I do not live in Arizona and I went online and looked in yelp for a dollar tree. The comments were good and I understand why it's one of the better ones. I've been in here in the greater Phoenix area. It was at the end of the day and yes, it was a little sloppy, but not bad considering it gone through a day of people rummaging through the inventory. I went to dollar tree nearby and I bought all my needs including candy. I was looking at the cashier while he scanned my items I bought and when I got home the candy I bought wasn't there. The good things are it is cheap affordable and candy,chips,food and things over there is good. But I'm still upset about it. read more

The theme for our Christmas this year is ONLY gifts from Dollar Tree are acceptable....bonus points for waiting until the week before to shop. A line and crowds were expected-that's my fault for waiting. I did not, however, expect to wait over 30 minutes (yes, I timed it) to get rung up. Two cashiers and one who disappeared in the cloak room for some reason, made for this longer than normal wait. To her credit, she was polite to me when it was my turn, but there's definitely an edge in that voice. Go now!!! Run!!! I have visited the store three times now, and every time I come they have restocked all of their inventory again. Nice to see that they keep new products coming all of the time. RUDE MANAGER. I took my 84 year old mother to this location at 2:30 pm on 7/16/2023. It was an extremely hot day and after about 10 minutes in the store my mom said she was not feeling well and needed to use the bathroom. The key to the bathroom is kept with one of the cashiers. There was a line to check out and I did not want to cut in front of anyone. The manager (a woman) came walking by and I asked if she could get me the key as mom was not feeling well. She refused to help me and told me only the cashier can give me the key and to wait in line. She gave a shitty smirk and walked off. The four people in front of me heard the conversation and were appalled. They told me to go ahead of them to get the key. I reported her to the corporate office and they told me they take stuff like this very seriously. read more

I usually tend to avoid dollar stores because it's always so dirty but this is one of the cleanest dollar stores I've been to! The workers are so nice! Tonight I visited your location on Bell rd and 83rd Avenue. I realized I was arriving shortly before close but only needed a few items. As I was making my way up the aisle a heavy set blonde rudely yelled were closed you need to check out! FOR THOSE WHO BOYCOTT BUSINESSES THAT DO NOT ENFORCE THEIR OWN MASK POLICY- ***Read this***. Within 5 minutes we saw SIX men with their masks under their chins. The sign on the door clearly states MASKS MUST BE WORN IN THIS STORE. I heard an employee give an announcement to please remain 6 feet apart to help prevent COVID. I went to him and asked him to announce "Masks MUST be worn in the store" and he did, but other employees laughed - I hope not at the request, but something else. My grandson asked 2 of the men to pull up the masks. One did and the other laughed at him. My cashier's body language said "What can I do?" when I told her, and pointed to one man with a mask below his chin. The store is nice, lots of merchandise, and employees are friendly, but they just don't want to enforce their policy. Why are some shoppers so selfish?
