Went to Walmart yesterday at about 4:30 pm to get an oil change, when I approached the auto service counter, I requested service which was not busy and the employees were just lolly gagging around as usual and was told they were not taking anymore cars. The reason the employee stated was that they had no more bookings for the day at 4:30 pm. I then stated who are yall waiting for cause your bay is empty and your techs are just standing around? I Ordered a crib with free mattress to be delivered to my home. When it arrived the mattress did not come with it. After reaching out to the Walmart customer service they quickly offered a $14.99 refund! This does not cover a mattress! They continued to say they could not send the mattress I would have to return the bed and do the order all over again! What that's makes no sense. This is a kudos post. I had to stop in on an Emergency situation as my car battery was on it's last cells due to the Texas heat. Battery symbol and ECS symbol came on while driving in route. This 100+ degree heat caused the lifecycle to shorten and it caught me just as I got into the Auto Service Center area. I appreciate the Auto Service crew as I got great service and assistance. Battery check by David M showed it was low, could use a recharge but best to replace. Worked with Dennis to get the proper battery with high CCA. I chatted in on the app to cancel an order. The second time was because it did not look like it had been canceled. After canceling 2 times, they still delivered my order. Then I used chat to say come pick up the order, I don't have time to come back and return it. They refused to help me via chat and were very rude. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I ordered a pickup order online. Arrived to collect the order and I couldn't figure out why I had been waiting so long. All of the other cars had already gone. I called the number that is posted on the signs 3 times but no one would ever answer the phone. I realized that I had been waiting out in the parking lot for an hour. I saw an employee standing on the wall playing with his phone outside and I said, "Hey, how can I find out about my order". He looked up and TOLD ME my last name and then proceeds to let me know that they were looking for my order but they couldn't find it. He told me that he would go inside to find out something. He never came back so I flagged down the next person I saw, again he TELLS ME my last name and then says your order has been cancelled. I then receive a cancellation message via the app on my phone. No one ever told me anything all the while I had been sitting there. No Manager felt that it was necessary to come and let the customer know what has happened. I drove to this location which is 20 minutes from my house to receive no order. I wasted gas ($4.90/gal) and time because I was supposed to come right back to prep dinner before the game. I was walking to another check out and the security guard physically stopped my cart. Then he proceeded to harass me. I finally got to another check out and I was verbally harassed on the grocery side of self check out. Absolutely a horrible experience trying to pick up an item through curbside pickup. Waited an hour and received NOTHING. The customer parked to my right waited about the same time and also did NOT receive her one package. Customer to my left waited about an hour and a half and received only the training wheels to the bike she ordered that she NEVER received. I tracked down one of the few associates bringing items to cars and he said he would look for my item; another associate said the previous associate couldn't find my item. After an hour and no item in hand and a total waste of time I decided to leave which is when I received a text saying that I had picked up the item. You've got to be kidding. I went inside to customer service to try and figure out what was going on and they said nothing could be done today because there was no manager for the curbside pickup department. Un-freakin-believable!!!!! An absolute nightmare of an experience because I made the mistake of ordering Christmas lights online for curbside pickup at Walmart thinking it would save me time. The store does not even deserve one star. Several of us have noticed the store going down. I even spoke to one of the employees that felt the same way. (They had worked at Walmart for many years and had never seen it so poorly run! I went in to the jewelry department to put make a purchase and nobody could find a jewelry key. I asked for the manager and he went to go look for a key and never came back I had to leave 10 to 15 minutes later. This took 30 minutes of my day at least I'm in barest for the way the stores run. A manager should have a key to the jewelry department at all times. That's a no brainer. More than one person should have a key to something so it never keeps a customer waiting. The store managers get paid well and they should make sure there's employees do not have to stress about finding a key.! I'm not sure who the managers are at the store because I never could get a hold of one by phone. When I called they said the managers name was Eddie but it wasn't the name I was given when I was inside the store. Eddie never came to the phone nor did anyone else this is after several attempts. Normally, I wouldn't write a review for Wal-Mart. This weekend, I went to this Wal-Mart, which was nice, but it is new and if you have been to one Wal-Mart, you may as well have been to them all. (Yes, I know there are different versions. It's an expression. ) I am leaving 5 stars based on the employees I spoke to. I went in for an oil change and this is HANDS DOWN the best Tire, Lube, Express at Wal-Mart that I've ever been to. This one is set up a little differently. You park in the lot next to it and go inside, sir in the air conditioning, and fill out your information. No more awkward window conversations in the heat or bad weather. The customer service of the employees really got me. Each person in this department was incredibly friendly, professional, and made going to Wal-Mart a positive experience. I have a 2015 Honda Civic. Many times I get an oil change outside of the dealership, they are unable to reset the trip meter. I eventually stopped mentioning it when I go in for service, just living with the "-12,000 miles for oil change" pop up on my dash. The mechanics here fixed it!!! I left another Wal-Mart after an oil change where they left a screw off the bottom cover plate on my car, ensuring that the metal scrapes the ground and bends off. Not this place! My car was also pristine when I got back in it!! They had vacuumed everywhere and I know some places skip this, but they did an amazing job at it!! It makes me feel like they most likely did an awesome job at my oil change as well, since they paid attention to so many other details. Last, but absolutely not least, the people in the TLE (Tire, Lube, Express) department were all so nice!! Just genuinely positive, friendly, nice people. They fixed my car quickly and with a smile. I was checked out in the back by the nicest people. It made running errands a positive experience. Yes, the rest of the store is mostly clean. Yes, it's Wal-Mart. Yes, there are pallets in the way and can be cramped when you're shopping. However, if you're not sure whether to go to this one or not, I do recommend it. read more

This one closes at midnight, so of you go any time after 10pm, expect the employees to push pallets and carry boxes to stack in the isles. I ordered online with items shipped to the store. After picking up and opening the packages, the hose nozzle that's encased in a hard acrylic is obviously opened all the way around.
