating she will not help me unless she can hold my phone. That is unacceptable customer service. read more

Wow what a great store. Although the store is stocked which makes it hard to navigate around, my experience today with Tammy at the register was great. I bought from Walmart on line a Hoover Board and it was delivered by ShenZhenShi GD. Delivery was horrible because delivery person can not read English. Signs are posted on my house with instructions for deliveries but the driver never reads them and leaves the package right in the open Right next to the sign. We have had a lot of packages missing that is why we posted instructions. ShenZhenShi GD is not a reputable delivery service and I hope that Walmart will get another delivery company. ShenZhenShi GD is a bad company and will not let you leave a review of any kind. What kind of company is so bad they won't even let you leave a review. Please Walmart get another delivery company you are much more better than that. read more

The auto center here is useless. I came for the convenience so I could grab a few things while they do a quick oil change. They quoted me an hour to an hour and a half tops when I first walked in. I didn't wanna wait that long but OK it is what it is. Finish my shopping came over and they hadn't even started my car after an hour and a half. They didn't finish until just over 2 hours have gone by. Multiple people standing here waiting longer than their car also because they didn't text people to tell them their car was done like they said they would. The staff has no concept of time or commitment. I've gone to multiple Walmarts had such awful service. They even left the dirty seat cover in my car. Really disappointed!!" read more

***A shout out to Kerry the front end manager who helped me 2 nights ago. *** When you think of shopping at walmart we all know we go their for the prices not the service right? I have been shopping at this walmart for 3 years now. They've pretty much got everything in stock. The place always seems cleaner than your typical walmart. The staff even seems a little nicer than most of the walmarts I've been to in my life. Theres even some smiling happy employees there sometimes that talk to you just because youre human and there, lol. There are definitely certain times of the day that you have to search out someone to help you because theres not a soul in sight, and other times theres someone stocking a shelf a few aisles down you can sneak in a question or ask for help finding something. There has only been 1 time I've had a bad experience here and it was when I tried to notify the front end that a man and woman were following my children and I and trying to call my children away from me. There was no care by the front end staff, they asked me what they were supposed to do about it, and moved on without a care. That was a year ago. During Covid this location continues to be stocked pretty well. Continues to be cleaner than most. You dont really see the same faces in a place like this but I have to say I met 5 very cheerful, helpful, and just amazing woman at check out. Finding a kind face in todays world is hard to come by in big shopping chains these days and I want to say to those woman - you guys are a bright light! I couldn't find mason jars for a fall project I'm working and the front end manager Kerry raced off to scan a shelf for me, and even pulled a tray of the jars i needed from the back. I never expected to have that happen in a walmart! Kerry the world needs more people who care :) Even if you hadn't found jars you still blew me away with your customer service skills. If there was a negative star I'd use it. I needed a simple oil change. I called ahead. I was told to go online to make an appointment so I'd be taken in when I arrived. My appointment was at 3:00 pm. I arrived at 2:55. Got checked in. Went to do a little shopping. Came back 45 min later. The car had not been moved. At 1 hr and 30 minutes it was still sitting behind a car with its hood up. 5 people in the garage. Can't go an oil change. I sad I wanted to leave. Was told by the cashier that because my car was blocked in they couldn't get it out. I sternly said. yes you can. So after 1hr 45 min. I headed home. Oil never changed. Every one in the waiting room was angry and had been waiting for hours. The appointment I made meant nothing Stay away this place is a joke read more

In arrowhead area so definitely good location big Walmart. It's like other Walmart but my experience here was awesome. Went to outdoor area to check some grills. Assistant there gave us updates as out of stock but we went to customer service and assistant there really put great effort of checking it and then walked all the way from one end to other with us to recheck it again. Only giving 1 star because I have to, not because I want to. Customer service is nonexistent. First call placed 7:52 pm, asked for customer service, transferred, phone rang no less than 40 times, finally original person who answered came on line. Advised no one picked up. He said "huh, I'll transfer you again and go tell them to pick up". Phone rang and rang and rang, well you get the idea. Hung up and called again at 8:00 pm. After what seemed a lifetime someone answered but laid phone down. How do I know you ask? I heard them paging inside the store. After trying to get their attention, they hung up. Called at 8:02 pm, someone answered after 9 seconds and hung up. Called back again at 8:03 pm and let phone ring for 4 minutes. 8:09 tried again, rang 3 minutes then I hung up. One last try at 8:13 pm. WHAT A DAMN JOKE!!! Store manager name is Philip, according to receipt. If anyone reads this and knows this Philip person, let him know his store sucks at customer service, as if he cares. read more

Woman I spoke with at the customer service counter was very rude and unprofessional. Asked about returning a prepaid att card and she stated that I needed to call att (with an attitude, unfriendly voice.and.demeanor). That info contradicts the info I found online about Walmarts policy regarding returning prepaid phone cards. Policy states that customer must have receipt and must be 14 days or sooner. I have receipt and it's within 14 days. So, either she doesn't know policies regarding prepaid phone cards or the info I found was wrong. Also, when I was leaving I made eye contact and said "thank you" and She didn't say anything to me. Rude and unprofessional.. Better training in "customer service" should be addressed. read more

Due to the fact that the wonderful uniquely picked selections of employees are on a completely different end of a spectrum than I am hoping for. At least one you would expect to be on a certain caliber, since they are in the "customer service " of all jobs. Grocery stores are nothing but the first ones to be setting the bar higher & higher. FOR EXAMPLE: take FRYS... the customer service they display at all time through out the day is nothing less than exceptions. Friendly, quick & efficient problem solving/conflict resolution. Hardly any discrimination as well as judgmental opinion is the key to have a successful business!!!!!! read more

l I don't usually post about department stores I visit on a normal basis but I was AMAZED by how clean this store was, that I just had to comment! I do not know if the night prior to our arrival if there was mass cleaning but the store was beautiful. The floors were so shiny white with 0 cart marks on them, or any kind of dirt in site. The shelves looked organized and neatly arranged. The bathrooms even looked brand new. I was pleasantly surprised, as was my boyfriend. read more

This Walmart is usually fully stocked, clean and the staff can point you in the direction you need. I feel like those items alone say a lot for a Walmart. The grocery pick up is extremely quick and convenient. I used it today and Michael brought my groceries out to my truck and pulled my eggs out of the back and handed them to me because he was worried they'd break. The quality of customers and staff here are little bit better than your average Walmart Supercenters that are outside of the Arrowhead area. I mean nothing really stood out here other than that. It is your typical Walmart Super Center that is located next to a Sam's club. On this shopping trip (that I went out of my way to visit) was a pleasant one and they seemed to be better stocked. I only went to this location because I prefer the Sam's Club (which I wanted to shop at today) here rather than the one closer to me. So in a nutshell, I wouldn't necessarily go out my way to come here on a regular basis but it's definitely worth checking out if you are in the area. read more

Would give minus 5 stars if I could!!! My daughter had a blow out on the freeway. Since her car doesn't have a spare (WTH, darn Chevy and fuel efficiency standards). We pull the tire of and go to Walmart, the refused to help in an emergency. Said she would need an appointment and next one was in 2 days. Way to go! Just leave a young ladies car sitting on the freeway with no way to get to work as teacher and no time to bring it in because she is a teacher.
