Steven in the Pharmacy just lost this location a customer. If you don't like your job and you're gonna be rude to customers, I suggest you go find something that suits you better. It's a damn shame, because I was spending almost $400 a month here at this pharmacy and I will be taking my business to Lake Pleasant and I suggest everyone else do the same. There's employees standing around talking doing nothing and yet 20 minute lines somehow? Both times I have left and gone to Safeway I don't know who is management over there but they need to get their shit together and get people on the floor. Looked online on Walmart.com for a firepit, trying to be productive! Found one that said it was $35.00. We went to the nearest Walmart, asked the sales rep which one it was, he pointed it out, yet it was unmarked on the shelf. But the company name, size, and numbers on the package matched the description online! So we took his word and took it up front! However, When we went to Check out, it scanned as 45.00! So we explained to a staff member nearby that the pricing was incorrect, and showed her the website pricing. She called a "manager" over! And this girl said that it didn't matter; they couldn't go by the Walmart.com website, but only the Walmart app because the website could be "external"! This is completely ridiculous, and Walmart is providing false advertisement to their customers! Just plain disappointing. read more

I'm fed up with the RACIAL PROFILING at the SELF CHECKOUT station in the morning. The self checkout station next to McDonalds has a short older Caucasian woman that's a brunette and wears glasses. From a glance she looks like the sweetest person in the world but as of lately she's been watching me like a hawk. She'd always accuse me of not scanning an item and I'd tell her to check. This time she was watching me to the point she came up on me and asked if I scanned the Sodas in the cart. She was watching me the whole time then she grabbed her device and claimed that she didn't see me scan it. How? You were eyeing me the whole freakin time! I was in Walmart and saw a tickle me Elmo on a roll back price. It was on line for about 24.48. The posting said one left and where it could be found. I went to the aisle and saw it was almost 50 dollars. I asked an employee who suggested going to customer service. I went there and asked for the sale price. I was told it was on rollback and had to be ordered online. I ordered on line and asked where I could go pick it up. Another employee said it didn't work that way. If a previous unfilled order had the tickle me Elmo my order would not be filled. I could not jump the order line. So I jumped through all these hoops and ultimately lost out. This is our usual go to location for Walmart. This is more of a complaint about them bringing out pallets so early in the evening. This is an awful practice, providing a terrible shopping experience. I don't know what genius thought this was worth doing. I'd like to see them try to navigate through the mess! If they were smart, they'd stick to stocking on third shift. And one more issue, last night in different areas I saw 5 different employees knocking signs over. Strangest thing, like some kind of trend going on. And to top it off, they didn't pick it up. Waited more than 30 minutes at the makeup center waiting for an employee with the keys for the eyelashes. If you're going to have ALL the eyelash and nail stuff locked up then please have an employee nearby with the right keys. Every associate I encountered did not have the right key, and the associate that did have the key never showed up. I ended up leaving, no way am I waiting longer just to get eyelashes. Melissa csm- (the Hispanic Melissa mid shift, not the Caucasian Melissa) is no longer there but was the WORST. Some family and co workers also had complaints about her. She was rude, unprofessional and discriminatory towards customers. I didn't shop there all year because the store has horrible customer service (target is wayyyyyyyyyyyy better) but I only came back to return an online order. I was reminded why I don't Deal with these people anymore...rude, unprofessional and terrible quality customer service. The manager Phillip is kind and listens when you have a complaint, compliment or concern. He helps to resolve any problem I've had. He also speaks to employees about their behavior when their is an issue. On the bright side, some other employees are good ( Connie is phenomenal)!! Go to a different Walmart!! I was very impressed with this location during the recent COVID-19 craziness. All staff seemed in good spirits and calm and helpful- despite a lot of empty shelves. They obviously have been working hard keeping up with demands and restocking. Thank you for a pleasant experience even though I couldn't get everything I needed due to empty shelves. read more

Debra cashed out my groceries and we had a funny conversation about "being geminis". She was great. Sandra checked my receipt when exiting and was sweet as can be. A gentleman helped me find soups, and another lady helped me find ice trays. My app wasn't connecting for whatever reason and I also have kinda poor eyesight, so they were a big help. Makayla restocking the floor by dairy though... don't ask her for anything! So rude! We all have bad days but dang... hardly spoke or looked at me when I asked her for help; then when she started to look up the item I needed on her app, I noticed her nails. I said they were pretty (they were!) to break some ice but she still hardly responded or even acknowledged someone was talking to her... quickly became so awkward and made me feel like such a bother that I told her never mind, I think I can find what I'm looking for... and the reason I'm calling her behavior out on a five start review is because I then watched her treat two other ladies asking her for help just as rudely. Usually I'd just be like whatever if it only happened to me, but seeing that is what prompted the addition of it in this review so hopefully her professionalism can be addressed so she's not making customers feel like they're inconveniencing her. Like honestly was one of the most awkward sales associate interactions I've ever had in my life. Twilight zone. I digress. Waited for 15 minutes for someone to come help with a locked display case, after asking the manager Sandra for help , we got nothing but attitude and that helping a customer was a insult, burden and beneath her. Then witnessed her bullying another associate. Never have I seen a Manager behave in this fashion. This was a behavioral reaction it was not a misunderstanding or miscommunication.After the way she handled a customer asking for help, I'm curious how she would react if a Associate reacted in the same fashion she did and if she would reprimand them. This is a typical super Walmart with groceries and everything. I find the meat prices outrageous here. Hamburger meat was almost $4 a pound. Also the produce isn't the best, the lemons were all pretty bad. The rest of the store is pretty typical. Bathroom is nicer than the one at home although it definitely needed a cleaning. There is a switch on the wall that says to turn it on if the bathroom needs clean. The switch was on but nobody was cleaning. We were here and a kid pulled the fire alarm near the customer service counter. Oddly the fire alarm only went off in that area. The rest of the store was quiet. I don't think that's the safest system but they must have a reason for it. read more

The auto part of this Walmart was absolutely garbage. I took my Tahoe in at 10:06 am. The estimated wait time to get ONE tire put on was 1 hr to an 1 1/2. Two hours goes by and I asked how much longer. She told me it would be another 45-1 hr. I took Uber home not wanting to wait and at 2:36 pm they called letting me know they just finished. We have ordered cakes from the bakery on two different occasions and on both occasions they have messed up our order. The first one was my son's graduation cake they gave it to another customer. I don't feel they made an adequate substitute for graduation cake. Then tonight we went to pick up a specialty cake and instead of having the artwork we requested we were given kit to assemble ourselves and they put the wrong type of frosting on it. read more

The cashiers, with the exception of two, do NOT want to work. They ring so slowly that I can feel my hair growing. You're going to be here until your shift is over, regardless of how many people you ring up, so you might as well do a good job. Isabelle is the worst offender- she walked away from us twice while she was ringing us up. Management does nothing to correct their employees therefore service never improves. Coming in at about 7:00 am on Saturday or Sunday is definitely the only way to avoid unnecessary stresses. I think the whole "people of Walmart" thing is a stupid and unnecessary stereotype, but this Walmart is the closest thing I've ever seen to it. read more

Prior to arriving at this location I called to make sure they were receiving returns this time at night , they said "yes until 10" the time was currently 9:30. So I go down and it's now 9:48 and the lady tells me no their closed and directs me to the manager and the manager was a women didn't catch the name and in a rude tone told me no not this location and proceeded to give me a dirty look. Didn't offer to help or tell me when she could but just looked at me... And all the other employees looked like they were in a prison. I have been a customer for over 20 years. TOday shopping at WALMART stops. The employees refused to accept a state issued temporary ID as a form of ID to exchange $20 Worth of shorts. I lost my ID and wanted to exchange/return the shorts for others. I went to MVD and got a copy of my drivers license to return the shorts. The guy behind the counter said it was against policy. Gee, it is good enough for a police officer if I were to be stopped on the streets, but not good enough to make an exchange/return for WALLYWORLD I can take my business elsewhere and I will tell my family and friends to NOT shop at WALMART. Was a few minutes after closing of customer service, and employees contained attitude telling us that we couldn't return a few items. Fitting rooms were closed as well, and the employee managing the fitting rooms had raised her voice and said "Fitting Rooms are Closed!" before even approaching her. I've also asked one of the employees for the location of an item, and his reply was, "I don't know! I don't even think we provide it." There was a incident that a driver in silver pick-up truck and with a Dallas Cowboy bumper sticker that threaten end my life two years ago. (Saying he shoot brains off). I was confused at the incident of what came in front of me the reason he confronted me like that as I came out from my car. Maybe because I my shirt was pink or something else (he was yelling profanity/gay slurs. But I my question is if Walmart is recorded incident like these and able to make tapes of this, in use of legal action of a law-suit.
